Our freezer stopped working over the weekend. Frigidaire provided a list of authorized warranty repair companies. I called each one on a Sunday and Prompt Service was the only one who picked up. They sent a technician the next morning to come fix the issue. Our freezer is back up and running again. Thank you Prompt Service!

Came out to look at my AC leak. Took 2 minutes and didn’t even go up to the roof, called his supervisor and told me he won’t do the job. Lazy workers at its finest.

We had a great experience with Prompt Service. They came to our home to fix our blower in our furnace. They called asking us if they could show up an hour early than our scheduled time which worked out perfect!They were very quick to diagnose the problem and gave us many options to how to go about fixing it. Their service was fast, efficient and full of knowledge! Would highly recommend!

They were able to get me an appointment later in the evening that same day even though the person on phone mentioned they were pretty busy. The gentleman that came was so thorough and was so patient with my many many questions. Everything work great now!

He explained everything to me very thoroughly such as switching out the filter, cleaning the condenser, changing out the capacitor. I Highly recommend!

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! They refused to talk to me, as I am deaf and did not want to help me out. They even hung up on me when i tried to call with the assistance of an interpreter.Why have this company help you when they clearly do not want to help someone who has some difficulty speaking on the phone and is trying their best to get service?Please try to find a different company to help you with your requests and please avoid this one at all costs.Rude, and not accommodating. They were real quick and did an excellent job.

This company is a joke they dont even deserve the 1 star that is required. I had to miss work and lose pay for them to come out for a warranty repair 12:00 to 5:00 window. at 4:50 my wife calls for status since they were late on the first call and she was told by the tech that we are not scheduled and didnt even know what the repair was the excuse was due to their computer crashing we never received a call about this then shes told wed need to reschedule. My wife then went off which the tech who seemed about as sharp as a balloon said he wouldnt come out at all not that Id trust him to make a quality repair at this point anyway. Then Prompt Service lied to Frigidaire and said the reason for not showing is how my wife spoke to the tech which happened after they said they didnt have us scheduled. I filed a complaint with the BBB

Scheduled an appointment two weeks ago to have our AC fixed. They scheduled me for 5 days later, then did not show up. Their guy Alex had evidently gotten sick. I gave the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. Alex made the 2nd appointment for 6 days later with zero concern/ownership/apology for having me wait at home all day on his no-show with no heads up. When Alex finally came 6 days later he placed his work bag on our white chair and left a sizable stain for us to remember him by. He diagnosed that the problem is the compressor, which we knew already, took my check for the appointment and left, saying that his supervisor would call me later to let me know my options and costs, and that THEN Alex could come back and pick up the portable unit to fix it [...?]. After two more days of no information from them, I called yesterday to ask for the $65 back as theres no way - even if I was willing to still be patient and work with them - that they can finish the job before I leave town. The aggressive Russian(?; thick accent) customer service woman (Irina) in their office was absolutely incensed by my asking for my money back and proceeded to strangely and unreasonably mock and argue nearly every sentence out of my mouth. She finally said the manager would call me back upon my insistence toward resolve. No one called. I tried again today, exactly 2 weeks after scheduling the first appointment... More crude and unreasonable Irina with promises of information at a later time. Three days after Alex finally showed up and I still cant even get them to tell me how much repairs are, or someone reasonable on the phone, or my money back. Im a cool customer. Real cool. These folks behaviors been aggressively careless and, ironically, cold. The service has been anything but Prompt. Dont put yourself through it. Best,

The name is a lie. They scheduled an appointment, failed to show up, scheduled another one for a few days later, and came by for 4 minutes before telling me they would not be fixing my oven and theyd call me with more info three days later. Whirlpool indicated they provided this company a list of parts needed and when I originally scheduled, I was told by the manager at this company it would be fixed the day of the appointment.When I reminded the manger they missed an appointment AND didnt fix it during the second, he became irate and keep saying, are you done talking?. Seriously?! I told Whirlpool and the job order was removed.

Who only makes same day appts? Thats bad business, I called on a Saturday, request to make an appt for Monday..the rude elderly man told me to call back on that day. The only thing prompt about them is how promptly they made me call the next ac repair business.

This company is the WORST to get service from. Very rude personel in the company. I got an appointment with them through LOWES. I miss a day from work to stay and wait for them and at the end they didnt show up. No call or No Communication from them, telling me they where not going to make it. When i called to ask they told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that i needed to be rescheled to an appt. Giving me an appt. 3 days after the Initial one. At this point all my food in Refrigerator has spoiled. LOWES needs to stop giving them jobs to service family homes.

Worst customer service. I have ever received. The tech sent out was unprofessional and rude. He left with out fixing anything, stated that nothing could be done and walked out the door. Do not use this company!
