It was fast, very helpful, and got me exactly where I needed to be for a plan. The staff was very helpful and quick to help me find a plan that works best for me and my wife. I highly recommend this store and service to anyone. They understood that I was trying to get away from prepaid service and walked me through each step and was amazing. Sean was a great service agent he knew how to take care of us and was a lot faster and then other sales agents I was there probably about 45 minutes to an 1 but it’s way less then what I have waited before with no good results.

My wife got a new phone today from Theordore J. and he charged her fees for activation, programming and switching her old phones data over without telling her first.The worst part is...not a single one of her apps transferred over and all of the pics are completely out of order and showing todays date. She called and the same person that helped her literally just said theres nothing he can do. Basically he said deal with it, so we paid $75 in transfer fees for literally nothing without being asked if she even wanted them to do that...(on top of the cost for the new phone

Sharon was amazing. I called prior to my visit and was given instructions on what I did & didn’t need. When I arrived she was very customer oriented and knowledgeable. I upgraded two phones in an hour with ease.

The rep whom met me at the door to inform me pets were not allowed, really left a bad taste in my mouth. Even when I said to her, no maam he is my licensed service dog she still wouldnt let us in. You know I could come back and sue over this nonsense!

I recently had to get a new phone and had to have it same day. Lindsay was great.. courteous and professional. my only complaint would be that the stored not have quite the selection I would have liked.

Horrible!! Its the second time I have gone and each experience has been terrible. They are never helpful and barely move.

It was good and reasonably priced. I come here often and they always have exactly what Im out looking for. It can be hard to describe some pretty straight forward businesses but these guys are pretty spot on and usually have the products exactly as they are described in advertisements. I will definitely be a return customer and I am very pleased with my visit to this location.

I live over an hour away with a Verizon store in my own town, but this is the only one I come to. They are quick to help, answer questions, have a friendly environment.. Ive been to many stores that, one after another, screwed us. Ive found one worth trusting and I highly recommend them. Ive never once seen nor heard any kind of negative experience every time Ive come in. Plus, theyre great with kids!!

I cannot say enough good things about this LOCATION. They solved my problem ( 72 hour ordeal) trying to port same number from prepaid service to post-paid. The main Verizon location on the loop could care less to say the least and calling Verizons 800 number was even worse- Couldnt keep logs of my previous conversations and kept repeating myself yo multiple consultants over 3 testy days . Again, I cannot say enough good things about this independent Contractor @2414 Gilmer Rd #1. They ported my number during my very first visit. They also tested my new phone apps to make sure all important features worked included My Verizon app, again, Kudos to those folks!

This Verizon store is the ONLY Verizon provider I use in my area. The staff are over the top knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. They have always gone out of their way to resolve any problems I have. They give me useful tips for using my devises that I may not have known.Keep this location going strong!Thanks to a great staff!

After dealing with multiple Verizon associates at the Gilmer Rd. Longview, TX location for over 24 hours (involving several phone calls and 2 visits) my 84 yr old mother-in-law still did not have her new phone working (switching from old carrier to Verizon). Very frustrating. We finally called CustomerService 800 number and got Zach on the phone. Zach knew IMMEDIATELY what the issue was. Zach called former carrier up, set up three way call, had the issue resolved and the new phone was working in less that 5 minutes. Thank you, Zach for your professionalism and knowledge. We would still be waiting for new phone to be activated had we relied on the Gilmer Rd Associates. Very disappointed with the service and knowledge of associates at this location.Also she paid that non refundable $40 set up fee...

Went in on a Sunday and it was a great time to go in as no one else was there. Clerk was very knowledgable. Kept telling me that my phone probably would not work (I purchased my own phone and only needed a Sim card) . But she kept trying a few things on her end and my phone works perfect.

After visiting other stores, I came to the Gilmer road location and Ivan did great with helping me out. Thank you guys im coming here from now on.

Well I have personally sit and enjoy reading reviews on establishments for 1 I would have never started doing business if it was not for Angela Hagler she takes her time to explain everything with you and is 1 of the most honest people you will ever run into. As far as fees goes you will have fees anywhere you go.I would rather go to a establishment where you are explained things truthfully then go to a rip off joint where when you walk out the door your phone has not been set up for you and you wear sold nothing to what you even wanted.I enjoy the friendly customer service I get there and will continue to do my business there, In fact that store has looked its best in this last year then it has since it opened up.I promised myself I would never go back there because of rudeness and lack of caring for my concerns,but when Angela become a manager for this store it changed.,because of her and only because of her will I continue to do business at this location.I do believe the atmosphere and the attention to detail is the best I have ever seen and I have been with Verizon since it was Alltel.

I went to this store a few weeks ago and was told to see the store manager when I went there and I will say she went above and beyond to help me.. she w as friendly and it might have taken a minute but she made sure it was right and every time I have went since for anything at all she has been very tentative on my need and making sure it was right and I was happy ... other store I wait for hours and service is rude or none at all but at this store I feel more respect...

Angela Hagler (this Store Manager) goes above and beyond for her customers. She always does what she says and if theres an issue works hard to make it right. She won me and my husband over from At&t just a few months ago. You wont find a better, more customer oriented, individual in the cellular retail stores. Couldnt be happier.

There was only one salesman there. I waited for 30 min. and gave up. 4 people walked out while I was there. Not enough salesman to keep the store open. Waste of my time.
