Had an older Honda Pilot with a couple of issues. Turned out to be electrical and they were able to sort it out quickly and efficiently! I would highly recommend them.

Mike had amazing customer service and got me in right away for an AC diagnostic at very low cost. My car is still under warranty with Honda, but the Honda dealer told me they couldnt find the leak and to take it back later. It was all a ploy by the dealer to get me to go past my warranty. Twin Peaks found my leak in no time (it was the AC compressor) and Mike annotated it in an invoice so I can take it to a new dealer to get it fixed before my warranty ends. Thank you Mike and everyone at Twin Peaks for doing me a solid!

This was the first time I have ever been in, my boyfriend recommended them and they exceeded my exceptions on everything they did. I love that they were honest with me about everything and they dont over gouge you on their amazing work. Got charged 1200 dollars for nothing to get fixed. No parts put on like I was told and it turned out to need a new gas cap only!!! The rubber seal was cracked and not sealing so the check engine light was on. I wasted 1200 bucks for nothing. Good luck cuz Im out.

This place is great - Mike was super helpful and informative on what was going on with my car & what needed to be done. He promised to have it ready for me the next day & came through on that, despite some unexpected difficulties. Im new to the area and psyched to have found a local, reliable shop that I will continue to patronize. Mike is very friendly & even gave me a ride home.

We went to Twin Peaks Automotive because of the reviews and were not disappointed. Not only were the repairs significantly less expensive than quoted at Meineke, but Mike saved us $200 by doing some legwork to get a part covered by a manufacturers warrant. We got in quickly, and although we had a lot that needed to be done, all of the repair work was completed same day and for less than the estimate because of the warranty on one of the parts. They are straightforward, honest and went the distance to save us money and make sure things were done correctly. We will go back!

My family took their Ford f250 here to repair the starter a few months back, Mike replaced the starter, but it still would not start so he charged them several hundred dollars and asked for several thousand saying the flywheel was screwed up. Thankfully they were smart enough to say no and bring it to me instead. I was planning to replace the flywheel, but noticed the starter looked like it had not been touched in a very long time, so I started by replacing that and what do you know, it starts like a dream now! This company is nothing but a scam, do NOT trust them with your car or your money!

We only take our vehicles to Twin Peaks. They are professional, dont try to gouge you, and work as quickly as humanly possible. Many are those in the area who know this, as well, so expect to have to work a bit with their schedule: theyre often busy in advance, so keep that in mind.

!!BEWARE!! Mike is dishonest. We went here based on the good reviews. Went in for a basic oil change. After getting the car back it was running poorly/dying. I checked the oil level and it was WAY overfilled! When we brought it back in and explained the problem, Mike took notes and assured us this had never happened before and they would fix it. When we went back to pick it up, I checked the oil level before going inside. Unbelievably, the oil level was STILL just as overfilled. Mike came out and checked it himself, looked shocked, and had us come in and wait another 20 min for his mechanic to fix it.When I checked the oil level later that day it was STILL a couple quarts too full, AND now it has a bad leak from the rear main seal!!! Average cost for repair $850 (Mike quoted us $1400!?! ) haha as if we would ever go back!!!

Ive spent thousands there on my two vehicles, and words cant express my thanks to find an autoshop that values its customers like Twin Peaks. Nothing was overquoted or underworked. When they identified a problem that I didnt come in for, they always showed me the problem before if possible and afterwards if not. I trust these guys, and with one stop at their shop, youll see why you should too.My biggest thanks and gratitude goes out to Mike, I had already left town and my girlfriend was leaving after me, and on her last day, I sent her on down to ask Mike to check the air, as her loaded car wouldnt fill up the tires right at the gas station. I had to tell her how much I trust Mike and just to go see him, and he did not disappoint. She called me and told me how sweet he was and how good he made her feel, instructing his staff well u heard the lady, fill em up to 32! Didnt charge her either, which she was worried about because I left ahead of her.Now our only problem is finding a mechanic this good in the new town. Gonna miss Longmont, and Mike and Twin Peaks is a part of what Ill have a hard time replacing in my new home. Theres a reason they had 5 stars when I found em, and theres a reason they still do!
