So this location just changed ownership and I must say you can already see the difference! Its more well run, they actually have food in appropriate quantities, and the new items in the menu are the bomb!Youll be seeing me regularly. Well done.

Ended up here after a bad experience at a tea place down the street. Never been here before until today and Ill return for sure. Friendly staff and good drinks

Been a customer for 20 years and the excellent drinks, bagels and service that first hooked me has remained excellent. Love their Kenya and Winter Blend drip coffee. Love their vanilla lattes. Love their everything bagels. Love that they’ve continued to operate with wonderful customer service and consistent quality all these years.

I was looking for a Starbucks to start my day and found this place!! I had theyre matching green tea and vegan lemon popyseed cake witch where both 😋 delicious, the staff where so uplifting and with great energy, definitely going back there again loved it !

Great coffee! I love coming to this place! The vibe is super cool and the beverages are all really good. Especially the Funky Monkey. Even if you dont like peanut butter it is an amazing drink!If you dont prefer the cold monkey, you can try it hot. But you have to ask and possibly beg/negotiate. But its worth it.Comfy furniture.

I dont usually leave reviews, but I went here today and ordered two drinks... Only person in the place...7 minutes later my girl friend gets up to see whats the status of our drinks. One gentlemen refilling hot coffee other employees cleaning up, she stands there for a minute before they acknowledge her have you been helped? Yes I ordered two drinks blank stares, they turn and look at order receipt machine, pull off a handful of tickets. Oh these two drinks? They start making them.Apologies were offered and free drink coupons provides. But come on. There wasnt any rush or surge of other customerss. Maybe be a little less high when serving the public

The staff are always super friendly and their coffees are the best in town. My personal favorite is their Vanilla Nut. Their Passion Iced Tea is also amazing and refreshing everyday. This is one our favorite places to start the morning. The locals are friendly and create a welcoming vibe for the shop. Their outdoor seating is great for getting some sun or sitting with a pet.

So far the best coffee in Long Beach. Their iced mochas are to die for. Friendly staff, comfy seating, and great to stop by before shopping at Pavillions next door.

This place is alright. It’s just pricey! I use to work at the one in La Habra many many years ago, which is no longer there, it’s now a Jersey Mike’s. I came here recently because of nostalgia reasons.The baristas were cool and super helpful but that price point for what you get is too high!

Much better than my first experience. Only 4 stars because come regulars came in and switched a light button on and over illuminated the room.

I just wish they had a restroom here if they did it would get 5 stars

I went in for a cup of coffee and coffee cake their debit card machine was offline I had no cash. The guy gave me my coffee and danish said you can pay next time you come in. Thought that was very great customer service because you know he never expected me to come back but the next day I went in and paid to their surprise.

Atmosphere was ok, customer service was good, but product is definetely subpar. I have visited this locale twice and both times the latte was very bitter with burning hot temps on the milk. Baristas need some serious training on how to pull a good expresso PLEASE.
