They have the best bagels in Long Beach. Their egg salad and other salads are excellent! I recommend this place for everyone.

Grabbed some breakfast and it was great! Prices are highly than what Google shows, yet they give a nice portion size. My wife and I did omlettes and they were great. Highly recommended, if in the area

Bagels are amazing! Love their muffins too! The Neil on a wrap with a side of macaroni salad is my go to. The staff is nice as well!

Ordered a special of theres that had 3 eggs, I knew it would be too much so I ordered it with only 1 egg since it said it brought sausage bacon and potatoes.... unfortunately the pompous assemble who toke my order and decided to laugh / chuckle at my egg change didnt pay attention and ordered me something eles that didnt have the potato.... very disappointed especially since Im from out of town he made me feel stupid. So thats a negative 4 in customer service.

I LOVE Max Bialystok! The customer service is smooth and friendly. There are all kinds of delicious spreads for your bagel. The whitefish salad is always fresh. And they dont look at me cross-eyed when I order my bagels exactly the way I want them - no one puts the stuff on their bagel the way I do. My tastes are unique. They are super concious of safety precautions during the pandemic, too. I feel safe going in there. And the coffee is NEVER burnt no matter what time.of day or what day of the week you are there. Its not Beooklyn, but the bagels are very good. And they always have egg bagels. I love the rich flavor of egg bagels.

Very good bagels and coffee. They have a great staff and it is very comfortable to sit, have breakfast and read the paper. They do not rush you. All good. Pricing is in line with others in the area. The only problem here is the parking. Sometimes very difficult - especially in the middle of the day.

I dont normally go to this bagel spot, but my husband insisted it had improved. When I gave my order to the older gentleman with the glasses, I asked if a clean cutting board and knife could be used to cut my sons bagel since he has a seed allergy. Before I could even finish, he became rude and snotty and said, Its not my responsibility if something happens. I asked if the board and knife could be wiped down, but he continued to talk over me, rather than listen. We have four bagel places in town, and I frequent 3/4 - this is the one closest to my home, that I rarely go to. The other three bagel spots have absolutely NO PROBLEM using a clean board and knife. Much easier to flick a few seeds off a bagel, but not so easy when theyre embedded in the cream cheese. His attitude was unprofessional, and when I mentioned what happened to my husband he knew EXACTLY who I was talking about. The people standing around me were perplexed by his attitude toward me as well. I will be sharing my experience with my local allergy group so they know this is NOT a friendly place.

Great place good bagels! Their cook is great, shes on point! If shes not there the other ones make a great sandwich too! Good prices too. Just wish their everything and egg everything didnt have the caraway seeds on it! But thats more of a personal thing than a slight on them!! Enjoy your breakfast!

Been going to this place for like a decade sandwiches have always been consistent but I just got charged $2.50 for a 16.9oz Arizona green tea and honestly I’m kinda offended.

This place is terrible, it is run down, there is NOT enough staff and parking is terrible, because of this they will litterally say no and turn customers away. If the out of shape dirty man behind the counter was not so rude based on his own staff and not my opinion (although I agree) then I would have just called back a little while later. Fortunately this is just a bagel place and there are a ton of other options around.Stay away from this place, they are rude, unabled, understaffed and it is just breakfast food that is comparable to any other decent NY deli. I would take more time to write about this but they are not worth my time and I have already ordered elsewhere.NEVER AGAIN.

Ill start off by saying I almost didnt remain a vegan because I love vegetable cream cheese. I thought all hope was lost. Then I discovered Tofutti (tofu cream cheese). Then, I discovered vegetable Tofutti at this wonderful establishment.Service is good and those behind the counter are as fast as they can be, given that the place fills up quickly. Lots of options for bagels/spreads/sandwiches.Giving four stars ONLY because I feel they can do better with the iced coffee situation. Not too tasty (for me personally). Otherwise: love this spot!Needless to say: I am still vegan and this is my go-to for bagels.

I have been going in there regularly. Went in today and the big Spanish who seemed like a manager behind the counter was incredibly rude. I‘ve have never posted a review in my life until now. I would never step foot in there again.

Used to love this place. I recently called them to place an order for pick up and their response was “I’m sorry, were too busy to take your order” unbelievable. Lost our service for sure.

My go-to bagel shop. Fresh food, smiling gracious staff. Favorites are hungry max egg sandwich, egg raisin bagel with cinn raisin walnut cream cheese, plain bagel with oreo cream cheese, sunburn on an everything bagel, beach bum on a hero. Best bagels I have ever had. I recently needed catering after a funeral and they took excellent care of us. The manager took the order himself and he took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were happy with the final order. I really appreciated that. I was not rushed or pushed towards anything. Always professional, always asks how I am doing and they really take care and pride there. Went in today with a friend to meet for coffee and egg sandwiches and both of us left full and happy as usual. I will be back tomorrow! Definately would recommend to anyone.

The customer service is atrocious.I’ll admit that the bagels from this place are phenomenal and that is why I still go.It’s unfortunate.The customer service is horrble. I came in to order a bacon egg and cheese and when I arrived home found that there was no bacon.I called back for help. The older gentleman that is the owner that took my order got on the phone and said he could either send me bacon in a half hour or give me free bacon next time.That is ridiculous because his solution was for me to either let the eggs and cheese got cold for a half hour and then eat my sandwich or eat the mistake sandwich which wasn’t what I wanted and then wait till the next time I go back, which is arrogantly assuming I’m definitely coming back, to get what I paid for.I explained that to him and he said there’s nothing he can do and that’s the only options he can give me.I told him I paid to eat a bacon egg and cheese this morning and I wanted to eat a bacon egg and cheese this morning, and I wanted to eat it hot, the way it’s supposed to be.He agreed to deliver a sandwich and then demanded that I return his mistake sandwich so that he can throw it out because this jerk probably thinks I’m trying to steal a 4 dollar bacon egg and cheese because he’s too pompous and arrogant to admit that he forgot to put the bacon on my sandwich.He tells me it will arrive in about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I call him and he says he hasn’t sent the order or yet because he’s waiting on a delivery driver. I told him it’s not fair he quoted me 30 minutes and I’m still waiting to get the sandwich I originally came in to order.So I told him to hold my sandwich and I’d pick it up myself. Went back over there and gave the owner the mistake sandwich and he finally gave me the right sandwich. He didn’t thank me for walking over or offer me a feee coffee or apologize or anything he just handed me my order and took the mistake.Is that an experience you want to have? Probably not.Again they have the best bagels so I’ll probably be back even though I never want to interact with this individual again who seems to be a manager or higher up person.But if you’re going for the bagels double check everything you get.Plus this is the same guy that makes a sour face when i remind him to add a pickle and side salad with my lunch sandwich when the menu board says it comes with those. As if he’s angry that I’m getting what I paid for because he was hoping i wouldn’t notice he didn’t give me them.If you go, try to avoid this guys because everyone else that works there is polite. And check your order again.

Disgraceful. They need better delivery guys at that place. Guy got to the house an hour after they left the store. The food is digusting and cold. The delivery guy could careless and looked like he was stoned. Don’t waste your time on this place if you want a quality breakfast in a timely matter

Bagels and stuff without the line. Some of the competitors in the area have such a long line what a waste of time. My favorite here is a breakfast sandwich on a roll, its better than anywhere else in the area.

Bland bagel experienceWent there for breakfast while visiting the area. The bagels were good in size but were over proofed and tasteless. Just fluffed up bread. had a swiss and mushroom omelette which was also tasteless. The coffee was OK.Also what kind of bakery named Bialystock runs out of bialys at 11 AM ?
