Consistently messing up our drinks. Just bring back the toffee nut syrup so I can buy a bottle and leave Starbucks behind for good. Starbucks has really gone downhill lately. I’ve been back three times (forgot to add my syrup, was out of my syrup and didn’t tell me, and put way too much ice in a frappy) in the last 2 weeks. Deleting the app from my phone.

A lot of the bad crowd tend to hang around outside, if you know what I mean. I’ve gone recently and Wi-Fi seems to be down or it no longer works. I don’t understand, other than that I don’t really buy Starbucks. So make your own assumption

Ordered ahead on app. Store had a line almost out the door. I went in, saw my drink at the mobile pick up and grabbed it to get out of the crowded space. Employee (short, older woman) comes running toward me screaming like I have my hand in the cash register. Scolds me for not waiting for service. Idk if she was new or just assumed I was stealing, but either way I’ve never been treated that way at a Starbucks before and I won’t be returning.

Even though the wait was longer than usual...I didnt complain.. it is all worth it..

Wow! Impressive! Fully stocked with so many different treats that will knock your socks off! I ordered a breakfast treat, coffee and a Danish! Delicious folks! The customers and my barista had such pleasant attitudes! You would never have known we were in a pandemic or that we should be sad! I have a feeling we are getting back to normal and that Starbucks will be our refuge away from home again!

I ask for the Sailor Moon drink they did not have it but they ask for the ingredients and they made it for me. But the Worker did not like the idea of making something different from their Menu. When my drink was ready they didnt call of my name I was standing there for a while until I went to see the the pick up window and seen my drinks 😠😠

I ordered using Uber Eats. I usually use DoorDash but they do not offer Starbucks so I used Uber. I ordered 2 sausage sandwiches with no egg and selected that option in the menu. I of course received egg on both of them. We’re allergic to eggs. We could not eat them. Uber does not offer customer service. You have to wait for someone to get back to you when you have a discrepancy with your order. DoorDash always has someone answer their phones on the second ring. From this experience I won’t be ordering from Starbucks because they do not use DoorDash and I won’t have to use Uber because I only use them when I want Starbucks. I will order Pete’s Coffee or Dunkin Donuts instead. Simple as that. Wrong order poor and lack of customer service made my decision easy.

Ordered my drink which was a caramel frappe by the order taker named Valerie attitude stunk not smiling cold ....I said did you need my name no but everybody else was asked their name I also did not receive a receipt ....Sat in the store for good 40 minutes observing everything everybody else has a friendly and happy attitude working here she keeps disappearing her attire was not appropriate try to dress up like a French barista out of place. Just plain sad ruins it with one bad employee and I dont think it was an off-day for her you can tell that she doesnt really want to work. I hope she is not a manager or assistant manager because you do have a bad employee here.

Good Services. Grab hot Coffee. Smoothie blender. Desserts. Sadly, dont allow in bathroom restroom, small business But no patio, no restroom. Not Fair😔

Staffs are nice and friendly the place is clean the only problem for me is that its small which makes it feel crowded if there is more than 3 customers waiting for their order.

This Starbucks is fine for a grab and go, but not much else. Friendly service, but no bathroom or seating area. It does have a large parking lot because it shares with a grocery store lot.

Okay, starting off this Starbucks doesnt have a bathroom. I have never been to a Starbucks that doesnt have a bathroom. Also there are no chairs to seat down in. I had to stand the entire time while waiting for my coffee. Besides that, the lady at the cash register was really nice.But really, no bathrooms!!!

I love Starbucks.! But in this particular Starbucks, I accidentally left my wallet, to return and being greeted by everyone saying Isaiah is back for his wallet, even the customers said that love the place.

Its a small Starbucks but that shouldnt deter you from visiting for a drink.The drinks are good, the prices are affordable, and the employees are friend. I was very surprised by how fast my drink was prepared and given to me. The employees working here really know what they are doing.Be aware that there are no tables and chairs inside to sit down so you will have to enjoy your beverage standing up or take it to go.Overall this Starbucks is a really nice one.

Inattentive, overcooked milk in latte. Already detested this location as they have gone under renovation, removing the bathroom and seats and tables. I figured it would be fine to just stop in so I could get a holiday drink but the drink is so hot it has no flavor. Former barista here, very disappointed. With another location less than a mile away, Id not recommend this store.

Too Expensive, too much sugary drinks and junk foods, Too much plastic, No climate and Environment or personal responsibility. Just to Corporate big for their britches. Outlived their usefulness. Close em all down. Except where I just happen to be addicted to their frappuccinos.

This store closed power outlets months ago so that their customers cannot use a laptop, I think. They recently removed all the chairs and regular tables to make sure their customers cannot stay long. I think this is against Starbucks culture. I have not seen Starbucks like this. This store should not be operated under the name of Starbucks. We go to Starbucks to enjoy the atmosphere even purchasing pricey coffee.

The Starbucks was very clean, simple, and basic. It is not like the other Starbucks with all these random chairs everywhere. This Starbuck is a hole in the wall one. The bar Tista was very genuine and accommodating due to the new changes to the Starbucks reward. I got what I wanted. Vain all the boxes were fast, efficient, and very welcoming. I definitely will come back here again because its like a home to me.

Great place to get a freshing beverage of your choice quickly. Dont plan on grabbing a seat unless you like the floor. Staff was friendly. Dont drink too much as they dont have bathrooms.

Worst Starbucks Ive visited, took 20 min from the time I ordered through their app to get the drink handed to me even though I was in the store for over 15 min and had asked about my order as soon as I walked in, was barely warm when I got it.

Dont ask for water bc they refuse to give it to you. Which by the way is illegal under California Statutes.Can not sit down at a table or use the bathroom because there arent any in this location.

The product is the same dark roasted steamy creamy jolt you get at every Starbucks. So youll get what you expect from your order. However there will be no comfort, no place to sit, no ambiance, no convenience, and its easy miss it if you arent looking fo it.UPDATE: “blonde” light roast Verona makes me very happy. Now to get the Jamaican Blue Mountain lightly roasted.
