I recently cracked my display on my Pixel phone. I called and they said they had the display in stock. I rushed over as I was flying out the next day and they said they could get it fixed today. When I dropped it off they said they were backed up so it would take 3 hours. No problem as I just needed it today. Imagine my surprise when 45 minutes later I received a text saying it was done. I returned to the store and sure enough it was done. Great job on the service and appreciate getting it done so quickly.

They did a screen replacement on my iPad air 3rd generation. The screen was replaced without any issues but the home button was sticking out a bit. They tried to fix it and the fix was only partially successful. I ask for a little discount and, to my surprise, they completely refunded the order. Definitely will be back for my other needs.

I stopped in to see if the techs could transfer numbers from my old (ancient) flip phone to my smartphone. The tech was courteous, quick and even though he wasnt 100% sure he could do it, he said hed try. Not 10 minutes later he was done, successfully updated and, best of all, didnt even charge me. Used them through Ausrion, warranty coverage to fix a cracked screen and touch screen issues. They came to the house. They were professional and quick in fixing. They called before to let me know they were within 10 minutes. Easy transition to provide the phone to them (Covid-19, less contact).Good to know there is an option available like this for folks to use. I came here to have my Pixel fixed after Google support couldnt help me. They took my phone and were able to get the OS reinstalled. The phone was still having problems so they checked again and determined it was a battery defect known to Google. They repaired the battery, got my phone back up and running, and didnt charge me anything! They handled the warranty issue through Google directly and my phone was working again the same day. Come here for your serious device repairs.

The Drive was worth it, I drove from Longmont to get to this store! After receiving the worst service ever at the Layfette store and calling 12 of these stores to find my specific screen in stock, this store had it! If you have a defective Samsung or it fails under warranty, dont mess with your carrier. They will charge you Fees for shipping and fees for processing an exchange just to get a refurbished phone a week later! [uBiF] ordered me a brand new phone from Samsung and it will arrive in a few days! If you go through Samsung directly they require the phone be mailed into them and then you have to wait while they take it apart and fix it. No phone = cant work/function in our daily lives.

Went the other day for a minor laptop screw fix and they took very good care of me

They lie about time frames and your phone having defects. Website said it would be 1-2 hours. Tech said it would be ready within 3.5 hours. Came back almost 4 hours later to my phone exactly how I left it. Made me wait for the tech to press the screen back on. After watching how to videos, I realize this is just a lie. These guys never performed the work promised in the timeframes promised. Late to work an unable to work without my phone. Worst than a waste of time.

They got my glass replaced in less than 2 hours with no appointment. And they guarantee their work for 90 days. $40 cheaper than the last place I had it fixed at too

I told them I wouldnt get a battery replacement so they refused to just re glue the back.Their loss. Missed out on $$ just because they couldnt upsell.Went to CPR phone repair instead. It was the better choice.

I had shattered my phones screen and was devastated thinking that I had broken it and couldnt salvage anything. Thankfully, the people who work here had reassured me that it was just a cracked screen. It was a fairly easy replacement which only took a few hours for them repair. Afterwards, I came once I was done with a few errands and it was working great again. Im happy that I came here and will certainly be back if I have any other accidents 😅

Our dog chewed up an iPhone and the screen was destroyed but the phone seemed to still be working. We took it to an apple store and we were told that the screen could not be fixed because of calibration issues. We brought it over to uBreakiFix and were told they were pretty sure they could do it. They ordered a screen for us and were told that if they couldnt fix it there would not be a charge. Well they fixed it and it works perfectly. Excellent experience and they were nice. Thank you!

I highly recommend this location and Ryan! Ryan was AWESOME! My iphone XR ear speaker was so muffled, I could hardly hear out of it. I was so frustrated I was going to make a insurance claim through my cell service provider on my phone and deal with getting a refurbished phone, but then I found uBreakiFix and spoke with Ryan. He explained that if I could still hear a little bit then my speaker probably just needed a good cleaning. I took it in and met Ryan in person (super nice guy) and he took my phone for 5 minutes and came back out and the speaker works as good as new! I had to turn the ear speaker volume down to midpoint because the speaker once again worked so well! Ryan saved me so much time and effort and money! I am so grateful for him and his A+++ customer service! They will have a client for life!

I walked in on January 23rd, at about noon, with a phone that would not make or receive phone calls. The young man who helped me had my phone fixed within 5-10 minutes. Turns out, my cellular network needed to be reset. He was the nicest guy, and didnt even charge me. He also looked up the warranty on my phone, let me know the end date, and what to watch out for, in the event it happens again, and I need to send it in. Great customer service and support! 3 months ago a vertical line appeared on my phones screen. The only thing I could figure what caused this was the phone was several feet away from the kitchen sink and was very lightly misted by water. It was a very light barely there mist. The phone was never dunked, dropped, submerged, not even a scratch on any of its surfaces. I finally decided to bring the phone in for screen repair and they asked what I thought may have caused it. So they told me they would keep it for 48 hours for water damage assessment. I agreed and they called me several days later to say that there was NO OTHER DAMAGE BESIDES THE SCREEN. I gave them the okay to replace the screen. I checked the screen and everything looked good so I paid for the service rendered and went home. When I got home I tried the phone more extensively and I received an email on it. It sounded horrible. So I went into sounds and played a few sounds and I played a few YouTube videos all sounding weak, tinny, and ear piercing like hitting notes that grate through you, very high pitched sounding.I did not bring the phone in for audio and video problems because there were no audio problems when I brought it in. In fact I played a game on it while waiting in the parking lot for this location to open, just to see if I could challenge myself with a line down the screen. The audio worked perfectly.I brought the phone back to the same location and the guy had a know it all attitude didnt listen to anything I had to say or ask. I said that the phone sounded like the speaker was misaligned or vibrating against something, and he told me that if it was out of place it wouldnt work at all. He told me I either I could pay for the speaker to be fixed or not, but it is not their fault the speaker is not working. He told me all sorts of things happen from water damage.Okay, I think of myself a reasonable average person with a little tech-spert knowledge and some basic common sense. Any water that may have existed from a light external mist should have evaporated by 3 months. Any corrosive damage should be visible or apparent by 3 months. By their own 48 hours diagnosis nothing was damaged besides the screen. The audio stopped working the day of the repair. The audio was working perfectly the moment the phone left my possession. The audio was no longer working when it left their possession. If the audio problems were because of water damage or corrosion then why did it stop working the day they replaced the screen and not before.They wanted me to pay $50.00 for a new speaker when the current one is probably just misaligned, the cushion is off, it may be vibrating against something metallic, or something simple is my whole point. He would not even take a look at it. He was adamant that I pay $50.00 for a new speaker or leave, so I left.I do not recommend this location because of one person. The rest of the staff were really nice, listened, and helped.

I am writing this review to warn everyone about this company. I took a laptop in for repair. It suddenly wouldnt turn on. The guy who helped me said that they would take a look at the machine and get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and let me know if they could repair it or not.I had to ask for a claim ticket. After not hearing from them in the designated time period, I called the store. When I asked if my laptop had been looked at yet, he replied that it had been tagged for recycling! I immediately freaked out. He said not to worry. That it was still in the store with the other recycled items and to give him 1-2 hours to find it. I called back after 2 hours(no call back from them) and was told that my laptop was gone. It had been shipped out with other items for recycling. He said they would still try to locate the laptop. Dont know where they were going to look. I called the owner today. The story had changed. Now he is saying that my laptop was thrown into a dumpster. And that he would pay to replace my laptop. I just needed to bring in my original receipt. Wow, how generous! So, my laptop is gone but more importantly, all my data. I have no way of knowing even if my data was wiped from the machine. If they come back and say they wiped the data, I have no way of knowing if that is even true. Im now at risk of identity theft. Plus, I had my husbands, my childrens and my father-in-laws tax return information on my laptop, as well as other sensitive personal data. So, 5 people are at risk and he offers to pay for a new laptop. Please stay away from this business!! How could a company that is in the business of repairing machines with sensitive personal data on them let this happen?

Garrett did a cleaning that cleared up most of the problems, he was very fast and up front. Have used them multiple times for our phones and will continue to use them!

We have brought our broken phones here many times over the past couple of years and received top notch service each time. If you are needing a phone fix, it’s worth checking these guys out. Even If you have insurance on your phone it’s still worth checking. These guys saved me like $70 cause it was less to fix my phone with them rather than pay our deductible.

I have never had a good experience at this location. First time I got a screen fixed here they broke my charging port and I had to get a replacement. I figured it was a bad repair, or something off happened. This location seems to get decent reviews. I again needed a screen repair and this is what happened:When I dropped of my phone they said they would need about 3-3.5 hours. I didnt hear back so I went to the store 4 hours after dropping it off. The guy at the counter said they were behind but it would be ready in 20 mins. After 40mins waiting I went back in and a different guy said the first screen didnt work so they need another 45 mins. After 45 mins someone called and said they needed more time. Another 10-15mins the guy asked me come back in to talk. Said he had to fire the first guy and everything was a mess in the back. He finally figured out why the screen wouldnt work but he would need to start over. At this point they have had my phone for about 5.5 hours, I have been there for 2 hours waiting and it did not seem they knew what they were doing. I asked to get my device back. I was going to get in contact with asurion to find alternative or switch locations. I now find out this location noted my device beyond repair on the claim so I have to pay the deductible and get ara again. This time I have to pay. Going to this location is going to be $140 mistake. Beyond frustrated with this location.I would go to another and avoid this place.
