This location is extremely short staffed. Everytime I have visited recently, I have been told that there is an hour to hour and a half wait. I know the reps that were there the evening I last came here were extremely busy and hard working and I have nothing against the great work they do.Another important note for anyone that comes to this store, they are an authorized retailer but not an actual Verizon store.

I stopped in at Chatfield Verizon yesterday. I had just get my LG V60 last week in Oregon. Traveled to Colorado to look at colleges. I had only used my duel screen for 1 day then it stopped working. Ashli and Alexis spent almost one hour helping me figure out why it wasnt working. Turns out I put a magnet on back of my phone for car mount. The magnet stopped the duel screen from working. I was so impressed whith how helpful they were even though I did not buy from their store not even same state.Thanks for making my DAY!!!!
My wife Barb had difficulty getting into iCloud due to Apple insisting her security answers were wrong. Bogus! Kevin was able to access a solution outside of Apples perimeter. Brilliant. Like the vest!
I was very pleased with Kevin Ossler customer service he helped me until we got me a phone on my dads account it was very difficult but kevin was able to get it done and also left getting what i had wanted so i appreciate it very much also very patient and understanding thanks again.
While the persons I have been assisted by were very pleasant and helpful, I have come to not be able to rely on this location. On 2 separate occasions I have added devices to my account with 2 separate sales agents. Both times I have declined device protection only to find out a month later that I was being charged for device protection. I dont know where the disconnect is. I dont appreciate having to chat with Verizon online for 45 minutes each time to get refunded and remove a service that I did not authorize.
Absolutely nothing to offer a 26 year Verizon customer, looking into a lower rate( like the other wireless carriers) but I would actually pay MORE than I am paying now.Verizon is losing a customer.
Very disappointed in the ethics of the sales team. My Iphone needed to be replaced. The Rep explained they had a buy back promotion going on.. no matter what shape you phone was in they give you a rebate. I was told I would receive a 565$ credit for my phone. The new phone would only add 11$ to the bill. I received 204$. My bad - I did not review the paperwork for the purchase. I called after the first month as the total amount of the phone was listed on my invoice was listed without the rebate. The sales rep I spoke to said this is the way the company bills but the rebate would be given in the monthly billing system. Huh! We all learn from our mistakes... next time I have to purchase a phone I will be getting everything in writing!!! Hope this helps anyone who is a Verizon customer. Dont fall for the gimmick... they use to call this bate and switch. They are clever because nothing in writing equates to no liability!!

My experience in the past with this store has been unsatisfactory to say the least. So, I made a point out of being extra, kind, bubbly and smiley. However, my experience, to of no fault of my own left me telling the service rep that I was going to report him, and leave a negative review and he replied that he did not care. So here we are. The gentleman that treated me TERRIBLY was a heavy set, out of shape, non white male. He had dark hair and a pony tail. He was working at 9am on 6/7/2021 I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and am now in the process of canceling my service plan with Verizon and looking elsewhere for a carrier that does not treat its long long time clients as if they dont care. I hope this helps. My recommendation would be that you drive five minutes down the road to the Verizon corporate store.

Went in to this store and was greeted by Aubrey, he was very polite and easy to talk to. My phone was broken and I was afraid I had lost all of my personal information and pictures. I went into this store to to just ask about a bill, I was greeted by Dustin and he was very nice. I ended up getting a new phone because he told me about a promotion going on. The problem I had was I told him I wanted a simple phone and he put me into a crazy difficult phone and we had trouble setting up my email and he was just loosing his patience. If your going to be involved in sales you can’t be getting impatient with a customer. I came back to get help a few days later and Aubrey and Ashley helped me out and they were definitely outstanding

I purchased a phone and plan, but the phone was faulty so I returned it a week later and was told I’d receive a full refund. Now my first bill has a $30 charge for the returned phone payment plan, $15 for a phone protection plan I did not sign up for, and $10 for 5g that was supposed to be included in the $90 unlimited plan.Update:3 hour long phone calls later, they supposedly have taken the extra unauthorized charges off my account. But now I’ve received 3 letters in my account notifying me of a credit check to add a device/upgrade. The store claims they only run one check upon opening an account. The latest check was almost a month after I’ve been in the store. According to Verizon customer service, they believe this store ran the fraudulent credit checks and are now opening an investigation into them.
Came in with a broken phone and 500$ to get a new one. Sat for 45 minutes, no one said a word to me. Watched three other customers walk out. Your sales rep couldnt pull up my dads phone number, the master account so we could call him. It was a total waste of time.

Just had the easiest experience ever in upgrading my iPhone at this Verizon store! Tyson provided fantastic customer service and he was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional, informative, and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. He took care of all of the small details which made my phone 100% ready to go upon leaving the store. This Verizon store is conveniently located right off of C-470 and Kipling and was not extremely busy so we were in and out in no time. Greg Duell was great to work with! The location opened before the stated time on Sunday, which was great. Just needed a new sim card and was promptly helped out. They didnt try to sell me anything or make me wait for service, felt this way at Verizon near Mississippi and 225 34 days ago. A year and half ago my wife received a tablet here on a “special deal” that remained in the box till a few days ago. It was password protected when purchased with no records. In an attempt to use it, I took it back to the store where the salesman did a hard restart.1) He said we could save $10 per month by releasing the line. Wrong, they wanted $120 to release the line. I’m money ahead letting it expire.2) After an hours work at home to restore the tablet it was not functional. The next day at the store after another hour work, the tablet was not functional. An unused tablet that is now unusable. Nothing they could do, a contract is a contract! We might have been caught with a possible security feature for stolen phones but hey should have known3 Asked if the Verizon store at SW Plaza might be able to fix it. I was told they are no longer there. Wrong, but they could not fix it either.4 He looked at my current phone and said the battery is swollen and might explode. Wrong, a close inspection of the battery showed zero deformity.When in the store a while back I commented on the poor reviews for the tablet. The sales person said “even though I have one in the back I would not sell it to you for that reason”. When the sales person working on my tablet asked another employee about fixing it I overheard him ask “is the screen falling off!”I’m stuck with a worthless piece of junk we are still paying for and bad information.
I was having a slow day at work and decided to pop in here to get a new phone. Chris was amazing! Super accommodating and answered all questions that I had. He didnt just try to sell me on more accessories or unnecessary features he actually SAVED me money by removing erroneous items from my plan. Thanks again for showing me the HUM! I worked with Chris and he got me into an upgrade and another tablet. I had to do a return today for a hum and it was a breeze. They installed all my screen protectors, even the liquid nano glass. No pressure to make a sale. Good people in there looking to do right by their customers. Definitely going here from now on as opposed to an actual corporate Verizon store.

The incompetence of workers here is literally astounding to me. I came in to have my number ported, and it took 2 hours and it wasnt even done properly because the employee did not enter the PIN from my old provider, even after I double checked to see if he needed it. Now I carry around 2 phones with the same number, one getting some texts and the other getting others. Not only that, but he sneakily opened another line on my account and put the SIM card into my old, broken phone. Luckily I caught him at that, but then he told me i would have to call and cancel the line myself...which I assume is going to come with a 200$ cancellation fee. Seriously, just a number port. Should not be that hard, but the guy at this store royally screwed it up. I wish I never came back to Verizon, but now Im stuck. Ill be back in soon to have this resolved. And if I have to pay 200$ to remedy this mistake, I am absolutely breaking my contract.

Feeling scammed after visiting this Verizon store on black Friday 2018. Back then on Google maps it wasnt labeled as an Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales, it just said Verizon. First off I got a black Pixel 3 128GB, which is listed on Verizons site as $899.99, yet they charged me $930, which I did not notice till after the fact when looking at my Verizon bill. Second, they charged a device setup fee and sales tax to pick up the phone, which when every other person on this account picked up their phones from an actual Verizon store where not charged any of this. I thought maybe I was paying sales tax up front, but looking at all of our bills my monthly taxes have not gone down. It was only till I contacted Verizon that I found out that this place is not an actual Verizon store, which is why there was so much inconsistency between everyone else who picked up their phones from an actual Verizon store, not an authorized retailer. DO NOT GO HERE! Only go to an ACTUAL VERIZON store! This place is a rip off, will overcharge you on phones and fees! STAY AWAY! I dont care that I got good customer service when come to find out I ended up paying $113.25 more to pick up an ordered phone from this location. Should have just ordered online and picked up from an actual Verizon store. Their customer service was nowhere near worth an extra 113.25 when all they did was place an order.

I have been going to this location since they opened last year. Every time I am in there I am treated like family and given the utmost consideration. I dont think I have ever waited more than five minutes which is refreshing after having waited over an hour in some of the corporate Verizon stores! I was in the store yesterday because I thought I had lost my phone and had no idea how to activate find my iphone. Judah helped me get into my account (only to find that find my iphone was turned off) and was helping me figure out whether filing an insurance claim or getting a new phone was a better option for me. I was very impressed that this was not about him selling me another phone. His concern was more about helping me figure out which option was a better one for me! In the end, my daughter showed up and found the phone in my car so I didnt need to do either. In this dog eat dog world it is nice to know that Cellular Sales cares more about their customers than they do just making another sale! Judah and Cellular Sales have a customer for life! Thanks Guys!
Gilbert was amazing with helping me setup my elderly fathers new iphone. He was patient with showing my fsther how to use the new phone. Everyone at this store was super nice today, someone kept coming by to strike up a conversation. Definitely felt like they cared about us, which is rare nowadays.

Really great staff! Took the time to thoroughly install my old phone info on my replacement new phone.Patient,thorough,friendly,and above and beyond service.This store is new,so not as busy as others in the area.Did not have to wait as long.
You have to understand that they are NOT an actual Verizon store. My sales person struggled with basic details and had to call his boss repeatedly. Other sales personnel were having issues with their customers. When it came time for pricing they quoted me $600 for an upgrade and $28 per month but couldnt guarantee my trade in was acceptable. I asked if it made a difference for me to go to a real Verizon store to get an answer and they assured me it wouldnt. So I left, went home and called Verizon who assured me the phone was fine to trade in, gave me the same phones for $250 (saving $350) and $1 less per month. So save your time and money and just go straight to Verizon. If you enjoy shady sales experiences then this would actually be a good fit.
Not aware this was not a corporate Verizon store. Worst experience ordering and paying for something and having the fed ex tracking to prove it was delivered to the store, only to find out they sold it days later! They could care less if they can get another by Christmas, we ordered it 3weeks early to ensure we would not have any issues. Beware do not do business with them.
