I have some damage to my car on the rear passenger side quarter panel and recently stopped by Maaco to receive an estimate for having the damage repaired. Mark was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain to me what work would need to be done to not only fix the damage, but to also blend the paint so the paint on my quarter panel better matches the older paint on the rest of my car. I really appreciate Mark taking the time to help educate me on what really needs to be done! Absolutely the best repair service around. If Greeks gods needed to repair a chariot, they would take it to this place before asking Hephaestus. Excellent service and very kind employees, it felt like I was being welcomed into the palace of a new repair based Kingdom, and these round table knights are experts in car body work. They were very easy to work with including understanding we didnt want every tiny item fixed as we were working on a budget. 1 week later we picked up a vehicle that looked practically new! I had to make a choice to buy a new car and work longer, or have my older Honda cleaned up and retire. This was a no brainer. I retired spirting a new paint job at a very fair price.. Since then I had another driver hit me with &1,000 repair, and I was also sandwiched in a car wash. Both times I returned to Maaco in Littleton. My car runs great, and making it look good has been a smart choice. Many thanks to Maaco’s quality work and price. (My mechanic recommended them.). Regardless of whether you have an old vehicle or an expensive new sports car you will want to let Maaco take care of you. You so t regret it.

Run FAR AWAY from Maaco unless you want a car that cannot be driven or sold!!!I took my vehicle to Littleton Maaco after I was rear ended on the highway. I needed bumper work, a taillight, and paint. After the accident the taillight was cracked, but it functioned perfectly. When I got my car back it looked great, but right after picking it up I found there was a problem with the taillights blowing fuses and not working, making the car unsafe to drive (taillights are a legal requirement).I took the vehicle back to Maaco so they could fix whatever they did to cause this issue as the problem only started after they worked on it and was neither a pre-existing issue nor was it caused by the accident. They gave me an excuse and claimed I had a burned out light bulb on an accent light which was causing a short in the system. I had hoped this was correct, but as I drove out of their parking lot and got back on the highway the fuse burned out and I lost all taillights again. I called Maaco, took the car in, and was told nothing was wrong. I went back and forth with Maaco several times trying to get them to fix whatever problem they caused, asked them to stand behind their work, and they told me they didnt know what the problem was, and they werent interested in fixing it or standing behind the work they do.Since Maaco destroyed the safety of my vehicle and refused to fix it Ive had the car into both the dealership shop and an independent mechanic more than 10 times over the past three years and NOBODY can figure out what Maaco did to cause this issue or how to fix it.Im now stuck with a car that I cannot safely drive and cannot sell with a clear conscience. I would have been SOOO much happier driving a dented car that was reliable and functional, and instead I have a car that I cant afford to replace, but also cant safely drive. NEVER take you car here unless you want a driveway ornament!!!

Recommended by a friend, I called the place up for repairing my wife’s Jeep from an accident. I brought the car in, yes, it was drivable, and then they take care of everything for me from there. They put me in a rental car and dealt with the insurance company directly. I did not need to do anything but getting back into a perfectly repaired Jeep in 10 days! I know Im not a customer because I wouldnt want your paint boys touching any of my vehicles. They are disrespectful and a total rip off.

Too many mistakes made me lose my confidence in the quality of the repair. Beyond disappointed with both the quality of the repair and the many mistakes that were made. Brought my truck in for some body damage. Took 3 trips to the shop to finally make it right. The first trip to pick it up there was obvious visible paint chips that was from the mounting equipment when calibrating my sensors. 2nd trip I went down ready to pick there was obvious trim piece that was not put on right, 3rd trip they finally got it right, however you could easily see the same paint chips that were not just covered up with touch up paint. Would never come back to this shop even to claim my warranty. Every time, Frank told me he had my back and trust me, I trusted him and he let me down. This shop cost me much of my personal time and frustration going to and from the shop. Very disappointed and dont wish this quality of repair for anyone else. They get 2 stars cause they did buffer out some pinstripes for free, but I would have rather paid than deal with the heartache. Keep searching for better quality repairs.

My car had been hit on the side by someone who did not cover the damage. I went to Maaco for an estimate and met Frank who was the best. I was trying to not overdo the repairs and keep cost down. He explained my options and put a repair package together for me which was priced well. I picked up the car a couple days later and was so impressed by the the job they did. I could tell Frank and his team take pride in their work. He came out with me to look at the car with a smile. I was impressed. He saved me money, time and the car looks great.

We had used this place before to paint a jeep and the did a good job and its close so we went back.Today 4-5 men took 20 minutes examining our car. Only one was wearing a mask . My husband refurnishes cars. The last time we took a car here to be painted he was told to skip the last step so he did. This time 4-5 employees came out to inspect the car. They had this entire weird back and forth strange show. It was very bizarre. Its like they were trying to be a gang of used car saleman and pointing out every little defect. There was a lot of gaslighting. Even after 20-30 minutes and being in and out of the shop several times they did not give us a quote. My husband kept asking for prices and none of the 5 walking around his car would give him one.Our plan was for a 5 minute drop of, pay some people and leave. My daughter was getting really hot so i said we just needed to go. By this time I wouldnt give these people any more of my money any way. I was told let the men speak We ended up leaving.So if your idea of a good time is sitting in a parking lot for over 30 minutes while 5 people have bizarre repetitive conversation without ever giving you a quote for the work then sure go here. If you like being insulted or just like hearing the men speak then sure go here.We were hoping to find a place to have a car painted once a month but instead we found a colossal waste of time. Im just hoping we dont get COVID too.

Wow! Wish I could give more stars! Yes, this place does an excellent paint job at an unbeatable price (I got a full-body mid-priced paint job). BUT what really made this place stand out was the friendly accommodating staff who made the whole experience pleasurable. You can tell they like their jobs and each other. And that contagious energy spreads directly to their customers. These guys made the whole process incredibly easy. They were completely transparent with what they could and could not do and made sure to get me the best possible price, finished the job quickly and seamlessly, all while showing their personalities and senses of humor.Even after the transaction, I came back later because I had this weird film on my car and assumed it was something about the paint job. They were completely disarming, responding with grace and humor, while assuring me they were not responsible. But instead of leaving me with that, they immediately took my car to wash it with a degreaser and my car looked as good as new. Turned out, I found some other cars I park next to on my street also had the film on their cars too. (So sorry, guys! Thanks for taking care of me.) These guys didn’t have to help me out. I came to this Maaco location due to reviews and affiliation as a select shop for State Farm. Even though the location has a lot of customers, I was greeted immediately upon entering and within 5 minutes had an adjuster looking at the damage to my vehicle. The adjuster, Todd, was very thorough in documenting the damage to insure everything is taken care of under the insurance claim. Couldn’t be more satisfied with my initial visit and won’t hesitate to use this company moving forward.

I had my windshield replaced at Maaco Collision Repair & Auto painting. They did an excellent job, great price since I was paying out of pocket. This makes the second time they have replaced a broken windshield for me. They had estimated it might take up to 4 hours and finished in a little over 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend this shop.

The BEST service I have ever received at an automotive shop. I had gone to a couple of places to get quotes on the dent and paint scratch on my new car (which has a very unique color) and I just didnt feel right walking out of any of them. Good from start to finish. Also works with Hertz so they picked me up and I returned the rental at MAACO when repairs were complete.
