I went in to explore my options for upgrading my iPhone XR. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted and and the consultant who assisted me, Jeremiah, was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me and made sure everything transferred smoothly. I walked out with a new phone in less than 20 minutes and am very pleased with my experience!

Best customer service I have had in a long time. I had pretty much given up on verizon since they were only concerned with sales and never truly helping anyone with their new phones. I was so impressed with my service from Creighton today. He took the time to explain and compare phones for me. Transferred all my info from old phone to new phone. He also applied my screen protector and case. I will never do business with any other verizon. This is the one to go to!!!!!

Josh was amazing. He took time with me answered all my questions never made me feel dumb for not knowing things. Give me a quick tutorial about my new phone. The store was rather busy however he did not rush me at all. He made sure I was comfortable with my upgrade and my new phone before I ever left the store. This was not my usual Verizon store I went to but it is now I will not go to another store the customer service here is unbeatable.

After having A horrible experience with the location in Aurora NE...Jeremiah fixed all of the problems with my phone and service. DeVante was also very attentive and helpful.(I think DeVante was helping everyone in the store all at once. Very impressive!) They worked very well together and after a long few days of nothing but problems...(with management at Aurora store) they not only did an amazing job... They made me laugh and I really needed that! Casey was very helpful purchasing 2 different phones on our account. One was mine, he transferred all my co Tracy’s and apps…..very helpful. Sold me a charger and case at the best price he could find. The other was for my granddaughter. He offered accessories at great prices but since it would be my daughters expense I declined. He was very respectful and not pushy.

Ian was wonderful! He was able to answer all of our questions and help us figure out what the best change was for our family. We were able to upgrade 4 of our phones with him without issue and I’d definitely recommend Ian and this location anytime. We will be back for anything we need in the future.

Went in to see if I did everything correct on setting up my new phone and to get a screen saver. Devante greeted us as we came in and walked me thru everything! He was great at putting my screen saver on! He even helped us box up my old phone so we could mail it back!! Very polite and helpful! I would recommend him and this store to others!

I was pleasantly pleased by the time I left the store. I walked in with intent of trading a phone for a new one. Apparently the promotion was only offered online. Ive had great experiences both times at this particular store. The first time was to figure out a problem with my new phone and to pay my bill. The second time was to buy a wireless charger. Both times the sales associate answered all my questions and were respectful.

I drive all the way across town to go to this store. They are always professional and knowledgeable. They get me in and out and Im always satisfied with the information and products receieved.
