I had a galaxy note 20 that had the screen go white on me cause something went wrong with the display. My screen wasnt cracked or anything. After going to my carrier and being told i have to buy my phone for 500 dollars cause i dont have insurance i went around to a couple phone repair places and they were telling me around 250 to fix the problem till i went to ubreakifix. They originally told me about the same price but they did some digging around and found out i was still under warranty through Samsung. I didnt have to to pay a dime outta pocket. Thats great customer service that will bring me back there right away if i ever have electronics repair needs. Not to mention they only had my phone for 2.5 hours so theyre prompt as well.

Clean and friendly very professional. Place kinda empty it be nice to watch something while you wait. Try do try and upsell you on device insurance but I get it its a business. They got my cracked phone screen fixed.

Fair & Honest. Those two qualities seem to be in short supply, and just what one should be looking for in a repair service company today. Dropped a phone that was in need of help beyond our skill set. Not only did Colin quote us a very fair price but completed the repair in half the time he thought it might take him. We will definitely be back.

Called them at around 11:00am with no appointment and had my phone finished with a new screen by 7pm. Looks and works like a dream, and the guys who helped me out were great! Definitely recommend coming here for any tech repair needs.

We were having problems with our Samsung phone. They do repair Samsung phones but since it was a Tracphone there was a contractual agreement that they were not allowed to do the repair. They were very professional and gave us ideas on our next step. Im thankful for their help and I highly recommend them.

Went in for a routine repair of a phone screen and they broke my motherboard and refused to repair the damage they did. Had to buy a new phone. Would not recommend. Ever.

This place is excellent!! I needed a broken screen replaced on my iPhone, I researched the average cost and this place did it for the minimum! My phone was pretty damaged so I was worried about the camera and sensor being bad, I told them to go ahead and fix whatever was needed. So they could of basically charged me for anything and I wouldn’t had known the difference! They just fixed the screen and said everything else was fine, they didn’t even charge me for a new screen protector that I asked for because he forgot to put it on the invoice! These guys are very honest and do excellent work! I would recommend them to anyone!

Assistant at counter was very pleasant, helpful, & honest. Informed me that iPad screen is almost as much as a new iPad (w/ owners input) & that that would be better use of our money! So, thank you for the advice & will now look for new iPad!

I have an old galaxy7 I gave my granddaughter but the battery charge didnt last very long. This place replaced it for $85 which I thought was too high since another place would have done it for$60. The service was professional and timely though.

Called on Tuesday to let them know that I would be in the following day to have my broken screen fixed. stood in line for 20 minutes just for them to tell me that they were short staffed and couldnt fix it today but I could leave it overnight and I might be able to get it to it tomorrow.

Brought in a MacBook Pro that needed repair. Three different workers referred me to sign up for asurion home plus. I wait the 30 day waiting period and start a claim and then asurion denies the claim because the accident happened before I signed up for their service. In conclusion was told me to sign up for a service that does not help my cause. Waste of time and money.

Got there and he turned off/on and fixed! He was quite nice and professional reminding me always try off/on technique first. Refused any compensation for his advice/help!

This is the second time I have used irepair to fix my apple products. Both experiences were great. This time they repaired my tablet in about 15 minutes, on the spot. Repair cheaper than buying new cellphone. BUT failed to tell me it would take 4 HOURS to complete repairs and clerk did NOT know how to finish sale transaction.

Terrific service! I took my phone in because something was stuck in the charging port. They pulled out a piece that broke off an old charger and didnt charge me anything for the service. The whole visit took maybe seven or eight minutes tops. Ill definitely go back for any future phone issues.

This is the second time I have used this place. First time was great. Had a line and they got to me quick. The second time went just as well. If you need your phone repaired this is the best place to do it at.

Unfortunately dropped my iPhone 7 and shattered the screen. I took it into the North 27th street location in Lincoln and they repaired it like new in just over an hour. I could try to replace it myself, but for the small amount of labor they charge - let them do it and enjoy the peace of mind the 90-day warranty gives! : )

The team here was amazing. They fixed my tablet in only a day, and it is an uncommon model that they receive. Even after the main repair I still had issues with some of the stuff and they fixed it again for free! They offer great help with small electronics, and I would go back there again if I had to fix something again.

The staff was very nice and the service was quick! I was able to drop my phone off and go run errands for an hour before coming back to pick up my phone. Id highly recommend them if you need a quick fix!

IPhone wasn’t charging anymore so I stopped in to drop it off for service. Two minutes later I walked out with a cleaned charging port at no charge! Very courteous and pleasant. I won’t hesitate to return with future needs.

Phone was not charging. Tried cleaning the port, apparently not very well. I took it in about fifteen minutes before they closed. The guy behind the counter looked and said the port was full of lint. He took it in back and cleaned it up, no charge. Phone charges like it should now. Great customer service!

I went in to get an iPhone 7 screen replaced. No biggie they did it quick told me I had a ninety day warranty so that if it breaks just bring i back to them. Cool. Two days later I get a case the next day it cracks. Three days and it cracks from falling off of my school desk and as time went by it accumulated more and more cracks. I was like what ever they said the warranty would cover if the screen breaks I take it in apparently it isn’t. It is only if they are liable for the screen breaking which makes sense but would have been nice to know

I got my screen repaired about a month and a half ago and everything was working great, but then my home button slowly started to stop working, and now the touch screen does not work, I am still able to see notifications but I cant unlock my phone, and I am unable to restart my phone due to the broken home button. I will be taking this back in today, hopefully they fix it for free because after spending $150 to get my phone fixed I would expect it to work and not do something like this.

We brought an iPhone in to get repaired. Got it repaired and everything was fine. Within a couple days, the replacement screen had developed small cracks UNDER the screen protector that they had applied.No biggie, we take the phone back in to get fixed (protector still on). They handled it unprofessionally and would not accept that it was a faulty replacement. Offered a small discount instead of just replacing the screen again.Wont be going back

Friendly and helpful. Had the battery in my iphone 7replaced though and while it is better than the one I had that was totally dying...it lasts nowhere near as long as the original did when it was newer. Even with minimal use I still have to recharge it before end of day....

They replaced the screen on my S9. Since its kind of a newer phone, they had to order the screen. They said it would take a couple days, but it came in the next day. My phone works great and everyone I spoke to there was super friendly, this place is fantastic.

I had an awesome experience at iRepair getting a new battery for my iPhone which was dying quite frequently. I found the prices to be very reasonable and the service was very speedy! Both my coworker and I have had great experiences working with Adam at this store. Hopefully my phone doesnt give me another reason to go back, but if it does I will definitely be returning!

Needed charging port replaced on my iPhone. Dropped it off, said would be done in an hour no problem. Came back, they handed it to me and said the wireless charging works fine and didn’t think the port was bad. Maybe more time and could fix it. Appeared to have not a clue what was talking about. Maybe they can fix a cracked screen, beyond that, don’t recommend!

Worst service. I took my Moto Z play 2 for a water treatment and during the process they broke my screen. When I when to pick it up they said that they couldnt fix my phone, even they write a note in the system saying that the screen was broken and replaced, they didnt tell me anything about the broken screen, I noticed some weird lines on my phone and the person working in front said its nothing. I took my phone to another company and they figured out that one of the problem was that the screen was broken. I when again to the store and complain about what happen and they just said that then cant do anything about it and the store manager didnt have anything to say about the fact that they didnt communicate me what was happening with my phone. Then, I sent an email to support and until now I have no response about the problem. Honestly has to be first, then ask for money.

The irepair store in Lincoln NE did great! I went in with a screen that had cracks all up and down it. I dropped my phone off and shortly after I had a great looking screen with a new screen protector on it! 5 stars!!

They replaced the charging port in my Samsung S6 because I dropped it in the water. After they replaced it my phone works pretty good. It took them only one hour. I was pretty happy with the whole transaction.

Consumers, be aware that we had a repair done at this business where an iPhone 5 battery was replaced and screen affixed. The following day, we noticed the phone would charge (it was charging fine prior to the initial repair), yet this business claimed no responsibility for that issue and billed additional repair cost. Needless to say, we will not patronise this establishment again.
