This stores employees ROCK! I have been there to buy phones, ask questions for support, and never had to wait. They are courteous, know their stuff and very good at walking you through any questions you have about a phone. I would highly recommend this as your store.

When you first enter the store, theres a sign that directs you to check in online and wait until they message you. Dont do that, I did that and ended up waiting forever because the store doesnt get the queue. Luckily Trey was kind enough to assist me. We set up an appointment for the next day and I had a new phone for my dad with everything transferred. It was a breeze. Honestly, if you can get Trey to help you, do so. He is great! He was patient, kind and overall, efficient.

I had THE best experience getting a new phone. Autumn was amazing-so personable-wonderful to talk to and so knowledgeable about all of the phones and accessories. I would highly recommend this store and will definitely go back whenever I need to.

I was very happy with the service I got at this Verizon store. Usually when I go into Verizon, they always try to up-sell me on everything. Autumn was excellent. She answered all my annoying questions and was honest with me. Although I live out of state, Im so glad that I did my business here rather than SLC. Thanks Autumn!

I went there to ask a question about my work phone and buy some accessories. The salesperson was unable to help with the issue. That was fine because it ended up being something that was not going to be fixed at a store. The problem occurred when I tried to to buy the accessories. I informed the salesperson that I did not want to tie my demographics to the number. At this point the manager starts yelling at me and telling me that that they have to get that information or I cant return the items. I was unaware of the policy that verizon is requiring email and address to purchase items. The manager walked away talking loudly to himself about the issue then turned around and re-engaged me. Poor customer service is an understatement and I was unaware that verizon stores are doing so well in this economy they can run customers away.

Excellent customer service at Verizon. I used to have Verizon, then switched to sprint (which was the biggest mistake ever), and just came back to Verizon. Very helpful employees in the store and I appreciate it!

After leaving the coperate store by South Point, I decided to try the one behind Super Saver off Pine Lake. OMG, what a difference, you didnt need to make an apt to speak to them ( Corporate had apts over a week out!), the had product in the store, and transfered all my info from my old android to my new iphone. I worked with a young man named Trey, he was pleasant, completely capableand quick. Corporate should be ashamed of the way they treated me... I almost switched carriers after my experience but this other store saved the day. A shining star in customer satisfaction... thanks Trey!!

This location is wonderful and the sales associate, Matthew is the BEST! I had been through quite an ordeal trying to get a new phone through a corporate store in town so by the time I got to this store I was so fed up I was almost ready to switch cell phone service providers.I did not have a wait time at this store, all of my questions were answered and my new phone was set up and working in < 30 minutes!Grateful to have a location like this where it seems like the employees actually care about their customers!

N. Johnson took excellent care of us. He was very proactive of monitoring how many people should be in the store. That was very important to my wife and I. He took care of getting all information from old phone into the new one I purchased. He stayed after closing and went the extra mile. Very satisfied.

Best place for personal hands on service. Not everyone is tech savvy, and they understand that. The staff is kind, friendly and extremely helpful. This is the only Verizon store I will ever go to, and I recommend it to friends and family.

Got a new tablet when my wife got her new Galaxy 8 phone. Wasnt going to take it but the guy said, its free, then he says we could put it on our plan so you can use it anywhere. Wasnt going to do that either, but he says its only $20 more per month and you can drop it off your plan anytime you want if you decide to. I thought it over and I said sure, it would make a nice plan for my son. Well my son didnt want it as he already had a laptop, so I gave it to my son-in-law and he is using it for school. I talk to Verizon about dropping it from my plan. They say that will be $175 deactivation fee please. I say what? Oh it was in the fine print on the contract you signed sir! What BS! Gee you think they would tell you that when you are in the store. I can drop it off my plan on 11/27/2019, provided I am still a Verizon customer then.

Went to get my phone repaired or replaced The man who talked to me when I walked into the store asked how he could help me. I told him that my phone wont take a charge and when i put my charger on the phone it resets all the time. After he looked at the phone he asked if I have insurance I said yes we do. Then he told me that wont cover the phone because the port for the charger is broke. I said I know that. its been getting worse for the last few days. then he said insurance will not cover this item. Then he wanted to sell me another phone for 500.00 bucks. So I told him that I will just take my phone service to another company that will give me good customer service. he said okay have a good day. They had the worse service I have ever seen. They dont want to help you they want to sell you a new phone... Will never go back to Verizon.. UPDATE, After talking to two Verizon stores I called the customer service and talked to a Lance. I told him what my problem was with the phone and he asked did I drop it or did it fall in the water? I said no. He then said that the insurance will cover the phone, with no fee. He then took my mailing address and said the replacement phone will be there the next day. So my thought is call dont go to the Verizon stores, all they want to do is sell sell sell.

ZWireless has some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with (that beats Time Warner and Sirius XM). My wife dropped her phone in a pool and fortunately we had the insurance so a claim was processed. The insurance company said we would have a new phone free of charge within 10 days.However, it has now been 2 months and no one can get anything done. They claim they are speaking with district managers and working on a solutions but anyone who has any sort of sense, knows something this simple should not take 2 months to handle. I would not recommend a single person to ZWireless. All of the employees make excuses for each other and there are more managers out of town all the time than I have ever experienced in my life. The worst part is that no one seems to be able to make an independent decision or a decision of any sort... they are worthless.To top it all off, their manager, Matt, always claims he will call you back and he will get things done but of course you never hear back and nothing is ever accomplished. If you are using Verizon as your retailer, DO NOT USE ZWIRELESS, I would stick to the true Verizon store, not this pitiful offshoot.
