Oscar was AMAZING! He was patient, helpful, thorough and gave me options to consider when I visited his store to purchase a new phone. TMobiles telephone customer service is always worth raving about - and their in-person service is just as remarkable....THANK YOU, OSCAR! The tech listened to the concern, checked out the phone and got me out the door quick. He was nice and the store looked good.

My husband and I decided to switch from Verizon and while it was a headache (as these things tend to be), Austin at the downtown location gave us the best customer service I think I’ve ever had and ensured we were getting the best deal possible. Ended up leaving with a way better plan and brand new phones for less than we were paying at Verizon. He made an effort to get to know us and made the hours we spent there fly by. Give that dude a raise!

Since the day we switched over to T-Mobile via this store we have had nothing but issues stemming from this store. From: employees fighting over who had to install the screen protector I purchased, refusing to replace the screen protector after they installed it incorrectly - twice ( I know this because I ended up replacing/installing myself and has not fallen off since), and did not inform us properly on how to redeem the promotions they promised.I hope my future visits to the South location is better than I have encountered here ( I live on the Northside of Lincoln).
