I work here people complain a lot about the fees we dont control its how the company pays for the whole party. the building rent, our pay slash salarys, the cleaning, the displays all of it.

Not very good service, associates not very knowledgable, had several different associates helping out. most pretty clueless. Also did not honor the offers that Sprint said they would. Will Review later hopefully better next time, but if you value your time and money Id reccommend another T Mobile store.

Ive been a customer of Metro PCS for quite a while. I think theyre just as good as any other company out there they all have their pros and cons. But Ill tell you what I hate about Metro PCS his having to go into the store and talk to someone. Every store Ive been into in Lincoln the people working there have been the most rude unhelpful customer service Ive ever encountered. Id rather have to call customer service on straight talk and get some person who speaks Swahili then theyre going to deal with their employees. Wanted to pay my bill and see about getting an upgrade or what I can do about getting a new phone because my phone sucks. But it looks like Im a be switching companies now

They are all clueless!! That being said my problems get fixed one way or another because the problems have been because they are unaware of what they are doing in the first place. They have also replaced my phone multiple times by they I mean (diamond). Once because I broke it and the other because it would not charge after dying. A sad fact is that she does not work there anymore. So to the other store I will be going. Because if i simply can not handle the staff left at this location.

I went there this morning i saw a lady behind the counter. She’s on the phone texting and don’t even pay attention to me. And I asked her about service she seems like doesn’t have mode to explain to me. And give me wrong informations.

I had a great experience at this store. Diamond was very patient, answered all my questions, and helped me get a great deal! She successfully ported three phone numbers and set me up with a fourth.

Absolutely horrific the way that Diamond handled my transaction. I went in looking to switch from AT&T and had my own unlocked phone with me, all I needed was a SIM card to plug in and I would be all set. Diamond told me that was not the case because thats not how the network works. She told me I needed to pick a free phone, use that for a couple days and then return to the store to have the service transferred to my phone. How? No idea, because it is not true, I am not clueless - she should have been able to activate my phone on their network without such a hassle, but she insisted. She also insisted on putting a case on my phone, which I didnt ask her to do, but I thought was a courtesy. Not the case. That case cost me 15 dollars after a 5 dollar discount - but I didnt ask for the case. She told me all free phones need a case, thats how it works. I told her that is not right and she said there was nothing she could do....until I went to the Metro PCS at the Golds building. They laughed out of bafflement when I told them what she was telling me. In about 5 minutes the guy did everything it took almost an hour for Diamond to half do. When I returned to this store to demand a refund on the case after talking to the one downtown, she didnt put up a fight, but she was giving all kinds of attitude and murmured to another one of her co-workers, what she said I dont know, but based on the head movements I cant assume it was Im happy this guy caught me lying. She didnt actually refund me, but simply open up the register, take out 20 dollars and give me 15. Im just going to assume she pocketed that 5 dollars due to the overall shady nature of her behavior. I cant believe I made such a mistake coming to this store instead of the one downtown. Never come here. Ever.

Bought a phone at this store and the phone was broken returned to the store and they refused to replace it and I even had to pay a second activation fee to put the chip back on my old phone, i am very unhappy with metropcs please dont buy anything from that O st location!

I had bought a case and it broke after i used it one time today and they dont answer their phone and their supposed to be a company they are horrible people i went to another store and i was told that this store had multiple complaints about not knowing how to do a bill payment

Over charged me with a $45 activation fee and very rude staff the other store down the street i received a lot better service will not be back to this location very bad overall service highly$$$$$$$$$
