I have to say...this was the most pleasant experience I have had with Verizon! Rick who helped us was AMAZING! So down to earth and helped us with all the questions we have had! We actually were pretty much in and out for getting our new phones!! The place was very clean! Great great experience!

Ordered a phone online through Verizon. I could not select my home address because I couldnt guarantee that I could sign it. Online it had the option to pick up at this store. I selected that. On the day of the delivery I went in (because this phone number doesnt go to the store) to see if it had been delivered. I was informed they do not do pick ups at this location and Id have to call FedEx to pick up at one of their locations. I did this and was informed the package was secure and could not be changed. I then contacted Verizon customer service who then suggested I have it delivered to my home.......I selected ship to store for a reason. They then told me to wait until it ships to the store and then go pick it up...... Currently the package is sitting in limbo somewhere and will probably be sent back to the Verizon warehouse.

My experience with the COMPANY of Verizon has been horrific the past three days. My grandparents phones went out on Tue.; they are 91 and 86 years old still living on their own, on a farm. It took us over a day and a half to get them some sort of working phone so that they could dial out in case of an emergency. We are still working on an ongoing problem (that will continue into tomorrow) but that is beyond this review.We took them them to three (3) different stores yesterday (and spent hours on the phone) to try and get a real answer/new phones they could operate/ something. FINALLY we ended up at this Verizon on O St. I walked in myself to ask questions to see if they could actually help us. The man that greeted us was the first person to tell us the truth about an outage in the area. He could describe the problem before I even did. He did not try to upgrade their plan, sell them something they didnt need, nothing like that. He actually laid it all out exactly what was happening. At this point we felt since he was the only person not trying to sell us something we left wanting to believe him. Turns out he was right, and honest, the outage was fixed today.To the employee, a man whose name I didnt get, who was taking names with a tablet at the door on 10-26-21 around 5:30-6ish pm ; I thank you. You were the only person to actually help us yesterday. Im not sure if this will apply to the rest of the store, but we plan to return to this location at the end of the year to update their phones, thanks to this employees honesty and helpfulness. I can only hope we have the same service the next time we visit.

I would rate the service at the Verizon store on Pine Lake Road in Lincoln Nebraska as a negative if that was a choice. We visited the store twice today, with little other choice trying 1st to buy a new phone and upgrade our plan with NO success. 2nd to have a used phone programmed. I will say we have never been treated so poorly by so many people, EVER. I would never recommend these poorly trained, rude SO CALLED sales persons, ever! Go anywhere else.

Pretty satisfied so far. Was able to finance two iphone 13 pro maxes for me and my husband yesterday. At first I panicked because after the order was placed I got an email saying the system declined my DL verification and that my order was being cancelled. However, I called the number that was provided, spoke to an agent, and got it resolved quickly. I had paid for overnight shipping, and sure enough, my ups tracking shows it is out for delivery today. So over all, I am grateful to be receiving 2 of the best iphones ever made at an affordable cost and in a VERY timely manner. I am switching from metro pcs and I pray the service is good because with metro i could not get reception ANYWHERE not even at my own house smh. Thanks Verizon.

When you call the store number it first lets you know of promotions, then you get 4 selections, none of which gets to the actual store. Huge time wasters. Put your business number down so people dont waste their time trying to call your store.

The reps just try to make a sale or get you to leave.1. Added my wife because there was a $450 credit promotion and the rep said it was automatic and should show up on the account within 45 days. It didnt and then they told us the promotion was over so its too late.2. Sat on the phone for an hour before hanging up and going to the store just for them to give me a direct number for someone who can help me out. But it was the same automated system that pit me on hold until they closed and then disconnected me

Wife was having trouble with her phone went to this location to see if she could get a replacement 1 hour before closing was told at the door that it would take too long and they wouldnt let her into the building. I have a different cell provider I had a problem with my phone walked into their store about 15 minutes before closing they never rushed me answered all of my questions showed me how to setup my new phone it took 45 minutes and I was out the door. Verizon really needs to rethink the level of customer service they offer!

We went in to look at new iPhones and switch plans from a prepaid to a regular line. He was what seemed annoyed right off the bat and told us to be honest you might as just wait until the 13 comes out with new line of apple products and we can watch the TV for dates youll be getting more for your money.we werent interested in the new phone as it would probably be over the price we wanted to pay. So my daughter says she was looking more at maybe the 11 or 12 and he was like well everything is back ordered (which might be true) you wont find anything in this town. Well ok. So we left. The customer service at Verizon has gone completely down hill. Im not impressed. I will be looking for a new provider . You cant get phones, service at Verizon anymore. This has been an issue for a while now.

Tried to make a jump from u.s. cellular to Verizon. I was directed to and helped by some novice. At first he seemed very helpful and nice but he kept stringing me along with some phone deal that was never going to happen and he knew it. They have a scheme...offer u a free phone with 4 lines but they dont tell u its impossible to pay taxes on the free phone because the Web sight will not let pay. Then they tell u can do it over the tella service by phone...wont happen. They kept me on the hook for 4 hours...3 of my phones were all ready payed for, programmed, and had the data transferred from u.s. cellular. The face protection was glued on the phones too with the protection cases. After spending five hours there I had no other alternative but to skate and Verizon Wireless left me hanging without any phones because they couldnt fulfill the contract and promise they waved the stocking fee. My whole family was without a phone so I ran back over to US Cellular and told them what had happened they couldnt believe Verizon Wireless let me go out the door without making things right anyways they took care of me and hook me all back up within 15 minutes with no reactivation fee it was a miracle thank you u.s. cellular always stick with you

Been here almost an hour waiting for service. Same issues as most of the other 1 star reviews, the customer service is nonexistent, like completely. There was 5 people in here working i guess they went to the back to do something. 2 have no left after walking around. There are two woman wandering and they said we have to wait for the one person that is working with someone. They dont seem to be solving any issues. Just pissing people off and making them wait.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDI bought a iPhone 11 through Verizon over the phone. I was told my location for pickup was this one. I came into store, and the phone was a different color than expected. I was told they could do an easy exchange for any other phone. Picking the same phone but in a different color, they could not complete the process.45 minutes later I was told “just take the phone” as an employee shoves it into my hand. Multiple employees showed zero sign of respect toward multiple customers, (joking about customers after they had left,laughing about not telling customers their equipment that had recalls on them) as I waited for them to try to fix the problem. I was treated as a second class citizen by the manager Aaron and told he can refuse service to anyone after he and his team couldn’t complete the phone replacement. I will go to huge lengths to avoid this Verizon wireless ever again.

Went from a monthly contract to prepaid and customer service dropped from pretty decent to horrible. They treat me like a second rate customer now. Phone broke and I went in asking for a new phone between $300 & $500. They basically laughed at me and said the cheapest phone they have is $599. How frustrating...not everyone can drop over $500 on the spot when their phone breaks. I couldnt order one and wait, I needed it now.I ended up going 2 doors down to CD Warehouse where I got a new LG K51 with Otterbox and screen protector for just over $300. Unlocked and on the Verizon network.

I travel lot for my work. I always make sure to share nice places and good people wherever i go. I had a Verizon phone which is belongs to me and my ex and it had gone to collection. So i thought of paying the collection fee plus handing over the phone to Verizon. I called their customer service and asked them can i return this phone so we dont have to pay that much they could deduct it from out account. but they told me they cannot take it back or give credit back because they already handed over that account to collection agency. so i asked them clearly so i can sell this phone and pay the collection agency ? they said yes. so i put this on craigslist to sell it and this Asian lady wanted buy it and make sure its not stolen. she asked me to go to Verizon. So i went to Verizon with this lady. I dont know the name of that guy who worked there. but without even listening to me he told the lady that I am doing something wrong and do not buy it from me. Basically not just he accused me as a thief and told that lady that I am a lair. so i nicely asked him a chance to explain the situation. he wouldnt even let me talk and show me the door and ask me to get out. so i talked to the manager of the store he checked my story logged into the old account and even activated that phone on that ladys account. He was very nice and apologized about the situation. But i was patient enough to talk to the manager. In front of all these people this guy accused me of something bad. And im with verizon more than 5 years we used to have a family package which is about $ 300 a month. I paid thousands of dollars to these guys and still trying to pay off whatever i owe them. I never had a experience that someone asked me to get the heck out of the store without even letting me talk. But the store manager did it after listening to my story. so the previous guy obviously decided to accuse me just by looking at me i guess. I am a level 6 local guide in google and more than 600, 000 people viewed my pictures.

I recently bought myself a smart phone on EBay and went here to get a SIM card so I could activate it myself. The young lady employee refused to give me a SIM card. She also asked to see my drivers license and acted like I was a criminal or something. She demanded to see the phone I bought in order to give me the SIM card and match it up but I didnt have it with me and didnt know why she needed to see it. So I just left, went to a different Verizon store on Pine Lake and they gave me the SIM card with no problem whatsoever. Now I can activate my new phone.

Im having a hard time hearing on my iPhone. Its been a problem before and Ive gone to other stores that were very helpful with cleaning the ear piece and getting it right again. Stopped by here because I happened to be nearby. The guy was dismissive. Brushed it a bit and hit it with a can of air, told me it would be fine. I let him know that other stores have used denatured alcohol and actually cleaned it. He said they dont do that and turned away. Didnt even offer to call my phone to check if it was fixed.Ill go to my local store and get it fixed. But that was an annoying waste of time.

So disappointed that I am still paying the same price for my service and had to buy a new phone at $700.00, but customer service isnt there anymore. For the last 30 years, when I have gotten a new phone, I could count on the reps activating and transferring all of my info from the old phone to the new phone. Now it isnt part of their services anymore. I could have went to Walmart and got better service. Worse billing service ever. I have money on an account but the system cannot pay my monthly amount automatically, so I went to the store.I waited and was told on Friday it was OK. Sunday my phone does not work even though the system shows my next payment is due in February and the amount of money had been reduced.So Sunday I had to go to the store, the poor guy spent one and one half hours later he got the mess straightened. Poor fellow was getting frustrated turning off and on phone, removing SIM card and nothing worked.

They need to hire more help at the local Lincoln stores which would possibly increase sales and greatly reduce customer fatigue and stress. Person that was to help download from my former phone (which I recd only $10.00 credit for) told me that it would take too much of my time to download. He did attempt to download names info from old phone to new. Many names and phone numbers did not load onto my new phone and I had told him that they were not showing up. It was not resolved.

I went into Verizon on a Thursday mid-morning to purchase a new phone and add a fourth line and was immediately greeted and waited on by Chad. He patiently help me select a new phone (I was deciding between three), discussed pricing options and benefits for three different data plans, then he transferred all my data and contact information from my work phone to my new phone. Oh yes, I also appreciated that he didnt pressure me to purchase a bunch of options for the phone. All around a very positive experience. I highly recommend this location.

I hadnt eaten all day and had just clocked out of work down at the local bowling alley that Ive worked at for eighteen years. We went to this store this a.m. Even though there was a 25 minute wait, everyone was helpful and friendly. We cannot understand all of the negative comments as we had a really good experience. A gentleman by the name of Paul helped us. We had purchased a new iphone online and we needed to have it activated. Paul helped us with the entire process and was so patient . I came in because of problems from another store and getting all of my information switched over from a previous carrier. I had Sophie helping me through everything. We ended up being on the phone with customer service for over an hour. Sophie made sure I was happy the entire time and made sure I was informed about what was happening. This will now become the store I go to for any problems or questions. I felt like the store really wanted to help me and made conversation with me while we waited on customer support. I would recommend this store to anyone. I came in upset but left very happy with my phone working properly.

Extremely unhelpful. Staff was friendly enough and Ive worked in retail long enough to know that the staff were doing their best to be helpful employees. The unnecessary restrictions on buying phones, accessing accounts, trying to navigate basically anything even remotely related to your phone was difficult if not impossible. Dissatisfied and disappointed in this whole company and its policies, and unfortunately Ive had the most trouble at this store.

I received quick service and the gentleman that sold me my new devices was pleasant. The sales strategies used were entertaining. I was disappointed in the lack of selection and the prices of accessories. I also feel that sales representatives do not prepare a person for the the high price of prorated billing when making changes to your account. After inspecting my bill today I also noticed that the device protection plan was placed on the wrong phone number and I had to call cust service to change that. I am glad that I made this change and didnt break or lose my phone to then find out that it wasnt covered. They also did not activate my phone for me in store. I went home and unfortunately the activation was unsuccessful, I spent 30 minutes messing with it and then had to call tech support to get my phone to work properly. I think that customer service is lacking at these kinds of establishments and it doesnt make me the customer feel valued. I suppose next time I will just order my phone online.
