Went there on 08/04/2021 to get a phone for my son. The girl which identified herself as Kelly told me and my wife that with adding a third line for my son our bill would be $90 per month. When the transaction was over Boost sent us a text saying our bill is $110 per month. When I mentioned it to Kelly she said she never told me the bill would be $90/ month. Mind you, she said $90/ month 3 times, 3 times. Then she started ignoring me and pretended to be working on something else. She couldn’t even put on the screen protector that I purchased. The service was just horrible. Take your business elsewhere, or you will regret it.

Very great customer service! John took very good care of me. Nice and friendly. I rarely do reviews, but John deserves it. In and out in 10 minutes with my new phone.

On Dec. 9 the girl refused to service saying she couldnt assist anyone because the store was about to close in 30 minutes. Even though the store had no customers and would of taken all but 5 minutes to help me, she immediately told me off upon entering the store. Right after I went to a different Boost mobile store at the 4760 Lawrenceville suite A1 location and the young lady there was willing to help me without hesitation even with 15 minutes before closing time.

I want to say thank you to Stephanie and Anna. These two beautiful women had an extraordinary personality. They were very patient and so pleasant to work with. It seem just like when my day couldn’t of gotten any worse these two girls made me smile when I walked out of the store.Thank you again

Ana was great. Knowledgeable and patient. I was trying to decide between 2 phones and she pulled up the reviews for me. I would send a friend or family member to this location for sure.

Ana and esthephany are very helpful and patients . Every time I go in to make a payment or do anything with my phone they always find the way to help and have conversations with you . This is literally my favorite store than the one near Burger King .

Ana is the best ! She has great customer service.. I was coming from another company couldnt switch my number. Ana was patient went above and beyond to bring me over to Boost Mobile ! She has great attitude and for the 2nd time she has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great store !
