One of the worst customer service I experienced at this location. Staff is non-cooperative. In my case, I was trying to add a new Line and Account via Online Customer service. Online people wanted me to go visit the store in-person. Unfortunately, I had to visit the store 2 times and every time they found an excuse for not helping me.Next day, I went to a different store (at highway 78). Customer service people were very welcoming, no attitude, no arrogance and full cooperation.I am not going to go to this store at Lawrenceville hwy ever! I dealt with 2 different people and was equally disappointed.

I like this store but I dont like that I came in ome time and 2 employees decided to walk up to me and ask me for help I felt overwhelmed. I just wanted to come on and look. I didnt need 2 employees to walk up to me ha ha. I wasnt trying to steal

I went here to get my Sprint account changed over to T-Mobile with a new plan on their service and to get an iPhone 12.The associate who helped me was very friendly but when I said I wanted to move my account to them he walked away, came back, and said the only way to do that was over the phone with customer service.I left and knew that didn’t seem right so I called the store in Duluth and they said that they could change it over in store with all phones present. The man I spoke with there said that my local store (this one) was just being lazy and didn’t want to do it because it takes an hour or so.

Worst customer service I received. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I saw another customer asking questions on her account and no one wanted to help. She ask for the manager and even the manager was rude . They threw her receipt and everything. I never seen bad customer service till today. This place should be shut down and the store manager should be fired because his customer service is the worst. Don’t bother coming to this store unless you wanna receive bad customer service . This place don’t help unless your buying something

This place is just awful, If I could give it 0 stars I would. The service is just plain terrible, I came in to get a sim card for my new I phone 11, hood music was blasting, I could barely speak to the employees. I put my own sim card into my new phone and it didnt work. I didnt know apparently you have to have a different sim card, I didnt have any service on my phone, i asked the girl that was helping me to check where can I go to get a new sim card, just call different sprint store - was her response. Before one minute I told her my phone is not working, she stated she can not check other sprint stores inventory, didnt even bother calling a different sprint store to check. I decided to go to a sprint store on scenic hwy and Ronald Reagan (Snellville location) completely opposite, the service was amazing, the guy that was helping me was very helpful, music was perfect tone you can actually talk to employees. I would avoid this sprint store at all costs.

Sprint is a terrible company, I stayed with them about two years, in these almost two years my internet was very slow and the signal was bad, except that once I made a call to Brazil and they charged me a very high value, remembering that when I bought the plan I asked for a complete plan..in no time they informed me that I could not make an international call, in short I paid almost the full amount because an attendant managed to decrease the value ... makes about two months Im on tmobile and two days ago sprint charged me $ 209.85 according to them two calls i made in august to a number in brazil, but i actually made two calls but i called charging for the number so i wouldnt have to pay for the call and yes the number I called because it was charging, in short they did not warn me that I would have to pay the amount, and simply made the charge two months after I canceled with them .... stay with you If you really want to be part of this company that only knows how to steal from customers, and has the service of poor quality.

Casidi, Mirelis and Asanty were the most awesome people Ive EVER met at a sprint store. They were a what called a true team. They help each other answer questions. I felt very assured comfortable with the products I purchased. They would be the perfect training store.

Don’t bother wasting your time here unless Mirelis comes back. I came to look for her and the employees there had the worst customer service. I had a couple of questions but no one wanted to help me . They suggest I come back once she returns to work. When I ask when Mirelis will be back they tell me they don’t know because she got fired . I ended up texting Mirelis and she told me what’s going on . Found it more rude that I got lied too about her being fired . Worst customer service I received at this store . I had a couple questions to see how much it be to add another line . I guess I’ll wait till Mirelis arrives back .

Waste of time! I went in to have my SIM card replaced. Asanty Hill the “general manager” greeted me and informed that they could try to replace the SIM card but if it didn’t work I would have to go to the repair store. Ok. I sat there from 6:15 to 6:50 finally someone came to help just to let me know they had no SIM cards. And what made it worst was that Asanty knew I was upset and irritated by the long wait he did NOTHING to relieve the situation. I didn’t even get a simple “I’m sorry”. He completely ignored the fact he had upset me for wasting my time. My apologies to the sales supervisor that tried to help but my frustration was all towards Asanty who did nothing the whole time but sit on a laptop giving people false hope and information. As a manager it’s very disappointing to see a customer that’s frustrated and he did nothing to help. I will be reporting him to his management. This is unacceptable. I’ve been with sprint for almost 10 years and have never received this type of non-service. To wait almost an hour and received no help is just ridiculous.
