We had a lengthy, kind of crazy but good experience here. My husband and I switched from AT&T after many many years. I had used Verizon thru my job for years and liked it. My hub did lots of research and we bought two IPhone 11s brand new from this Verizon Store and a new plan . It was quite an expensive purchase, However our rep Javier was great. He explained all the discounts, trade in values we were due and made sure we had applied for the $200 per line gift card we were due for changing providers. He even drove across town to get the color IPhone I had chosen as his store did not have in stock. We came back that evening to complete transaction which was a lengthy process as we were switching providers and moving over everything to two new phones. He took a lot of time making sure all rebates and deals were provided. I had to go back to the store last week as he had ordered a clear case for me and I also had a question about the bill. Javier was not there, however the Assistant Manager remembered me and got me my case and took the time to explain a few questions I had about the bill. We had a great experience at this Verizon Store and Javier and all the personnel were great. Highly recommend this Verizon location.

Went on a Saturday evening recently, hoping to get a little help with my SIM card. Was assisted by the kindest most gracious young man!! And before me I watched him help two women with detailed problems with their account. He never got frustrated. Not once! I have never had such a great customer service experience in a Verizon brick and mortar before. He deserves much praise! Great location!

I live in Atlanta and im very disappointed that I have to travel even further to see your best person and even more upset that positions has changed. Mario is absolutely amazing and I will leave Verizon if he is to ever change companies....on this visit he was able to troubleshoot something his original store and staff couldnt....while I came to his new location I spoke with other customers who were in to visit him from tucker and was also bothered with his change of locations.....he is definitely an employee that can make or break great business for your brand.....I hope he will be taken care of for that reason alone!!! Mario is amazing if you read reviews ask for him and you will see why he is so great, honest and genuine. Thanks for all you do for me

The representatives here are tech savvy and efficient. But dont be fooled. At heart, they are salesmen whose primary objective is to upsell your device or plan or to encourage you to buy accessories. I will say that they did listen to what I wanted even if it differed from their recommendation.

The employees are always so nice to my family. They answer every question, and are quick and efficient. I went to another location recently and was told wrong information. When I went back to the Lilburn location, I was taken care of immediately​ and correctly. I prefer this location over many others. Very friendly service.

The Best Verizon Store I have ever visited . When i stepped in that store i was greeted with welcoming Hellos. Everyone there was ready to help me with what ever problem i had at the time, I wasnt just another costumer when i was in there. Huge thank you to Kal & Omar for helping me out . All the employees are super chill and sweet. 4 of 5 because the wait was sooooooo long. But once you start talking to these sweet employees you cheer up!

I went into this store today to checkout the iPhone 7 and there was one employee helping a family. We hung around for 5 minutes and no one came to help us at all. When I asked the one employee I saw he told me that he was the only one at the store today. And also the iPhone 7 was packed in such a way that I couldnt even rich the phone. Such an annoying store. Will never buy from there or go there.

Terrible!!! My brother and I went to at 2ish pm purchase the Iphone 7. As we walked into the store, we were not greeted and we hung there for 10 minutes and no employees was there to help, instead they were on their phones and chit chatting and flirting with a female costumer. I approached one of the employees seeking for help, he told me (wattup bro)REALLY??????????
