The guys at Next Step Auto were polite, professional, and went out of their way to make the buying experience as stress free and comfortable as possible. They were easy to negotiate with and we feel we got a fair deal, and even after the deal was complete, they went out of their way to make sure they followed up on every detail of the agreement. The vehicle was clean, detailed and looked like new when we drove it away. The large dealerships in town could take a lesson from these guys on how to sell cars and treat buyers. I purchased a truck from Next Step last week and I couldnt be happier with my experience. I live 4+ hours south of Layton so there was a lot of communication that happened over the phone. Scott was able to answer all my questions quickly and made me feel confident about the truck before I saw it. I was able to fly up to SLC and Bailey from the dealership picked me up at the airport. Keep in mind the SLC airport is about 30 mins away from the dealership and they were happy to do it. When I picked up the truck, it was clean and the tank was full of gas. Overall my experience with Next Step Auto Sales was professional and everything you would expect from a first class dealership. Thanks Scot and Bailey!

We went to Next Step Auto LLC to help our young adult daughter shop for a car. Scott and Bailey provided excellent customer service to us! I would even say they went above and beyond! They had carefully researched everything about the car she chose to buy and they provided all of that information to us. They even told us about a minor repair that needed to be done under the car manufacturers warranty. Our daughter was able to use that information to get the repair done for free under the warranty. I have never seen that level of service from a car dealer! I highly recommend this great car dealership!

These guys really know how to do customer service. They listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and a month later, they found a car that was perfect for me! They went above and beyond what I was expecting.

Not Completely up front with previous damage to car. When I purchased the car they did not provide a carfax report with it and now I have found that it has been in a previous accident. When I called them they told me that they do not provide a carfax report if there are any issues on it when they get it. However if the carfax is clean they do provide it, so I should have been aware that there was damage because they didnt show me a report. When asked about it they told me that they felt it was still safe and in good condition and they are not required to let me know of any issues with the car.
