Great people. This is not your standard car dealership. These people are a family who work together to make a good experience for the buyer. I had a trade that was less than sub par and didnt give me a hard time about its problems but were fair and upfront. They offered me more for my trade than any other dealer I tried working with. I got a sweet deal on the nicest vehicle I have ever attempted to buy and my credit union was more than willing to lend the money for what Premier was asking. The best experience I have ever had with a dealership hands down.

I sold my car to them, did not even need to step into the dealership. They contacted me by my ad posted on ksl, I described all the issues and negotiated the price over phone. They scheduled a time and arrived on time and issued a check on top of the payoff amount (since it was a lease), issued bill of sale and other relevant documents. It was the most hassle free experience I ever had dealing with a car. Both Dave and Chris were really courteous and answered all my questions during this entire process.

Went to go look a car for my friend tonight. Owner is a passionate guy and I can tell he cares a lot about his inventory. The price for the particular car I went to check out was good for the options and mileage. Hes got a lot of Lexus vehicles and some neat, more rare sports cars inside. Seems like a good place to buy a vehicle.

Went to look at a newer RX350 Lexus. Met with the owner and went over options that they had. He quoted me a price that I felt was more than fair. He is a man of his word and does not play the typical games that you get from a lot of used car lots. We ended up buying the SUV. His son spent the better part of an hour going over all the features and invited us back to answer any questions. This is one smart automobile.. Best and most relaxed car buying experience. The mustang is immaculate, and I love it! They had it ready and full of gas when I came to pick it up. I enjoyed not having to haggle back and forth over pricing, and not pressured. Its the first time I didnt feel like I was gouged with unreasonable dealer fees. The paperwork went so quick, I couldnt believe how fast we were done and I was on the road. They will have a repeat customer in me.

Flew out to Salt Lake from Denver to pick up a 16 Camero. Was picked up at the airport, took under an hour to test drive and do the paperwork, Dave even put the car up on his lift allowing me to checkout underneath. Car is like new, only 7800 miles. Had a great drive back to Denver. Good experience.

Worked with Chris to purchase my first car on my own, 2014 Kia Optima. Love it! He was the only one working at that moment and went out of his way to get it sprayed off before I got there and knew he had my best interest in mind when financing as well. When we were all finished he also showed me all the cool features it came with and how to use them. Went out of my way to Layton from Eagle Mountain but it was SO worth it. Dave and His son were both extremely professional, articulate and knowledgeable about their industry. No pressure. They were very open and willing to help me even though I wasnt planning to purchase a vehicle from them. I normally dont purchase vehicles from dealers, but I definitely would purchase from this company again.

We found this place online looking for a specific make, model and year. (Lexus IS250 premium 2014) Frankly I was skeptical as I am with most car dealers. Once we got there my perceptions were turned around completely. Fair price, fair doc fees, no pressure and they have really nice cars well researched and inspected. YES, we bought the car for a couple of thousand less than a certified model and the dealership, and this car had one third the miles on it and the balance of the factory warranty and was a local car. The paint, finish, everything were presented better than the dealer certified car. I would definitely look here again if I needed another car.PS. The dude that left a one star. Not a helpful review. Somebody was having a bad day I suppose.

This review is a little late as I purchased a vehicle from Premier last summer 2017. I typically don’t write reviews, but working with Chris was a great experience and I plan on purchasing another car from him in the future. I had done my research and knew what I wanted to pay. Chris’s price was right on par and he was honest. After reviewing the numbers, he got me a better rate than what I had preapproved through my bank. I’ve recommended Premier to my co-workers.

Dave and Chris were a pleasure to deal with. I bought a low mileage 18-year-old car sight unseen from Premier Motorsports and was surprised when it was delivered. The car, mechanically and cosmetically, was in excellent shape. It was better than I expected. Two weeks after the sale I asked Dave for proof of recent maintenance perfomed on the car. He went out of his way by going to his mechanic, got a copy of the invoice and sent me a copy.

If your considering buying a used car, this is a great place to go. Dave, the owner got my wife into a car she was drooling over. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Dave showed me the auction price of our car and matched it.

They even printed out all my options, encouraged me to take the time to go over the numbers, think about everything and then let me walk out. Again no pressure. With some hesitation I bought a 2013 Lexus LS 460 sight-unseen from Dave Hales at Premier. The Premier Web site had about 30 photos of the car, inside and out. While on the phone Dave perused the car describing every minor imperfection and giving me confidence that the car really was as it was being represented.Dave said that if I wanted to get a flight to Salt Lake City he would pick me up at the airport and would take me to the showroom. After an exchange of emails I decided to pull the trigger, electing to have the car shipped to the Los Angeles area for $300. Upon receipt of the funds Dave immediately completed the sales paperwork and sent the documents overnight via FedEx.When I picked up the car I was pleased to discover that the car was beautiful and in nearly showroom condition. The vehicle works flawlessly. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from Premier. I highly recommend them.

Worked with Chris today in buying a Veloster, and it was great to say the least. Very friendly and knowledgeable. After signing papers and before handing him a check later in the day, he reassured me that hed have the car washed and filled with gas, and when I came back to pick it up, that was done and he pulled it into the garage so it wasnt rained on after it was cleaned! He also spent 10-15 minutes with me inside the car showing me some extra features in the car and helped me set up blue tooth. I have to say, those things, although they seem minor, are a big deal when youre purchasing a vehicle. I cant thank Chris enough for his friendly attitude and helpfulness! -Sheena

I wanted to replace my 2013 Acura TL. I loved the car, but was in an accident. It was a unique car, 4 wheel drive with all the options and very low miles. I looked on the web and only found a handful with low miles. Fortunately one of them was in my own backyard at Premier Motorsports. I met Dave and he gave me the car history, and also told me about the process they use in selecting cars to put on their lot. I was impressed with the service and the attention to detail. We agreed on the price and made arrangements for me to pick the car up the following week. During that time Dave changed the oil, rotated the tires, changed both air filters, and even filled the tank. He had the paperwork all finished so that I was in and out in 10 minutes, without a big sales push for add-ons that I didnt want. If that wasnt enough he even picked me up at my office in Salt Lake and drove me to pick up the car in Layton. I hope Im not in the market for another car soon....but when I am I will call Dave first.

I would give this dealership 6 out of 5 stars if I could.I live in Denver, and fell in love with a Lexus IS350 they had in their inventory in Layton, UT. I decided to buy the car sight - unseen, and Chris Hales made the car buying process from out of state very simple.There were at least 30 pictures on their website, and they allowed a 3rd party to visit the dealership to test drive the vehicle for me, put it on the lift for inspection, and even take 30 more pictures of it. The vehicle was delivered just as described, beautiful and not a scratch on it. Still had the new car smell!Much better than any car dealership experience I have ever had! No funny business here, or sales pressure.

In my 50 years of car buying experience, Chris Hales and Premier Motorsports have been the most honest to deal with. I live in WA State, and had been looking for a well-optioned 2013 Grand Sport Corvette with the Velocity Yellow Tintcoat paint for months. I expanded my search to Utah, and found my perfect car. I called Chris on a Saturday afternoon, and he answered all my questions with no pressure. Such a joy to talk to a “Car Guy”! Chris said to talk this over with my wife, and call him monday if we wanted it. We did, and flew to Salt Lake City. Chris picked us up at the airport and drove us to his store. He spent over an hour explaining the features of the car. We had a fun drive home! Rest assured that Chris Hales is a man of his word.
