The rear end of our Dodge 3500 Dooley had some seal and brake problems and they were able to get the parts ordered and put back together within 12 hours. They even took the time out of their own schedule to bring us to the hotel to take care of us and they’ll be bringing us back tomorrow to the dealership.We got over to the dealership around three in the afternoon.. Heres a hint on how to get better reviews: when someone calls ahead and theyre passing through town and book a service, order the $50 part needed before they arrive. Sure, youll get the occasional no-show, but it will avoid your customers arriving and waiting over 2 hours for an otherwise quick service while the part is delivered across town. We had ten hours driving that day, and waiting two hours in a dealership for a part to arrive was not how we wanted to spend our vacation.Service was otherwise friendly and not too expensive.

Spent $1700 getting my car worked on only to get it back filthy. A wash would have been nice and I wasnt expecting an interior detail, but the steering wheel and handle where so nasty. My hands were black from just driving home. Disappointed with level of customer service.

We were highly disappointed in the service. We will not return nor refer others. The customer service wasn’t just sub par, it was worse!! They took my number down wrong (I was a regular client and my van was in their system) So, they didn’t call me back and I was out of a vehicle for the weekend. The check engine light came one seconds after pulling off the lot and my van was running super rough. We had just spent over $800 on an oil change, inspection and have all the fluids flushed. (No complimentary car wash) I was again charged a $100 diagnostic fee and quoted over $250 on a 20 minute job with a $45 part. Where I come from, you pay more at the dealer, but they take care of you.

We had our 2019 Dodge Ram in for its maintenance contract annual service today. We explained when making the appointment that this was purchase contract covered service and did the same when dropping the truck off. This annual service was part of an extended warranty. They gave the impression that we were in the system and covered. When complete they charged us the full price.Turns out they dont stand behind Dodge extended service warranties. This dealership took advantage of us!Specifically, they took advantage of my wife and we will not forget!Take your business elsewhere.

Made an appointment for a service recall on my Dodge Durango, was assured they had the parts and made an appointment.Showed up and they didnt have the parts.No call, e-mail or notification before I took the day off.

I was grateful to not feel pressured and to not have to do the usual negotiations nonsense. Young man that helped me was helpful and gave me the straight scoop down the line. He was fairly new but made sure he got correct answers if he wasn’t sure. When moved to the next steps on financing I didn’t feel the service was as good. They didn’t listen very well and had to remind them of some of specifics of the deal I’d made with salesman even though they’d already been given. It felt as if I didn’t double check every detail of sales contract before getting corrected and signing it that they’d not bring it to my attention. It felt intentional as they put the price on car in lot versus the better online price they’d just lowered that I was there to take advantage of for purchasing it.

Went here knowing the car that we wanted. The process was expected to take a while but they made it as easy and painless as possible. Ron assisted us in the process and was helpful and friendly. He even helped me get my car after I left the dealership.

Id be careful of this service station. I was put off for 2 weeks for an appointment on a newer model vehicle. When I arrived they acted like I was going to leave it there all day for a radio issue. I was confused because on the phone I was reassured there was a radio guy who knew exactly what needed to be done. When I mentioned I had somewhere to be in 4 hours they said they would need it longer. When I asked to rescheduled they tried to put me out another 2 weeks even though they didnt tell me that it would be a 10 hour day with my car. When I left and called another local dealership they got me scheduled with only a 3 day wait, told me it would be a couple of hours only and reassured me that the radio issue wasnt going to require a 10 hour diagnostic.

They were so friendly and helpful. Loved the video inspection of my car that shows me proof of what you are paying for. Highly recommend this place!!

Typical 70s dirt car lot. List vehicles below market value to bait and switch. Paying with a debit card was not good enough for the entire price of a vehicle. Enforced a cash deal off the books and still attempted to add $600 of document fees.Was ready to purchase the vehicle until this point, regardless of their bait and switch tactic. Just lost to lifelong jeep customers as well. Worried if I brought our gladiator or JL in for service, they would swap parts that are bad and try to charge us. The old tactics and “dirt lot” way of business shouldn’t be around anymore. Hopefully this is a good warning to anyone considering doing business with them, I’m sure the tax commission will be eager to know their shady attempts as well.

Layton Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR) is the best dealership/service department you will find. Our Jeep had a significant repair need and going into service, things did not look good. We were likely to be hit with a lengthy diagnosis, very high repair cost, and extended repair times. After the amazing team at Layton Hills CDJR went to work, they made a bad situation so much better. They completed a diagnosis that could take some shops weeks in a day. A part that was backordered everywhere and had a 6-week lead-time was here in under a week. Layton Hills CDJR completed the physical repair that could take a great deal of time in under a day and our Jeep was ready before we were (they did not mind holding it for us until we were ready). Throughout the entire process, the service team was very kind; they made sure we were aware of the status and kept us in the loop on all progress. With such high service quality, you likely imagine you will pay a high price. If so, you are incorrect. The price was better than any service location we found.The service team at Layton Hills CDJR is always top-notch and this experience lived up to my expectations. The entire Cutrubus automotive team is the best in the business and I am so grateful for all their help. Even when we moved out of state, we purchased our vehicles from the Cutrubus automotive team and we are so glad to be back in Utah so that we can turn to Layton Hills CDJR whenever we have service needs. Even though the Cutrubus automotive team already knows we will always be loyal customers, they never stop going above and beyond to earn our loyalty. If you need a new vehicle, need to give your current vehicle standard service, or face a major repair, I cannot recommend Layton Hills CDRJ highly enough.

They only reason I gave it two stars is the sales department is on it. The service department are poorly managed. I had an appointment that I waited over a week for, just to wait another hour before they even took it back. This is after I brought my truck in and had the codes. They knew where to start. A&E patch wearing techs walking around drinking there coffee and chatting up co- workers. After talking to the manager he told me I had to wait for a tech to free up. Seems like he doesn’t know how to manager his department.

Just moved to area and Scheduled my oil change for 8am. Dropped The vehicle off the night before, the sales department offered to take the keys for us since the service department was closed for the day. BIG MISTAKE! Called the service department at 10am to check on vehicle and was told that it wasn’t done. HUH? I could be in and out of a Blaise Alexander dealership in 30 mins for the same service?! What’s the hold up?! Turns out the Sales guys didn’t give the keys to the Service department until 0915; so the service department thought I was a no show. Super disappointed. Service department tried to make the experience better as much as they could but I’m still not impressed, especially with the lack of professionalism and slightly degrading attitude the sales team had when answering questions we had pertaining to being interested in purchasing the Jeep Wagoneer. I can promise you I won’t be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and I’m hesitant about going back for any services.I really miss having an Alexander Dealership and my favorite service guy Tim who always took care of me and was flexible with a hospital Work schedule that can change at any moment.

I brought my van in for services, I love the work they do here. My mechanic went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. They are fast and super friendly every time I come in Chase and Brandon are super nice and friendly and go out of there way to help there customers.

These guys knowingly sell and drive cars that do not meet the Utah traffic code and are illegal. Your tires are not allowed to extend beyond the fender or fender flare.

I brought my truck in for axel work and recall. I was previously told by a well known mechanic shop that I had a head gasket leak and was given an expensive ballpark estimate. I was saving up for this repair and was gonna fix at a future time. Terik called me and explained the results of my inspection and I never told him about the head gasket. To my surprise Terik and the mechanics told me the source of the coolant leak they discovered in the inspection. I asked them if they were sure and they double checked and confirmed it was not a head gasket issue. I took their advice and they serviced the leak.It is worth going to the dealer professionals and they saved me a substantial amount of money for unnecessary repairs.

I had SUCH a great experience at this store. They have been always so quick and on time with all my needs. My car has never ran BETTER!! Chase has been so helpful and kind that I will DEFINITELY be returning and sending all my friends and family there!

Customer service was poor they had people running around like they were on crack. I bought my new trucks from them and was going to get my first oil change, they were trying to tell me that I needed new filters and new tires but I told her that I just bought the truck from them. I was really disappointed with their customer service trying to sell me something that I knew that I didn’t need. To finish it off. I got a coupon for a free oil change from buying a truck from them. And they did not want to accept it so Tyler the service manager got involved. Tyler the service manager also would not accept it. I’ll never go back.

NONE of the salesmen were pushy or aggressive. Nanette is the saleswoman who helped us and she was so kind and honest about everything.
