I was at this store this evening Oct 31st, 2021 with my husband to get the iPhone 13 pro max. The Spanish lady was attending to us and we were asking her questions about the phone. We all started off so well until she was checking my iPhone XR for defects since I was trading in, she couldn’t find any defect. She went ahead to show it to the manager who was to do the final scrutinizing, the phone was fine. We just asked her what the problem was and then she flared up saying we sounded rude and she slammed the phone on the table and walked away. Her coworker just came for us saying we definitely said something that upset her, we were so dumbfounded because we hadn’t said anything to this lady other than ask if everything was okay.The manager came to us asking what we did to the lady because they’ll like that we leave as the lady was not happy with us. I was so embarrassed and needed to know what I did wrong and kept telling him we didn’t say anything bad to the lady but he insisted that we should get out of the store. No one even wanted to hear me out because I’m African.I am definitely changing my service provider because of this. I must say we have never been so humiliated and lied on in our lives. Terrible, terrible employees with the worst customer service.
I want to start off by thanking the store manager Deon M and the young Spanish lady (I wish I remember her name) for coming up with a solution for my situation. Although it took three attempts before finally getting the manager involved, I truly appreciate your time in making sure I left your store a happy client. You have a great team . Keep up the great work.
ALEX was his name . As soon as greeted he was very rudejust trying to rush everything .i was trying to be seen and he just kept telling me i couldn’t be seenwith no good understanding of whyi’ve been seen when my phone wasn’t under my name with just a few phone calls and with great help before multiple times .he said i have to call a number and rushed me off with no explanation .i then later spoke to a manager higher up and he helped me and gave me a better understanding as to why i wasn’t able to be helped.would not recommend working with alex to help your needs.
Nalley & Martin were exceptional. They took care of everything we needed. From migration to 3 new phones and three watches! Had to go back for something else a few days later and Audrey also was exceptional! Their whole team is great!!
I frequently visit this location due to their professionalism & expertise. Todays experience with Audrey was exceptional! I came In to open a few new business lines. Not only was I able to do so in a timely manner, but I also was able to save money on my personal account.I would surely recommend working with Audrey during your visit.
I want to thank Nallely who provided excellence assistance to me on 8/10/21, while I was in the Laurel Lakes Centre store attempting to improve the quality of my cell calls with my new T-Mobile service. She was able to professionally deal with this issue and to help me set-up my new Fitbit3, while she also was able to assist other customers who came into the store.
When i entered this store i wanted to make a claim for a new phone because my first one had water damage. This employee named Martin came to me and spoke to me very rude and didnt even offered me a new phone or a different option all he did was gave me the number to make a claim and left. I do not recommend Working with martin, This place is great but dont work with martin.

I have been a Sprint customer since 1998, now that they have never with T-Mobile I came to this store to add a line. My Customer Service Rep, Derek T. was on point. He showed me the best options for what I needed and was persistent to make sure I got what I needed and my account was fixed. He has to call Sprint to get them to work some magic in the background and he struggled just like I have as a customer dealing with phone support. But he wouldnt give up and made sure everything was ready in my new device before leaving the store. He even have me options to save money on my monthly bill and switch over to T-Mobile officially from Sprint. I am meeting with him again in about a week to migrate over and save money. I will say after all these years he was the best rep I have ever dealt with in a phone store. The whole team there was nice and helpful, Betty and Kenny were the other reps and I watched their interactions with other customers and they were great.The store is adhering to a 1:1 ratio so three reps equaled 3 customers, but they moved efficiently.I will be coming back to this location and asking for my man Derek each time.

I had the most great positive experience today at T-Mobile . A mobile expert by The name of Beto Was such a breath of fresh air He was very Patient And polite and funny He solved my problem and gave me knowledge Of my device as well .He may not remember me but I remember him I bought a device from him a year ago.And his customer service Skills were great and on point then and are Still great now way to go Beto & T-Mobile

I bought a pair of Beats 🎧 for my partner. It was the easiest transaction ever: in and out in matter of 8 minutes. And the best part of this location, is that they’re not pushing the “hard sale”. They let you look, ask questions, and don’t seem annoyed when you’re unsure. Keep up the great work. Who ever the manager or leadership are, you’re doing it right.
I recently got the IPhone 12 Max and the service was phenomenal. They made sure to answer all of the questions about the phone exchange. I had a great experience with this T-Mobile.
Amazing service from the entire staff! I was greeted from everyone upon approaching the door on Tuesday. The manager came up to me and she asked for my name and politely asked me to wait in my car until it was my turn for service. I worked with Elijah and his customer service was A1! Alejandro and Ivan were also very helpful in my decision. They made the process simple and fast!

After a couple bad experiences with customer service over the phone and at another store, I was extremely pleased to have a much different experience here. Kenny helped me upgrade 2 phones, told me about a great deal that I was able to take advantage of and prevented it for getting too crowded inside that store by taking a list and having people wait outside until someone was available to help them. With everything going on I thought him taking the time to make sure everyone was being safe as possible was very important. I will definitely be going to this store only in the future!
Had the opportunity to work with Elijah over at the laurel location. Stand up guy! Very informative and educated me on everything I needed to know in regards to having separate lines, T-Mobile cable streaming and various phones. Took his time, didn’t rush one bit. Definitely hold on to this guy, if you guys don’t he always has a job waiting for him over at Home Advantage Pest Services. Haha 😊

Recently visited the store and was greeted by Mercedes. I was there to exchange a phone which was under factory warranty. She was extremely helpful and made my entire visit a very pleasant one. I would definitely recommend her, and this location for any issues regarding Tmobile.

What a great store! Busy when I walked in, but Beto got me sorted out mad quick. My brother got his phone stolen, came in for a new SIM card for him. Beto got me out within 5 minutes and didnt pester me about buying stuff I dont need. Had to give him some clout, I appreciate efficiency and friendly service. Cheers boss, this is my new go to store now.

During an upgrade transaction I was advised I needed to pay taxes, that there were technical difficulties with printing and my receipt would be emailed; an email I never received. I got a printed receipt from a different location 3 days later and to my surprise I was charged $10 plus tax for a pop socket I never legitimately took possession of, touched, or even inquired about. Other than that the staff were helpful and the wait wasn’t too long. The one star is because the sales staff lack integrity.
I had an Amazing experience at this T-mobile location. I was experiencing difficulties with my iPhone shortly after I returned from my vacation. I came in at a Peak time on a Sunday afternoon. I was greeted very warmly by the store manager and was checked in. The wait was not very long considering how packed it was. Enrique took AMAZING care of my needs. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this location, for any service you seek regarding your T-mobile needs. Customer satisfaction is theyre strongest suite. 5 stars from me. =)

This is the only T-mo store I would go to. The store is clean and organized. Even if the store is full, you will be out of there in a short time. The staff is attentive to customer needs and do not mess around when the store is full. The store manager will go out of his way to help the customer if staff has been unable to help, and he is often seen working alongside everyone else. Also, there is always a great variety of music playing. Good job!

I really like this location. The staff here provide really good service to their customers. I actually drive 20 miles from the T-Mobile in my area to go to this location because I feel as though I get better service here.
I called to ask 1 simple question before they closed it was 7:55pm. I called 4 times and the first 3 times they picked up and hung up. Very displeased with their customer service. They are always so rude and should either train them in having good manners or fire them and hire people that actually want to work until they clock out.

Very BAD service!I came in to purchase a device that was on a promotion with a return of a device. The salesperson misunderstood me and wanted to give me credit for device recovery, which was not the same. I explained the promo option and the salesperson said he will apply the promotion. I returned my previous device and bought the new one. He also showed me a bumper case and when I asked about the price he said 30 something. I decilend. He corrected himself, stating that it was included with the new device. When I came home and checked my purchase history online, I realized that he applied the wrong promotion, and added the bumper to the purchase price. I also saw a protection plan added to my plan, which I did not purchase, euther. This is nonsence. I called T-mobile and it took them 40 minutes to understand and correct the promotion.
Ask for Matthew Turners help. I received the best face-to-face customer service EVER from him. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I was pleasantly surprised. I will go back to this Tmo store again.

Update: 09/217There are a lot of newer reps at this store and some do give misleading information, which is unfortunate because during my time working at this location the sales staff was fantastic. On several different occasions, two sales reps have tried to charge me for SIM card replacements even though I told them my existing SIM card was defective. (It should always be free if your SIM issues are due to a malfunctioning SIM)Service here is awesome (I used to work here but Im not biased). The sales team is very enthusiastic. The store itself is clean and they always have the latest phones in stock. Their inventory is solid, so if youre looking for a certain colorway for a phone, this is the place to call. It does get VERY busy after 6pm no matter what day, so definitely go before then!
Despite being them being very busy when I arrived, they made me feel welcomed and attended to.

The worst customer service. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot as I write this... I came in to possibly switch my family lines over. Not only did the manager disregard me thru my questions, he passed me on to another rep without saying anything. Then to add insult, as I was talking, asking question both reps ignored me because they were texting... needless to say T-Mobile will not get my money or business! Just beyond rude! Never had these type of problems with AT&T smh

I purshased two smart phones from T-mobile: Galaxy 4 & Sony Zperia Z. After a year both started having troubles. Samsung is unable to recognize its SIM card and Sonys power button is not working.As I & my wife took our phones to this location (14130 Baltimore Avenue, Laurel, MD 20708) we were informed that warranty expired. One of the representatives helped us to insert a new SIM in galaxy 4. While we were waiting the same message did pop up Insert SIM and Restart the machine. When I showed the personal, she advised me use some SKOTCH TAPE to fix it. Samsung had a n extended warranty and I suppose receive another instrument, still SERVICE WAS DENIED.Another representative who was helping me with Xperia asked me to take the phone to a REPAIR SHOP which is opposite side of this location as though she is the ambassodor of that repair shop.Hope T-mobile will look into this issue and contact me.Thank you
Im very upset right now with the tmobile return and exchange policy and the transaction process of this store. I was thinking of getting my husband a galaxy 4s for his birthday end up losing $86 for restocking fee and mischarge. When I come back couple day later to exchange for an iphone they still charge me $50 restocking feeeven tho I havent touch or open the box the seal is clearly undamage and they cant do anything with my mischarge. I have to be back to store and bank couple time to get this problem still in process to solving. I used to love tmobile and have been with them for over 10 years. But I guess this is time to change a new carrier.
