The absolute best!! I am beyond thankful for the manager Dom! I came in one day with an issue about my PS4 another game stop made, there seemed to be no way around it however Dom took it upon himself to make sure my issue was taken care of properly and professionally! I highly recommend! Great services.

My kids are very into pokemon and whenever they call or myself the guy Mikey who answers is the BEST he is soooooo helpful and soooooo kind.....I wish every store had a Mikey!!!!! The world needs more Mikeys 100%

My husband and I are usuals to game stop, specifically to the location on route 1 Laurel,MD . But today Thursday 01/28/2021 @ 6:30 pm we stopped by and the person attending was not quite helpful he was not giving much information and cut is off quickly . My husband asked a question regarding a controller if they were going to get it any time soon all he said was “nope” that’s it no more info what so ever, my whole thing is if you’re working in a game shop your attitude and character should be more helpful and friendly even if you hate the job .... maybe a little more training will help the guy out .

It was one rep in the store when I entered and his attitude made me not want to buy anything. Asked him a question and his whole demeanor was rude like we was bothering him! It’s a game store you should be more friendly my guy !! Someone needs customer service training!

They dont honor their clearly stated return policy.

Went there to make a purchase they refused to take cash so they missed out on sales. Due to the virus they don’t accept cash. There’s no difference in touching cash bare hand and paying for a product vs touching a debit card/credit card bare hand to purchase a product.

Went there to pick up a headset for my PS4 and some anime shirts, the service was great and the gentleman the helped me was really honest and helped me get the best deal. Kudos, and will be back.

Went in and Everett greeted me and asked if I needed help. When I asked him questions about games he answered the questions right away Best service I’ve had in a GameStop in as long as I can remember. If I lived closer this would be the only GameStop I’d visit.

Stopped in so I could trade in some goods. Service was quick and the staff were very knowledgeable about my interest in other products. I was made aware of a separate location that offered demos of the products we discussed. Highly recommended.

No line and they limit how many people can be in the store

The employees were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I went in as a non-gamer shopping for a gamer and left feeling confident that my gamer will love his gift.

I walked near there store and i felt as if i got the presence of a Pokémon lurking in the shadows i felt scared

Now this is my spot.. Forgot this store was here and so close.. Like any other game stop. All the reps are great.. Just chose this for the better location and parking

This GameStop has so-so service and a simple transaction can take really long. Amazon ALWAYS beats the prices theyve got at GameStop and the trade-in values you get here are ridiculous. I would just shop on Amazon and keep your old games.

I went to buy some Vita memory cards because they were advertised on their website for $20. One employee was very unintelligent, and rang me up for over $40 for them. When I showed her the website ad, they said it was website only, even though the ad clearly said unavailable online. They refused to honor their own advertising, which is false advertising.Honestly, I am used to deceptive practices and poor treatment from GameStop. They are very well known for this, and continue to reinforce their image as having a lack of professionalism each time I visit. But the sheer rudeness with which I was treated at this store is so intolerable that I feel compelled to share it. Whatever you do, AVOID this store.
