The representative who helped me oscar was very polite and helpful. Answered a lot of my questions, the guy has good patience and has good manners with the customers will be back again!

I called this store before going there to see if they had an item I needed. A young Hispanic lady answered the phone and when I asked if they had what I needed the young lady said yes and the item would he $10.00. So when I got there and let them know I called about the item one of the young ladies said no we dont have that item. I told her that I spoke with one of you young ladies and she said you couldnt have because we just got here and then told me I must have called another store so I proceeded to call the number and their phone rang when I called and my name came and number came up because the phones they have announces the name and number calling. They never apologized nor did the young ladies admit to giving me wrong information. So no I will never go back to this location again unless they train their employees to have professionalism and courtesy.👎🏽👎🏻👎🏻👎🏽👎🏻👎🏻👎🏽👎🏻👎🏻👎🏽

Dont bother engaging with the little Spanish girl because all you will get is attitude no matter how courteous you try to be with her.I know its not her shop so she can afford to be rude to customers.I just walked out on her after interacting with her to the metro pcs on laurel bowie road where this fine latino girl gave me excellent service!Except you meet the guy or elderly gentleman at this location dont waste your energy on that ride little young lady there.

Metro pcs and these bad stores have the policy to not returning a upgrade phone, yet, they dont tell u in advance! So stay way. And the other serious issue is the costumer service of this store is a shameful one! They treated us like a fool... never make business with them and metro pcs anymore...
