I had an excellent experience! My phone broke and I didnt want to go to AT&T to deal with it. Every experience Ive had with AT&T has been terrible. My brothers said a lot of good things about their Verizon lines and I already have Verizon internet, so I decided to come into the store to get a new phone phone switch service providers. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I am very happy with the service I was provided. 5 stars.

He will literally go get a cell phone that is out if stock from another location so that the customer doesnt have to. He always follows up and is so patient and understanding. Came in to the store to get an old phone activated for my mom and ended up purchasing one for my dad as well. Service was great; no wait time and the representative was very helpful and informative of discounts that were available to me, especially with the new devices add. I walked right in and did not have to wait. The rep was knowledgeable and competent. He took his time with me and gave me all of the information I needed to make a good decision on my new phone. I loved the service I had at this Verizon store. There was no wait at all, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly guy. He had Such a great spirit. We had an issue with the account, that took a little while but he made it a fun wait. He made sure the issue was fixed before he hung up with the service rep. I truly had a great experience at this store. The overall atmosphere was nice and I appreciated that the store was clean and organized. The customer service was great. All the staff members was pleasent and helpful from the time I came into the store until my purchase was complete. I was also pleasantly surprised how fast the service was and how quick the employees serviced me. I was promptly greeted when I walked in and my wait time was minimal. Countless times I have gone into other cell phone retailers and its all day process but this was not the case today, I was in and out and still had my full day. Although all of the employees deserve a kudos the sale women I worked with was simply amazing ( I wish I remembered her name ), she was friendly, patient, informative and she made sure I had the best deal. Overall I would recommend this store to anyone and ill will back for my next purchase.

Hands down the best Verizon store I’ve visited. I came in just 15 minutes before closing (sudden water damage) and they treated me as if I was their first customer of the day! The team all pitched in to help me get a new iPhone - one employee handling the account updates, another checking their stock room, and another on the phone with other local retailers to ensure I got the phone I wanted. This store is great. When I lost my phone they were able to set me up with a new one in less than an hour. They even found 4000+ pics that were lost several months ago with another Verizon representative. Glad I came here. Ive been coming to this store for years now. Great experience!

Theyre system is always down so I couldnt pay with my card. I had to go and get cash. Then when I made it back they had no change. So, I had to leave my change for the 3rd month now!

I walked in interested in purchasing an iPhone 11pro. I walked out because the customer service was horrible. There was a total of 7 people working and no one spoke when I walked in and none of them were busy. I had to speak twice just for somebody to say anything. The one guy that walked over to help had a unenthusiastic attitude. First time going there and will be my last. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
