I visited the AT&T store in Laurel Towne Center that was taken over by new owners last week. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. An amazing young lady named Maria was such a tremendous help to me. She was friendly, patient and had a fabulous personality and attitude . She took her time helping me and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of . I would give her 10 stars, as she is definitely an asset to AT&T.
Terrence was truly amazing. He made me feel more comfortable with keeping our AT&T cell phone service!He helped me so much and was very patient as well. After explaining past experiences Ive had with the company he personally took care of us and made sure we got the best deal available!I will be coming back to the store and visiting him if I ever need any more help with my service.10/10 experience!!

Helpful. Figured out how to help us save money on our bill, and choose the best phone for our needs. We had our hyper six year old boy with us. Luckily the old Space Jam was on - kept hubby and boy very happy!

My phone screen was broken so I came to upgrade my phone and was greeted by a whole squad of pleasant employees! Went to the store to buy a new Samsung Note phone. While waiting, a customer care salesman told me to hold for a moment. That wasnt an issue. I knew that it maybe a possible wait while looking at which phone I wanted. I decided which phone I wanted to purchase but had to wait for 45 mins and never received any help. I walked out and didnt get anything. I ended up helping another elderly lady that was waiting for help while I was there.
Terrence was exceptional. He was very accommodating, patient and detail oriented.

During COVID-19 times are weird and any store taking precautions to protect their employees and consumers deserve to be praised to the highest level. With that being said this store took it way too far. I went to go and get a new phone with my fiancé just two people I’m not sure what the guys name was but he proceeded to tell me that they only allow one person in a party to enter the store and that I had to go wait in my car, mind you it was only me my fiancé and one other worker in the store including himself. I’m highly upset about this exchange and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’m not the type of person to write reviews and honestly this is the first review I have ever left. I’ve never been so annoyed in my life. Please anyone reading this review think twice about going to this store if you have more than one person with you. I’m highly dissatisfied with store.
Dwayne did the darn thing. Super helpful. Kept me up with the latest deals. Made my transition from android to apple super quick and easy. Also v helpful with accessory matching. He has an eye for design lol 😉
Incredibly pleased by this locations customer service. My sales representative Elon was very charismatic, attentive and knowledgeable. He made sure to go above and beyond in assisting me. I highly recommend this location, its staff really are doing an awesome job.
I recommend this store. They made my first phone purchase so easy and they were understanding of my financial circumstances. I was in there for less than an hour after coming in with a budget in mind and money to put down. I’m so happy with my purchase. The staff was so friendly and helpful
Freddy is an amazing representative. Hes patient, friendly, and is very knowledgeable of the products and services. Freddy has been helping me for years and Im surprised he hasnt been promoted to a management position. He has definitely earned it. If you want great service, ask for Freddy. I want to thank the associate who handled my problem. I came to the store to cancel my AT&T service of over 40 years because of my frustration with my phone. He gently reviewed and corrected my phone problems. He even gave me a better plan. I am 73 years old and I will keep my AT&T service because of this young man!!!! Sincerely!

I dont care for this location. Very slow. No greeter. No apologies for the wait. They always hide in the back. There is 1 good employee though Brooks hes very kind but the store is poorly run. I mean AT&T would even agree if they sent a manager through every now and then. I had to say something because it appears it wont change. I had the misfortune of coming twice 2 days in a row. Had to wait as employees went in and out and sat in the back. Ive been AT&T all my life but Im on the edge so close to leaving. This store looks good and is in great location - please improve management and service.

Poor customer service. I literally walked in, no one greeted me. There were 2-3 employees. One was helping someone. And another girl Talking to a customer with another individual with the customer. Im not sure if they were together or if the girl worked there. But I literally Sat down for 10 minutes, not even knowing if they would be able to even help me. There were no other customers with me. I just left. The last they could do is say just a few moments or briefly let me know if they could help me with my issue.

I prefer Columbia MD to Laurel, because its closer to my home but I went to the Laurel AT&T store because it has better reviews. My cell phone quit working and I needed help transferring data to my new phone. Like any customer service business, in my opinion, the best employee likes phones and has spent time with them. That would Kyle. He knew his phones and the ins and outs of all of them in the store. Most importantly he efficiently transferred my data from one phone to another and I received good tips on how to take care of my phone. He also answered all the questions I had. I also recommend Humu (silent H). She was very helpful answering questions.
OMG, we went to this store today to apply for phone services. I kidd you not, we had the worst service by a guy that was in the store. Dont know his name, didnt really care, cause he was so rude. When I walked in he had the WORST customer service. He did not asked how my day was, he didnt greet me, he simply asked what did I want. Having good customer services includes greeting someone. His personality seemed cold. He made me and my mother feel uncomfortable we ended up walking out within 5 minutes of being there. No wonder AT&T stores are empty. Needs new employees or better customer service. He needs another job, one that doesnt involve dealing with people.
The manager at this location is professionally great! She helped me even tho it was totally my fault. Another manager would just give me customer service number and let me go. She went above and beyond to help. Thank you

I had a problem with my bill and asked assistance in understanding what happened and bringing my account up to date. Rep must have had a bad day as they seemed wholely uninterested in helping. They only responded when directly asked a question and were not forthcoming with information which could have cleared up the matter sooner.Dec 9 Update: Thought I would give this store a try again, but it must be something about the atmosphere or staff as rep was just rude and uninterested in helping. Needed an account update only doable in store, but rep was distracted and asking questions but not listening to the answer. Thus info requests were repeated over and over. Will avoid this store in the future.

I am disappointed with the service and lack of knowledge of the sales staff, especially the manager. We waited 22 minutes after speaking with the manager to just be connected by phone for customer service. After 26:22 (so far) on the phone we can not still pick up a phone in store. When the advisor came to see us (after 22 said minutes ) he was both hostel and clueless. Went to speak with manager again and he flat out was dishonest about what we said we cam in for. Which was to purchase a phone though my account. We gave him the account number and when he left we assumed (granted no one should ever assume) he was processing our transaction. He stated that we never said anything about purchasing a phone though my account. Then Why did I give you my account number? He had no response and and again said we never asked that specific question. I find hard to believe that this was not a crystal clear question when we walked in. However, thank for the phone version of customer support. Do not ask them any questions if you are looking for good solid answers. AT&T please help this location as they are in dire need of training in all aspects of product knowledge, customer service, and advise.

As I sit here for about a half hour (so far), the store is extremely packed at 6pm on a Saturday! There are only 2 employees. TWO. They clearly cant multitask and I anticipate not getting out of here for another couple of hours. This is TERRIBLE. This store needs to hire some people. Where is the for hire sign on the front door? Completely slow, unacceptable wait times and staff barely acknowledges customers walking in. Good luck if you just want to purchase something because youll end up waiting behind everyone else who has already been waiting over an hour.

Staffs were rude and provided me the wrong information. Since they figured out I didn’t purchase anything they were not interested to talk with me. I have been with att since 2015, so I believe I deserve services from them as well. I waited there for 3/4 mins to see how they treated others, unfortunately the lady went there to add another phone line and staff were friendly with her.My recommendation if you need any service choose any other location.
When your door says open at 10am someone should open the store. Waited 20 minutes to be let in, called att customer care and they were 0 help finding out why the store was not open. Ending up having to drive 30 mins to a different store. I was waiting with 5 other people.
Bryan was very helpful, helping us pick out new phones and explaining the payment plan. He made sure we had our phones working and updated before we left. Over all a good experience!
Been coming here for weeks now trying to get help cancelling a subscription from my account and staff keep telling me they cant help but today I walked in and someone else got it done for me. Best day to go is on a sunday.

The person that helped me was okay, a little inexperienced. However, the person in charge (not sure if it was a manager) sat on her butt, listening to loud offensive music on her phone until it was time to close. Then she asks if he needs help. Then when he says hes okay, she proceeds to wipe down counter tops including where were working, interrupting us. I had to ask her to wait. Then she huffs off obviously annoyed because were not finished. Poor customer service overall.
They dont carry a type c wall charger, so they just game me the one they use to sync data. Very cool saved me a trip searching stores when my cord wasnt working
