They do good work so I cant too be honest. I kinda feel like they over charge but my stuff is fixed and I am thankful to them

My sons ipad screen cracked. Nothing else was wrong just a crack. Day after picking it up the home button slid under the screen. It was half way under and you couldnt push it to unlock screen. Took it back very next day, they fixed it. Tried to tell me it was my sons fault. There is no way that shouldve been able to happen had the screen been replaced properly. The button is very stiff now and you have to push it multiple times to get it to work. My advice, dont go here, just send it to apple to fix, Im sure its only a matter of time before it completely stops working.

The person did a fantastic job at fixing my front and back screen for my iPhone 8! He is very quick and thorough and couldnt be happier with the results. Hopefully I wont crack any more of my screens but if I do, I know where to go!

I do not recommend!! I put my phone in there to get the screen replaced that was the only thing wrong with it a crack in the corner. When I went to pick it up. The volume worked before I dropped it off now it does not work now it has no sound when I try to play videos or call. They guy told me I don’t know what to tell you not my problem.

Prices too high.Repair more than phone cost new.

I took my game there to get it fixed and. went back to get it something else was wrong with it then I drop it back off there I call for 2wks straight after I took it back he still didnt answer me or return my calls so I popped up over there n mh game was just sitting there he had it for a month and a half ........I wouldnt go back there if I have too Ill buy what ever new f getting fixed by them

My whole family has been there to fix our phones and have yet to have a single issue. He was beyond helpful, honest and efficient each time. The prices are unbeatable as well! Best service I’ve ever received in regards to phone repair

Cell phone repair SPR is super amazing. I took my sons phone to the mall to have his screen fixed and less than 2 weeks it blacked out. I took it to SPR and it has been good every since. I highly reccomend their service.

Poor customer service. They held my item for about a month not once did they call me to tell me if they could or couldnt fix it. When I called to check on it about 2 weeks in and finally got ahold of someone, they told me they were waiting on a part. Apparently that was false. In the end, it cannot be fixed by them.

Wanted $15 for SIM removal pin. REPLY TO RESPONSE: Woman in shop this morning showed me pin and told me it cost $15. I repeated $15?? And she said yes. You may wish to clarify pricing with her.

Bought a external battery chargerDidnt work as expected tried returning was told. (we only exchange items not refund them) wasnt told that when I bought it or wouldnt of purchased.On a positive note at least they are friendly.

If you guys have a cracked screen on your phone come check out Kemo at SPR he is great at his job. My Wife dropped her phone and destroyed the Screen. I give them 50 stars

Absolutely terrible repair & customer service.After 12 hours my new screen had cracked all the way down the center & completely FELL OUT of my iPhone!They would not replace and I was forced to take my phone to Hattiesburg to another repair company, who explained there were several parts missing from my phone.Do not use this business for any of your cell phone needs & repairs.I’m one of many customers who have had the same thing happen.

I recommend them hands down. Done in less than an hour and works perfectly.

I have now taken 3 phones multiple times with each phone and none of them have been fixed right yet. Kemo the (store manager) left a screw out of one of the phones it messed up and he said he would not cover it when trying to talk with him he repeatedly just said he would not cover it even though it was his mistake. He explained that because he left a screw out wasnt his fault !!!!!! Go elsewhere folks run !!!!

My phone screen went out last night and I brought my phone to SPR and they had my phone fixed in under an hour. Mayra was really helpful and explained the entire process and was extremely nice.

They were very nice and friendly and very informative about my iPhone 8 when I #first dropped it off. #However they told me it had to be sent off and that it would only take 7-10 business days. It took 15-20. And everytime I called for the status they had an attitude. Then when the phone came back. The homebutton didnt work. I called and the very guy that showed me the homebutton worked before we sent it off, was now telling me it wasnt him. I asked was they going to be responsible for fixing it. He said ill have the guy call you back. The guy!! I know it was him the guy i was currently on the phone with. Because its always those two( 1 guy & 1 girl) in there and answering the phones EVERYTIME I CALL OR GO by. I am truly dissatisfied by this level of service especially after paying $120.
