Small Cricket reseller. Good spot to pick up a phone and get it activated. Helpful​ staff to walk you through the process. After that, Cricket itself is either online or a phone call to make changes.

Customer Service- LACKING -- Had to purchase a new phone and although the young lady working in there was friendly she showed me ZERO about the phone. I was told to called GOOGLE. I spend 2.5 hours at home on the phone between CRICKET, GOOGLE and LG to set up my phone (and its STILL not set up all the way). NOTE TO CRICKET: Not everybody is a phone genius. I would have APPRECIATED a quick 2-3 minute tutorial and that TINY location was EMPTY- the associate was doing NOTHING ELSE- why NOT walk me thru SETTING UP a NEW PHONE- that is what ALL the other cell companies do. Cricket gets a ZERO for CUSTOMER SERVICE #Sorry #NotSORRY

After receiving an email from Cricket that there had a problem with an online order, I was told by a phone representative that I could visit this location to complete my purchase in-store. I drove to the location and was greeted by an individual who first told me they couldnt help me. Eventually when they heard which phone I wanted, they told me they couldnt get the phone in the store for two weeks. Thats kind of crazy, considering online orders and processed and delivered in 24 hours. There is no company that I can think of in this day and age that takes 2 weeks to have a phone delivered. It seemed to me that the person had no interest in helping, and I will not be giving my business to Cricket.

There is new store personnel works here in Laurel, and he is very professional and expert about Crickets plans and offers. They offer speedy and trustable service. Thanks
