Stopped in for some ear buds, the sales associate working was very knowledgeable suggested a charging phone case with ear phones. Absolutely love it! No more worries of low battery and ear phones work great!

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. The guy running the place was a real fast talker who was trying to give us the world for nothing except spreading the word about his products. He was all about buying one item and getting another for free. Then when we checked out, he charged my husband for items not purchased. As we left, we checked our receipt again and realized we were ripped off by hundreds of dollars! My husband went back to return everything, but was refused. He had to call the credit card company to report this fraudulent issue!

I bought my phone battery case at their store in the Venetian hotel and casino. The charging port came apart rendering useless. After several attempts and weeks gone by to get it warranted though their customer service department the told me I’d have to ship back at my expense ok what’s 5 or 6 bucks. But then they want me to send them a check for 30 dollars to ship my phone case back after having to possibly wait weeks while they figure out if I had miss used it in any way. Ok I can understand needing to know if I dropped it or ? The case cost me 80 dollars and now I have to pay 30 dollars more for this product that I found on eBay selling for 13.99. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company unless you live next door to them and know your warranty. The Venetian hotel and casino will be also getting a complaint from me about this store.

The one star is for the actors that work here selling knockoff electronics at regular or higher prices. I purchased a pair of Airpod Pros (which we all know arent cheap). I was excited only to get home to find that they are fake. I didnt have the full functions that real Airpod Pros have and the sound quality was that of some $10 wired earbuds. I had already flown home once I discovered this and felt robbed and sooo cheated. If you value your coins, real pricing and want authentic products, DO NOT shop in this store!!!

Do not shop here. I bought a charge and tried to return it ten minutes later, when I found out I paid twice as much as I should of from any reputable store. Be warned that all sales are FINAL and the guy will play dumb like he doesn’t know his managers name or his phone number. I should of read the review first. Please don’t make my mistake.

The exchange [not refund] has to be in 14 days and a restocking fee. CAll the 800 number recording sounds like a martian-science fiction move. they go through the motions of customer service and thats it.

This place is a joke. I paid $300 for some headphones they said were great. I found the same ones on amazon for $125. They wouldnt even let me return them 20 mins later in original packaging. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Purchased an iPhone charger and noticed how light and flimsy it was immediately upon opening. Of course it didn’t work and struggled to return it 10 minutes later. Found a good name brand for the same price that worked at Walgreens.

Purchased iPhone ear phone connector with earphones. Staff very pleasant. The moment I used it however my iPhone said it doesn’t support it. Played music for one minute and stopped. Went for a refund today. They refunded the connector but not the earphones. Told me they can’t refund them even tho they were perfectly back in the case. Wasted as without the connector the earphones are useless.

WORST PLACE EVER. me and my friend bought a phone case each, the battery charging ones. We paid $100 each Canadian and I just found them online for $30. They are both not working after 5 days and he said their is a lifetime warranty yet the box doesnt even have anything on it to contact anyone and no phone number for the kiosk. I want my money back or a new working case!!!

These people are con artists. Don’t know how they are in the Venetian shops. People buy because they feel safe with Venetian backing them but everything is junk. They con you into coming in with free things and once you are in try to sell you overpriced things like headphones for 800. Then try to tell you they will give you two for that price cause they bought too many. They will show you an amazon page that is fictitious to make it look like it’s an amazing deal. When you get it home its nothing but garbage cheap plastic. Cell phone charger we actually wanted and it already has stopped working after 2 days and their phone number does not work.

Like everyone has stated great sales people dodgy and over priced items. I purchased some wireless earphone that they demonstrated with instore version, purchased them and got them setup in store and they didn’t work as demonstrated, ask for money back on the spot and was told I had to call the manufacturer. Stay away, The Venetian shouldn’t allow this kind of store to operate.

Glad I read the reviews. After reading so many reviews of people buying junk that didnt work here and being unable to return, I brought in the earphones I was looking for an aux-USB C converter for. I asked to try the converter before purchase. In the store we tried 2 different ones and both didnt work. Tried to blame my phone. I went to Best Buy just off the strip and bought one that worked perfectly. After my refusal to purchase, they tried to sell me a phone case. Stay away.

This is a true scam.. purchase mobile charger.. It will not stay charged.Also purchased 2 head phone sets.. I am now afraid to see if they work. He was a real charmer. I normally ignore sales people at mall kiosks. I got sucked in and now I wonder if I was scammed. I felt like I was in the movie Boiler Room. What started as a conversation about a charging case, (which I wanted) turned into headphones, a charging case for my wife, screen protectors and wait.... Theres more.... Another pair of headphones. So it ends with, buy one pair of headphones, which cost $400, everything else is free! I do like the headphones but if you break out what everything costs they still made out. Debating taking everything back because I just feel dirty, like I need a shower. Dont drink and shop!

They sell low quality non-branded Chinese electronics. Fine print on their receipt mentions that there is no refund or exchange. You should consider yourselves lucky if what you buy there lasts a day!

The staff here was very helpful and seemed to enjoy working here. They took plenty of time to answer all of our questions and had suggestions for options at a variety of price levels. We went in looking for directions to the Uber stop for the hotel and left with a cellphone case.

They sold a ucbc cable to us that didn’t work for charging our ipad and wouldn’t accept a return or exchange when we brought it back. They then proceeded to try and get us to buy an expensive projector.

Scam!!! The guy was very nice and had a charm but trick you to buy overly expensive stuff with poor quality.When I enter the canal I released my defense because I believed such place wont cheat people. So when that nice guy introduced me all the great functionalities of the stuffs, I believed without double checked by myself. He told me that the solar charger could be charged from zero to full in 6-7 hours under room light like the stores, I believed without thinking the basic physics. When I used it by myself, that device charged my phone from 30% to 60% and run out of power. The indicator was full before the charging! What a useless thing! And he told me the price is like 70-80 dollars. I got it free by buying the headphone, another scam product. All hose stuffs he sold didnt have barcode, and couldnt find online except from scam looking website which may set up by them.I felt sorry for America, because its those people who ruined the credit and trust in this society. I dont want to keep an eye on every people when dealing with them. Too sad.

Do not shop there! I went there looking for a certified Apple charger. He sold me a charging claiming it was a certified Apple product, it was not. I know it isnt because the charge does not work on my computer/notepad. He also sold me a charging case which does not work properly. If youre in a bind and need to buy something, dont pay over $20 for it.

This place is a SCAM. I bought two sets of headphones and two days later, one was completely broken. The other one is still in the box, but this place has no good phone number to reach them to return the items. I anticipate based on the cheap and significantly overpriced crap merchandise they sell to dissatisfied customers that they would not provide a refund anyway. Im from out of town which makes it more difficult to return. I have called my bank to report this place as a fraud and try to stop payment. The place is a complete scam.... stay away from these guys! He is selling $399 products ie. wireless headphones that are waterproof and supposedly non breakable that you can buy on eBay and amazon for $69-$99 with free shipping. Hes also selling external phone charging cases for $150 that cost $11.99 on eBay with free shipping. Dont trust the Italian devil stallion! The guarantee is fake - when the phone numbers on the receipts are fake because we cant contact them. Especially when youre from out of town and have no way to get back to Las Vegas to challenge them.

RIPOFF bought a charger phone was totally dead left it charging for over an hour only to get 12 percent charge on it. Took it back they tried exchanging it. We asked to leave it charging to see if replacement one would work only to realize it didnt. After standing there for over 30 min to get the charger to work they refused to give us a refund. And decided to get loud with us. Left with non working charger and a receipt to call customer service... 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The pressure to buy something in this store is on another level. My husband finally succumbed and bought a $200 pair of earphones which did not work when taken out of the package. We had already left town so we did not go back and I wouldnt have expected any kind of service anyway. Horrible, dont even waste your time stepping into this store.

Absolutely disappointed in my experience with these guys. I was walking through the mall and made the mistake of allowing them to give me a free screen protector for my cell phone, they were using the game of like 5 year anniversary so theyre handing out free ones. I had a good one on my phone but it was getting a little older. They put on the new free one and then I noticed it only covered part of my cell phone screen unlike my original protector. I came back the next day and bought a glass cell phone screen protector from them, the first time they put it on there was debris underneath the glass and it did not fit well so they exchanged it for a second one on the spot because I think the kid felt like he didnt do a good job putting it on, which is accurate. But then my phone stopped responding to my finger touches unless I pressed firmly which is so annoying. A day after I left a Vegas the screen protector fell off and cannot be put back on, Im super super disappointed in my decision to trust them..

Salesmen spent more time flirting with me and convincing me the phone I bought was as good as the one I wanted. 2 hours later after realizing it was crap I tried to take it back and was told to call customer service, 2 weeks later and Im still waiting to hear back.

Very bad experience with this smooth talking salesman who befriends you and offers the exact thing you now seem to need only to find out his special deal costs almost $60 more than the same items in honest retail locations or the Internet. How embarrassing to have succumbed to this scammer! He was manipulating the charges and in the end charged $60 for a $5.99 item, and $25 for a $3.00 item. Not very happy.

I bought an IPAD case last weekend while I was visiting. I didnt have my IPAD with me, but I repeated multiple times that is was not an Air. To my surprise when I opened the bag upon returning home....I had an Air case. No phone number is listed for them. Complete waste of money!!

STAY AWAY. TOTAL SCAM. I purchased a set of Royal bluetooth headphones that were 399.00, but because he liked me, got them for 100.00. I knew he was a slick salesman.The sales person told me the headphones were voice activated, no; they would work up to 300 ft, no, 33 feet; and would pair with 2 devices, was only able to pair with one. I charged the battery and it seemed to work, but when I thought it was turned off to save the battery, it wasnt. I tried using again after charging, same thing. Now that I am home, I cant get it to charge. I have tried different wall chagers plugged into the wall and tried a powerstrip. Nothing. There isnt any contact info on any of the packaging or booklet. I was able to look up some info for Royal Bluetooth headset, but again no contact info. They had all their products listed however. I am going to call my credit card tomorrow and the Nevada BBB.
