I have been using this company at least 6 years. We have 3 kids and lots of devices and of course things get broken. But its a piece of mind that we have a great place to get them repaired. They have been so good to us on pricing and reliability. We are always happy with their service.

I drunkenly dropped my phone in a bowl of water one night and promptly put it in rice, you know, the old trick. My phone turned on, thank goodness, but tiny pieces of rice had been lodged into the charging port, so it wouldnt charge. Hungover and panicking, the next morning I drove to One Stop Wireless where I encountered Ben. I was expecting him to take hours to fix it, maybe even tell me that he couldnt, but oh no no... Ben is a magician. He not only got the rice out of my phone in less than 15 minutes, but he also took it upon himself to unscrew the back and check for further water damage, amongst other things. I tried to pay him for his services at the end but he wouldnt take my money, insisting that I just come back if I have any other problems with the phone. DUDE WAS LEGIT. My phone has been working 100% ever since, thank you Ben, hopefully I wont have to come back but anyone who has any technical issues at all should 100% go to Ben.. you are in good hands

I was promised by Miguel an OEM screen replacement as an upsell. It was installed incorrectly and fit above the phone frame. The screen giggles and frequently wont stop. Its started cracking in two places. I GOT IT BACK MONDAY, literally three days ago. I called today and spoke with Ben. He told me they DONT have OEM parts despite clearly listing the part as an IPHONE max pro screen on the receipt.Ben refused to provide me managers and said it was my fault. Im reporting the to AG consumer protection division.DO NOT SHOP HERE.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Never in my life have I ever dealt with such a greedy, careless, POS owner. I took my iPhone here to get a new a battery and a new charging port which the battery still dies extremely quickly and granted the charging port has more grip and is able to charge part of the time versus it consistently coming undone but it still doesn’t stay plugged in as a new port would. I spent over $100 for two new parts which clearly I didn’t get either. I took it back and was told that it was fine and both parts were replaced, which is complete BS. Anyways I took it to another shop and had the battery and charging port replaced again which costs my $40 less than One Stop Wireless but this time I actually got what I paid for for a fraction of the price. I cannot believe this place is still in business.

I am so Excited that I walked into this business. I can say that the Manager Manny was ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING, he was very personable and honest. The pricing to fix my phone was GREAT and they have the best pricing in town. Very honest with how long it would take to fix my phone and my phone was ready when I was told. Manny answered all of my questions and also showed me the parts that he would be using (which NO OTHER company would) that was great. First of all, I found Manny through Yelp, I phoned him about my iPhone problem, he was very helpful. I brought the iPhone to his store, he greeted me even though 2 customers were ahead of me. If you want to be ripped off go here. I had them change my battery because it wasnt holding a charge. I fully charged my phone when I received it and I know its the same exact battery because I only had the phone for 6 hours after was fully charged and it went to nothing. There is no way they put a new battery in there.

My iPhone6 got water damaged, and half of the screen became unresponsive to touch and the picture was gone/flickering. Ben, whom by the way was very welcoming and polite, took care of it in about 10 minutes. Based on my previos research, the price was more than reasonable. I definitely recommend this store. I thought my iPhone was a dead, after dropping it in the pool. I did what everyone does when they drop their phone in water, put in a bag of rice. Lol that didnt work and it was a waste of my time. I went to one STOP WIRELESS and the techs there was able to give life to my phone. I thought I had to buy a new phone luckily I didnt need to do that. Aside from fixing my phone I bought a new case for my phone. I forgot to mentioned to they added a free screen protector.. a big WOW factor!!!

Went in for a new phone and the guy who helped me was very patient. Ha He pulled out all the phones I was interested in and explained the specs of each; very helpful. I walked out with a flawless, very reasonably priced S5 and a new favorite store. Customer service is rare these days and the guys there are on top of their game!Also, just a word to the Metro PCS users... an AT&T phone will work with your service. The phone has to be registered with the Metro system before it will pull from t-mobile towers. I bought the phone, then went to metro to register and now works like a dream.

The owner was interested in purchasing my 5th gen 64gb iPad with an iCloud lock that cosmetically was in perfect condition. Anyways the owner said I had to come to his shop if I wanted him to purchase it. I stressed the fact that I didn’t have my car and had to pay a driver to pick it up and deliver it, which I was willing to do because I needed money for Xmas presents. So I agreed to do so and again specified and explained the iCloud lock as well as it’s perfect cosmetic condition so he wouldn’t waste my since I was hiring a driver, which we agreed prior on a total of $100. Upon arrival I was on the phone with him which now he said all he could do was $30! I told him we had already had a verbal agreement and to be a man of his word. Then upped it to $40, which I asked him what kind of business he was running. That what he was doing is bad business. Then increased to $70. I told him I couldn’t believe that he would take advantage of me because I already hired a driver and knew I had to pay the driver and new I was desperate for the cash. Then he said $80 last offer because of the iCloud lock, which he was 100% aware of from the get. I took the $80 even though I didn’t want to because we already agreed on $100 but I now had a driver to pay which I told the driver to take their cut from selling the iPad and had Xmas presents to purchase for my daughter. I couldn’t believe that someone would screw me over for $20 because they knew I was in a predicament and needed the cash. Never in my life have I dealt with someone who screw someone over who doesn’t have it so they could make an extra $20. I did threaten to leave him a bad review if he couldn’t stick to his word like a man. Anyways everyone this guy is a snake and a real POS and if he willingly would screw me over be careful because I’m sure he’d have no problem to sell you garbage products for top dollar so he can make a few extra dollars for himself. I wish I could do 0 stars.

I took my broken S7 after talking to several other repair shops, because the repair quote to replace a screen was more reasonable. When i went in with my phone, they showed me I only had a cracked and broken screen protector! I truly thought the phone was broken and expected a $180 repair bill, but this place was honest! All i had to do was replace my screen protector! I would highly reccomend this shop on the integrity alone!!

When my son broke his tablet, I thought I had to purchase a new tablet for him. Luckly for me, I found one stop wireless. I took the tablet to them and they were honest and friendly. They got my tablet repaired so fast and so good that it doesnt looked like it was ever broken. I have been going to this place for four years buying my phones but I just had the worst experience in my life. I bought one that I told the guy was messing up everyday and he kept telling me to home try this and that and troubleshoot it when I just wanted to exchange it. Then the sim card locked up and he said it was to bad it was past the seven day exchange after all that hell and I would have to call boost to get a sim card. I was without a phone for a week. I depend on my phone and times are rough so I couldnt just buy a new one. I said something was wrong from day one instead of just exchanging it I got a run around and then they wouldnt even backup there own actions

This place is my go to for fixing my iPhone screen! I dropped my phone while visiting and my screen shattered...looking like a spider web. I brought my phone in and the techs here replaced the screen of my iPhone in about 10 minutes! And their price is pretty reasonable. I shattered my screen 3 times and came here all three times after that. I would highly recommend One Stop Wireless for all your phone repairing needs!

What can I say one stop wireless saved me again, I just got a new iPhone 6 and I was so upset that I cracked my screen. I couldnt believe that a small drop could crack my screen. I went to one stop wireless and they repaired my screen so fast that I forgot that I broken my phone. The tech also gave me a temp glass to help protect my phone and got 50% off on a new case since I did my repair with them. So if you need a repair go and see these guys !!!

I I came in to get my screen fixed and my charging port/audio jack replaced. They fixed that same day, but when I got home I realized that the phone wasnt charging at all. I go in the next day five minutes after they open, and their store isnt even open yet. The gate is still down. When I tell him about the charging port he quotes me a longer wait time than the day before. Do not go to this guy, he uses crappy supplies and makes you wait even though he messed up. And he had poor customer service.

I had a common error on my android. I had tried all the suggestions on YouTube and what I could find searching the web. I went to One Stop W because it was close to the house. The guy looked at a couple things on my phone (I dont know what), handed it back to me and said I need to upgrade (buy a new phone). Never attempted to try to fix it. The web shows all over it that this error is resolvable. So I went to the place I go to for most of my computer needs, Outlet PC, on Commercial which is a bit of a distance. But I left my phone with them and in about 40 minutes it was completely fixed!!! Ive been dealing with this problem for months! And OutletPC finally fixed it. Hurray!! One happy girl here.

I am on vacation and one of the worst thing that can happen is you break your phone. Luckily for me I found one stop wireless, they were able to repair my phone the Same day, what a service. I was extremely satisfied with the work and service they provided.

Went to One stop wireless to get my cracked screen fixed. My phone was fully functional, they determined it was a glass replacement and charged me 65$ for repairs and advised to return in one hour. I returned, they gave me my phone, it was working however, there was a yellow line at the top of the screen that remained there even with the screen flipped. I asked the intake employee (matt) about it, he took the phone and said he will replace the screen again and to wait. I waited for another hour, he told me all he had to do is upload the software and it should be about ten minutes. That wasnt the case, I waited another 40 minutes when he came out and told me it will take him longer. I had to leave for an appointment and told him I will be back in 2 hours. When I came back, the owner came out and said that the software failed and that we dropped of the phone while it is not working. He said that he either put the old cracked screen back and take my money back, or give me a loner to see if it will work, he kept on changing loners and ended up giving me an old BLU unlocked phone, but no promise of fixing my phone. I would not go there for the simple fact of pure terrible customer service, also, incompetency.

Ive been buying phones from here since they first opened. Recently I paid 150.00 for an unlawful phone called the maker of the phone HomTom and they told me its only for the mid east country... As the owner knew this and lied I drove 158 miles from Pahrump back to his store just for him to tell me he cant help me not only was he sealing a phone ( note 2 and galaxy s4)at the same price as the one he sold me but he couldnt look me in the eye or apologize for lost of the money PR phone. Just said he has no equally value phones. I will never go to this place again... Hes a scam a pier and a BIG rip off

Had a problem with my Samsung note. I really need my phone and cant buy another one yet. Google a place to fix my phone and one stop wireless pop up. I called them first and spoke with a guy name John or jan??, unsure of his name. Anyway, he said he could help me and gave me the direction to the store. Upon arrival at the store, I was welcomed by Matt and Jong or jan? They asked me what can they do to me and I told them, I already spoken with jong or john???...he took a look a my phone and right away told me to come back in an hour or so...after a quick lunch at a nearby resto, I went back to the store and yes, true to their words, my phone was fixed and its working again !!!wow amazed with their customer service and efficiency! I was very happy I came to one stop wireless. If ever I encounter a problem I will definitely come back here...on top of it, I end up buying a new phone case and a car camera for a very good price! Are you serious? so My iPad worked for months with a cracked screen but one you changed it, it stopped working? then they put the screen pack on, offer refund and thats pretty much it! wheres my 500$ you fuddrucckers.!

DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE TO GET FIXED IT WILL NOT GET FIXED....Took my iphone 5s in to get the glass screen fixed they didnt fix It right and took them 4 times to get the touch screen aligned right and now my phones finger print scanner does not work and my ear speaker does not work so I can only use speaker phone and they warped the outer case of my iphone 5s thank god I can still text. The owner will not take responsibility for his workers or him self

I had a small crack on the frame of my iPad. One Stop Wireless (Silverado & Maryland) agreed to fix/replace it for about $65. When they gave it back a few days later, Joe had improperly installed a cheap screen. I could see immediately that it was going to break. Sure enough, it broke the next day at the slightest impact. In addition, my 3G service stopped working properly when it was in their possession.I agreed to pay for new parts, but it took them a month to call me to tell me they were in. They charged me $45 for a new screen and new 3G antenna. Not only was the screen installed with air bubbles visible under the glass, but it wasnt flush with the body.Can you guess what happened? Of course the shoddy replacement screen broke again, almost immediately. No drops, no shocks, no impacts. It was protected by a cover or a cradle the whole time. Not only did One Stop not mount the screen properly, but the 3G still wasnt accurate.Oh, and when I went in to ask for a refund, they wouldnt even do me the courtesy of calling to tell me no.So now I have to go buy a new iPad. Thanks, One Stop. I appreciate having to spend another $800 on top of the $110 I just wasted with you.These guys are scammers and con artists. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
