RUDE SUPERVISOR. How I wish I spoke to a different supervisor, someone who has a heart to let me have my own balloons blown like how I did a month ago. I would understand if it wasnt allowed anyomore but SAY IT PROPERLY im already upset and you made me more upset by having that attitude with you. Try to have more hospitality. Customer service sucks!

Great store has almost everything you need from car to kitchen

Cheap imported good from Mexico. They function but their staff are bad with people. I get it, they probably deal with difficult customers, same as every other retail job. But dont make your customers feel unwelcome.

They have products no one else has. When I go I buy 2 or 3 of the same item, just in case. Handicap parking in front. Great customer service. Today I went back to the store and bought 3 (1 for me, 2 for 2 of my friends) jars of this product. They are the only ones that sell it. I have been using this product 25 years! No one believes Im 70! Lol!

First time there. They have items that I was interested in. Se prices were below what I expected. BUT, some other items were priced well beyond what they should be (their clearance items, for one).. You just have to spend a little time finding whats right for you and knowing the most reasonable price you can get it if there or elsewhere. If youre on a tight budget during this pandemic like me, nothing beats Dollar Tree for many items. I did have fun going through the store as they do have many items at good prices I cant find anywhere else I know of. Just need to check them out.

Im a dollar store junkie. Always looking for my next fix and a new place. This is one of my favorites. Its not a true $1 store like dollar tree, but theres ALOT of stuff here and its all priced well.Be warned, if you go in for 2 items, you will leave with 20.

Huge $ Store. Great location Sahara and Decatur behind Chase Bank. Wide variety of items for the house, auto and food. Friendly service, bilingual. Handicap parking in front. Close to restaurants and other businesses.

Has some nic nac stuff that is priced reasonably. Mainly off brand thing you can also find at dollar tree. BUT don’t let the name fool you. There are dollar items but there are item that cost 100+. Hence the name dollar plus. They have all types of things here. Overall ... it’s ok.

Different items that other stores and good prices

This store is amazing. It says dollar plus but its more like a mix between dollar general and Walmart, they have everything. This one caters to a Latino clientele, so you will find many products stemmed in that culture. They have a very impressive fist aid aisle or at least they did before this pandemic, though gloves were never something I found on this particular aisle. Staff is nice and very helpful.

Very good wholesaler. A variety is very why stores clean and the workers are cordial. If youre Hispanic there actually friendly!

Love this place. You never know what you will find. From clothes to cleaning supplies. Make sure you have time to check everything out. The staff is always friendly.

Cool dollar + store for all your needs literally!

They had the items I was shopping for, and I checked each to insure it was made in the USA (yeah!). Masks were worn by everyone, but social distancing was not practiced. Shopping carts did not seem to be sanitized after each use either.

For a dollar/ plus type storeIts got a bit of everything you might need.. sometimes you find some decent quality as well...

Love this place. Not high end items but during this Pandemic situation its nice to have an alternative since everyone else is hoarding items from other stores. This store is smart enough to limit items to 2 each per person so everyone can get what they need.

As soon as I enter I got greeted with a couple Welcome and Hello. As a customer, I really appreciate that! As I was looking for a product, a male employee stopped what he was doing to ask me hi, is there anything I can do to assist you? & I asked if he would know if they still sell Now n Later candies. Instead of the usual I dont think so and go on with his business (as many other retailers have here in Nevada), he asked his co-worker if she would know. She too, stops what she was doing to help us out! The male employee didnt just walk away and hand me to her, he stayed with us. Id like to think because he didnt have the answer for me the 1st time, maybe if another customer came in and asked the same thing he have an answer then. Anyways, they didnt have my candy in stock BUT saw she said shell talk to her vendor to put an order in.Customer service here is AWESOME! I bought a handful of products for such a great price! The 3rd and final employee who helped me was the cashier. She greeted me with a smile. She didnt just scan and bag - she did so while asking me if everything was okay, etc. and ended my sale with thank you, have a great night - please be safe.“Ill definitely be back! Not only is customer service great but as huge as that store is, its not overwhelming! I have been shopping in this store for 4 years, I will not be coming back . Many changes and not good ones . The very rude woman that use to work there is back ! The owner is out of him mind if he thinks that’s a good idea. Maybe it’s not the same owner . Prices have gone up, employees have attitudes. Too many other $ stores to chose from to put up with her .

Ive shopped here the past 5 years of my life.It has gone through quite a few physical changes inside. Large unique selection of great priced items. My favorite part about this place was that if there is no sticker on the item, its means its only $1.00, however they mustve recently changed it. Instead of manually entering in each amount of each item, as the employees have always done in the past, the lady that assisted me today scanned each item which caused each $1.00 item to go up 50 cents in value. I was over charged. When I asked her about it, she said its because it came up $1.50 when she scanned it. Well, in all 5 of these past years these same markers I get here were only $1.00. Its fine for a price to change, but MARK IT AS THAT PRICE, DONT TRY TO CHEAT ME!!

It was obvious that I was looking for something that could not find. Very disappointing no customer service at all!

I ran in last minute for some notebooks and office supplies. It was close to closing time so I didnt get to look around as much as Id like to have, but I will definitely come back. The staff is super nice and they have a HUGE variety of things. I actually thought my GPS was taking me to a regular Dollar Tree but Im glad it took me here instead.

First time shopper here. Cant give more than 3 stars. Prices seem ok. Limited shampoo and soap selection didnt convince me. But deserves a couple more visits.

Older Caucasian female manager discriminates against minorities. Employees tell me theres a 2 day return for electronics. She tells me no returns on electronics which may be defective. She lied about policy so I wouldnt purchase. Probably assumed I was going to return it because I asked? Avoid, especially if youre a Mexican with self respect. Managets name is Barbara. Call the store and ask them if you can return a defective electronic. You cant. Go Amazon.

So far i like this store. I am finding name brand shoes and clothes for a lot less then a thrift store. Hand lotion for cheap and just everyday household items that are affordable.

Very poor guest service!!!! I bought 2 packs of crazy glue tried calling the store 5 times before going back up to inform them that I was just there 1 hr ago and purchased them and they where all dried up I asked for a refund for the product and Barbara informed that they don’t do refunds and for me to swap them out for 2 more new ones!!! After opening 10 !!!!! More in the store in front of the cashier and Barbara I told them they need to take that product down !!! Everyone we opened was dried out!!! Again I asked the please just give me my Refund with was only 3 and some change!! And Barbara still said no that I had to just find something in the store I didn’t come to that store for anything else I replied but she insisted they don’t do refunds and I just had to pick something out in your store not happy with the customer service I received and forcing me to buy other products I didn’t need will never return to the store again poor poor poor customer service and poor ownership !!!!

Most stuff was junk not able to sell anywhere else. And some stuff was way overpriced. There might have been a nugget somewhere in there. Just know what things cost. Youll be fine.

It was just ok. When I entered, I (the customer) said hi to the idle cashier. She either didnt hear me, was distracted or just ignored me. Ive never been impressed with this store. This is literally, only the 2nd time Ive shopped there. I walked the entire store and not one person asked me if I needed help finding something. A customer asked me if I worked there. She needed help with something out of her reach. I replied, no but Ill be happy to help you. And I did. While standing in line, a very nice lady opened up her register to ring up my items. She was the highlight of my visit there. The receipt says her name is Barbara. I wish her the best.

Store get stolen cheap goods from Walmart and other stores and rack up prices $2 or more on they stuff.Went to try to buy a shopper basket that clearly said $19.99 same basket i seen on walmart for only $17 but cashier said it was $23 to buy when the tag say clearly in bright green only $19.99 no customer service and Hot!!
