The manager is always pleasant, however it appears that his employees do not follow his lead. Theyre not friendly, courteous or helpful. I have checked out before with the employee on the phone cussing. This location is NOT my preferred location.

Honestly wouldn’t even give this a 1 star but can’t leave review with out giving it. Why don’t the workers and even manager herself wearing masks? It’s not a option is a requirement with working with the public but they inside making jokes standing next to each other not practicing distancing or anything! Also I’ve NEVER EVER been asked to leave my purse at the front door smh this manager is rude and very obnoxious to her customers I will not be back and I’ll be sure to let people know they don’t care about safety at all!

Horrible customer experience, I have been trying to call this store for weeks now no one is answering the . phone. I have call multiple times a day to no answer to make a complaint. I have a rare skin disorder, and the white manager and two black ladies were talking about me,they laugh in my face as I was trying to leave for no reason at all.the reason that I Kno is because the white literally said look at her skin and starting to laugh,then when I went to buy something both of the ladies laugh in my face.

Found everything that I needed as far as Dry Goods non-perishable

I went in to purchase some items and went to the register. No worker was to be found. 2 People grabbed some stuff, smiled and waved at me and walked out the door, stealing the stuff and even encouraged me to do so. I went and found the worker, who was busy shopping with another customer and told her, she was uninterested and told me I would have to wait to be checked out until she was done shopping with the other customer. I left without my stuff.I went back in a couple of days later and the same girl, at the register was checking people out. The customer in front of me had a child that accidentally spilled a drink and the worker simply handed the girl a couple of paper towels and watched as the customer tried to clean up the spill that was way to large for a couple of paper towels. I told a worker that she needed to get a mop up there and she said Yea, we dont have a mop. and went about her business. No wet floor sign, no mop, nothing.

A/C has been out for 3 months, extremely hot to uncomfortable to even try and shop..Very ridiculous to even have to experience such a discomfort. And management has no answers as to when it will be fixed. Left out one thing. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST STORE OF A THE CHAINS IVE BEEN TO INCLUDING THE ONES OUT OF STATE.

Run down customer service horrible. They dont great you help you or even let you know they are waiting for a payment.. This guy literally stared at me for two or three minutes before he said swipe your card!... Im paying in cash dumbass.. He didnt even tell me how much it was before he walked away offended because i called him a dumbass....dont make dumb decisions and you wont be a dumbass.

Most dollar stores charge a dollar for Mylar ballons. Not here,its double the price. Many items are not a bargain. The store looks messy and the clerk didnt know what Mylar is.
