Always find items for crafting or seasonal decor. Staff is always working hard but aware of customers.

Very disappointing and frustrating, the aisles were a HOT mess the line was over 30 minutes long. My ice was melting, there were other workers one was in line in break the other was doing go backs.

Sales clerk over charged me on the # of items and refused to double check my purchases. Another day Security insinuated I had shop lifted. SMH. Can give 5 stars if the improved customer service

This Dollar Tree has been one of my favorites to shop at for nearly 7 years STRONG NOW, although it has been a lot longer. Aside from the price and plethora of many, many things to buy from household to hardware, food to flora, there are NOT many places one goes to shop and from ones repetitive familiarity of those visits will be one expect to be recognized and greeted....BY NAME.THATS WASSUP.

The Dollar Tree was typical. The shelves were quite disarrayed, but most retail establishments cannot get enough help.

I have never been in such a Dirty, disorganized Dollar Tree in my life!So many staple items I usually find in any Dollar Tree, arent in stock.The ones that I could find I had to spend over 30 minutes to find where they were located. The store also was cluttered with the garbage of people stealing or consuming items in store and dropping the trash.

My favorite store with lots of good finds.

People send the white knocks in to steal the whole store because the nice white cashier ladies don’t follow or check em just don’t be black and walk in cause then ya got a shadow with no sun. The store is a mess very unorganized and always has a bunch of boxes in the front, last time I checked they said yes they have a storage in the back so I don’t understand the clutter near the registers. I don’t know I guess the store could look and smell better but on the upside they have some of the lowest price items.

This is a great dollar tree. Theyre open daily 8-7. They have a frozen section. Household needs of every type. Health and beauty. And groceries. This is my go-to place before I go to the regular store; and usually I end up finding everything I need.. and with everything $0.99 its always a bargain.

Dollar tree was fine a little slow but stocked and busy

Out of all the Dollar Tree stores around LV and Henderson that Ive shopped at, this is the least stocked store and their variety of items falls short compared to other stores of similar size. Everything from general merchandise to food.I only stop by this location occasionally...to pick up foil / plastic bags, stuff like that. This trip, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Their selection of 300 pcs Puzzel-Art Jigsaw Puzzles have expanded 🙂. I check for new puzzles every trip.

It was delightful but I wasnt able to find what I was looking for. I was looking for charcoal

Wonderful selection, the craft area was fantastic, excellent selection of toys. The store was very well maintained particularly given that we came in right in the closing rush, we had no trouble finding everything we came for and several things we hadnt even thought of. Friendly, efficient staff that nailed the closing lines quickly, got us out smoothly, and made sure we had everything we needed despite the late hour.

This store is terrible. It should be the next location that closes.

By far the worst Dollar Tree Ive ever did business with. Very, Very, VERY rude employees (across the board) I was told that my card was declined but it was not. Asked the manager (Title not worthy) To give me a receipt showing my card being declined. She says the system deleted it. Im sure they did. not! so they took my money and left me without groceries for 2 weeks now while my bank investigates this scamming fraud so called business. They are un lawfully stealing ur money and saying to go talk to ur bank about it. I wouldnt shop here if it were the last store on this earth

Found some supplies I needed but I wanted to find these butterflies I saw on the internet (didnt find them) but overall founded my supplies!

Everything in the store is only $1! Foods, presents, toothpaste, odds and ends, kitchen stuffs and lots of Easter goodies too..

I love shopping here and I can usually find exactly what I need for the right price.

So i usually go here for Necessities..... Today was just uncomfortable for me. One of the employees there a a tall black guy with little short dreads was hitting on me and following me around the store. Ackward i felt disgusted the whole time in the store.

Considering that the store was not very clean and organized, I was surprised that they did have a pretty good selection of items that not all Dollar Tree stores have.

Very friendly staff and a very clean, well stocked store.

My phenomenal experience happened when I stepped inside this palace of dollar goods. The customer service was great, second to none. This majestic place is outstanding. What a great journey and expirience, I look forward for my many returns.

Went in for AA Batteries & Spicy Brown Mustard. Store had both pkg 8 AA Batteries and mustard. Store cashier was very helpful and pleasant, she has a good attitude and very helpfull. Only minor complaint, store was warm but not a big issue for me. Clean floors and stocked well also wide aisles compared to .97 cents stores *****

This store can get fairly busy. Probly at least 10m in line about 4pm. Hit and miss on items. But its the same at most of their stores.

Very well stocked store!! They greet you when you walk in. This store is never crowded when I go in and that makes it nice. You can browse without anyone bothering you.

They have everything you need. Unfortunately long lines and the recent round of cashiers have been a little unpleasant.

They are serious about the health of thier community.

First off this place close at 8 not 9 like the website say. They are so unorganized here as well. Staff needs training. Ugh don’t shop here if you don’t have to. The $ is not worth the trouble

For the most part, staff is pleasant. I carry a backpack basically everywhere I go & I bring my own shopping bags. Im very uncomfortable with having 2 store my backpack either on the floor up front or on the counter/workspace thats used by staff to make balloon arrangements.So far Ive been fortunate to not have my property stolen by anyone. While shopping Im often concerned & stressed about the possibility of that to happen. It is impossible to keep an eye on my stuff from any angle in your store. If I see the store getting busy, I will rush to finish & have several times checked out without really finishing my shopping. In the long run, this will lead to dollar items costing more, plus the cost of replacing my property if it gets stolen.I feel that if your company policy is to have customers store their property(ie: backpack) prior to shopping, then a dedicate area should be provided.It could be a simple shelf mounted in a spot where customers would be able to see their property from just about any angle & employees would be keeping an eye on it too.Thx for the opportunity to give feedback & share my win-win idea.

This store is NASTY! cant find anything, boxes all over the place not to mention a wine glass with some sort of molded liquid in it that smelled like liquor.

They need more employees. Every time I go in there theres only one line open and six people in it waiting to be checked out.

They were almost out of everything completely. If they had what you were looking for there wasnt more than a few. Usually this store has anything in stock. The problem I constantly have here is waiting in line for 10-15mins(on a fast day) bc they never have more than one cashier

One of the employees allowed someone to cut in front of me. I hate this place.

The manager was very rude and disrespectful. Their posted hours were u til 9pm. I arrived exactly at 8:51pm. The manager yelled at me because I insisted that I should be allowed to shop. Another time, the same thing happened. I arrived around 10min before closing and a cashier was rude to me. My wife was in line waiting on me to pay for our items, but I was outside with the wallet and had to wait until someone wanted to exit so that I could enter. I no longer like to shop at Dollar Tree.

They arent as big as .99 store, but Everything in here is a buck! Customer service seems to be pretty good too. Ill be back 😃

For when you are too tired or too lazy to drive to or walk to the 99 cent store on Charelston and Maryland Parkway. This store is pathetic. What else can i say? The shelves are always missing items. Now that isnt an issue. The issue is that these items are never replaced quickly enough. And dont you go bothering an employee here to see if they have anymore soy sauce in the back... In his own words what you see is what you get... A tiny ghetto wannabe version of the 99 cent store.

The store itself is a good set up, but there were pallets of merchandise everywhere, it was very hard to walk around the store because of this. Also the appearance of the outside could use some work.

Rude, terrible, disgusting & poor selection. I needed to get some last minuet supplies for 4th of July. Its over 105°F and I walked over 20 minuets to patronize this business. After wading through ankle deep trash I make it to the door by 8:37, twenty three minuets before the posted closing time. I am told by an employee accompanied by a security guard that we are closed. Not sorry we are closed early just were closed. I could see there where about 5 people in line and some others still shopping in the store. When I say, it says on the door your open till 9 I get told There is already a line and enough shoppers they think it will take until 9 to check them all out Im happy that the Dollar Tree has enough shoppers since I will be walking Tye extra 8 minuets to give my business to the 99¢ store in the future. To top make things better I was yelled at by a homeless guy cause I didnt have change to give him not 10 ft from this business door. Apparently security is only to keep paying customers out not to keep them safe from aggressive change seekers. It is funny though that the dollar tree has become like an exclusive club where you can get turned away at the door, they should consider instituting a 2 drink minimum and a cover charge.

They didnt have any Barbarcue brushes,So Miss Deminque, suggested to use a small paint brush, That was Smart Thinking, I would have though of That.

The manger shaquita a.k.a shaq had me waiting in line and whe i got to pay she said theyll take you in lane 2 i was already there with three items i feel discriminated to be honest .i guess she was mad because she had to get off her behind and come help the poor cashier who was swamped with customers, if you would check on the floor you could play on your phone all day and be as lazy as you want SHAQ

Awful service, they close at 9 I got there at 8:49 and there was still a lot of people inside, i just needed to get something quick and they close the door at my face telling me they close 10 minutes before 9, ask for the supervisor because the person closing the door at my face was so rude, she didnt do anything about that either, shame on you! You need to specify that you close at 8:50 if thats the case.

Store was dirty, trash on the floor in the aisles. A lot of the shelves empty and had to wait in line at the only register open.

The service was horrible and they don t have a working public washroom.. I was visiting from out of time . I found this customer service to be out rageous and not right.
