The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. I used them to purchase some refurbished pcs for a business I was starting up. I was very pleased with the condition the products were in for being 5 years old after I was up an running I got myself 1 new IMAC and unless Im rendering a 4k video everything else felt the same as the older refurbished models.I would give them 5 stars but I feel like the prices could be more competitive but they do offer a limited warranty so it kinda makes up the difference in the price having that guarantee.

These guys delayed the shipment of my laptop for like a week, even though I had paid extra for same-day shipping; they ignored my texts and phone calls the entire time until they sent it out. If you need your device delivered in a reliable timeframe/want reliable communication, I would not recommend buying from these guys.

I had a great first time experience in this store they have sales going on all the time for their televisions told me theres some of their televisions are refurbished if not all but its okay I have to say they showed me and my uncle a very nice set of televisions we mounted both of them and they both still work pictures are clear the remote controllers are brand new pretty cool place and they even have body massagers in there that you can purchase they let you test them out while people make choices pretty cool

Tried jumping on the pokemon card craze and were asking absurd prices. How can you trust them with electronics when theyre asking 150% markup for pokemon cards? Avoid at all costs.Edit: Trading card outlet is located INSIDE Best Deal. But theyve got their addresses posted in all their listings and no page to review. Best leave it here so no one gets scammed.They only started matching LGS prices after their posts in the local community got laughed out. Weird how theyre defending a company thats not affiliated. Ill be avoiding best deals too.

Bought a 50 inch Samsung at a great price with the warranty at a great price. Super happy about that. Then the last couple days I decided to mount my bedroom tv and was having trouble finding mounts anywhere. Then I remembered they had em. Went and grabbed one real quick...ended up needing a longer one. Guys were super cool about exchanging it. Even knocked a few dollars off the other one cause it was more and I didn’t even ask. Definitely gonna look at them for a MacBook Pro next.

When Best Deal opened it was amazing. It was a mom and pop shop all about customer service and had great prices. I have bought 9 TVs as well as other accessories from them. I have referred so many friends and co workers over to them. I recently went in to buy an iPad and mentioned my 65” Samsung just went out after only 2 years. They pulled out a few iPads that had prices higher than the refurbished ones on amazon. They had no interest in matching prices, he just stood there and said we don’t have a big selection right now. I walked out in 5 minutes disappointed that they have grown in to a big box store and are no longer worth doing business with. Left and went right over to Best Buy.

Worst customer service I’ve had in awhile.. I went in to definitely buy a tv and there was 3 guys behind the counter and not one of them said hello or offered to help. I didn’t think places of business still don’t understand the importance of acknowledging a customer. And I also wasn’t impressed better off going to Walmart or Best Buy.

I came to Best Deal to pick up a Wish order & though the staff was busy helping others, they acknowledged me & made me feel important. Once it was my turn, I received their full attention & there were no issues in receiving my items. My only complaint would be the loud, uncensored hip hop music playing in the store. Families with kids were shopping around & it just felt inappropriate.
