I really love family dollar store here in Las Vegas nm everyone is so friendly and helpful and very clean and fully stocked. also great deals on good stuff. cant wait to go again soon!!!

Certainly one of the best locations. The store is in great shape, the staff is pleasant and energetic. Jessica, the store manager, is truly committed to maintaining a pleasant and SAFE shopping environment. We really enjoy stopping in here.

Went in today & whole staff was busy talking about another co worker! Couldnt get help to find an item. I just ended up going to walmart.

Rating it one star, only because I can not rate it zero. I went in the other day and bought a charger, really nice charger and the associate that sold it to me informed me that if I needed to return it, like if for instance it broke, they could only exchange it for the same one. I was fine with that, not anticipating that I’d need to return it. Well about half a week after I bought it, it broke off into my phone. So, I went to exchange it and the store manager told me no. She stated they do not do exchanges on electronics and that I broke it so they can’t exchange it. I argued my point because, well the other associate told me I would be able to exchange it if it broke. After a moment she rolled her eyes at my little sister and I, reluctantly exchanged it and then told me good luck and not to break this charger, while continuing to be rude. The place is always a mess and I just figured it was due to them being short handed, but no wonder no one has the desire to work or shop there. Some associates are very kind, but they need to work on the organization of the store and their customer service.

The customer service was top notch...the attitude is different and better from a couple months ago when I was last in there.

Store needs to be organized better stuff stacked in aisles in way.
