Nice selection of jewelry but I Wouldnt call it an outlet prices seemed equal to high street.

Ive been to Zales many times in the past and this time I came to buy a wedding ring with my parents. They both generously decided to buy the rings on a budget. I informed the salesperson, Jim I think, about the budget and he bluntly told me, No, you wont find any good wedding rings under that amount. When I know, guaranteed, they have rings under the budget. Ive been on the website and in store countless of times; not sure why he would suggest that, as if hes implying they simply dont have good rings in that price range.I simply wish he would at least have suggested some good rings or be somewhat respectable when finding the ring.He also suggested to try on wedding rings way, way over our budget. Yes, I asked about the ring and price. Though why even suggest to try it on if its almost twice our budget? After trying on many rings and not wanting any rings over the budget, he finally stopped asking me to try any rings over that amount.Anyways, this wont stop me from coming back to Zales. The store is clean and the rings always look beautiful. All the salesmen were dressed professionally.

BUYER BEWARE: I tried to return my ring the next day and told there was an error in the system. Now Imm stuck with $6000 of debt sitting on a credit card for a ring I no longer wanted and returned within 24 hours. The ring has been sitting in the store and they are still unable to return it currently because of the error in the system. I’ll actively notify people to not buy from Zales or Kay, as they will scam and not let you have your money back.

Walked in to their store to browse their huge selection of jewelry. I got asked if I wanted to see anything so from there on the frienly associate helped me get exactly what my wife wanted. His frienly attitude and advice made me feel no pressure at all. Overall I give my sales representative a 10 outta 9 because I felt that he represented himself and his store amazingly well. Ive been shopping at this store a few times now. I tend to pop in occasionally to see what new Effy collection has arrived. Ossie has helped me every time, he is a good listener and shows me the best jewelry, and he is very honest, he answers all my questions and he definitely is NOT a pushy salesman. I cant recommend him enough.

Representative assisted me immediately. I described what I was looking for and she pulled a couple of items that fit perfectly and to my liking. Very satisfied and happy with my purchase and what they had to offer.

I gave Zales my engagement ring, for repair, on Feb 29. Was told it would be back March 14. Called March 16th and was told it would be done March 20th. Everything was shutdown March 17th because of Covid 19. Beginning May 11th, when Covid 19 restrictions were lifted, called the store and then customer several times was told there was nothing they could do. Called the second outlet store in Las Vegas, they said there was nothing they could. After insisting that some one needs to address the issue, was given a case number. June 17th was told my ring was shipped to me. Funny thing is, the ring was shipped by the second outlet store.
