Overall, I think this is a good store for smaller gifts, and the jewelry is very pretty, but if I had to do it again Id go to a different store for an engagement ring for better service. We are not likely to get wedding bands here after this experience.After my S.O. bought a pair of pink sapphire earrings here a few years ago, we recently went back to look at their rings. We found a beautiful engagement ring at a good price, but we purchased in mid August and havent had the best experience since then.First, the ring was resized, but not to the size we requested. They tried to tell me to take it home over the weekend and see if it was just because my hands were cold in the store. Thankfully someone thought to check the size before we walked out.Then, we come back to get the ring a third time, and on the way home realize theres a diamond missing from the band.They talked us into the warranty, which requires you to come back every 6 months for servicing/cleaning, and its basically been used so far to correct mistakes on their end.They also promise turnaround times that the jeweler cant meet, so thats disappointing. Id rather be given a correct time estimate than false hope.

They were very kind, and helpful. Quick service real professional work. Penny, & Robert were great. I would highly recommend this store in Meadows Mall for anyone new to city.

Love the ring my boyfriend got me. Our experience the first day was fantastic. The second day they sized the ring incorrectly which is okay I understand but it was their treatment towards us. One woman was rude to my boyfriend and I perhaps because we didnt make the purchase through her. The following day we went back to get the ring finally resized correctly and Alex the gentleman who sold us our ring was acting very strangely. The first day I was there it was all smiles and it seems like after they got our money their temperament and attitude declined quickly. Alex literally handed me my ring as is with no box and no bag whatsoever. Until I requested it, like this is a store, not your local street corner jewelry dealer... It was very strange and I probably will never go back there because buying a ring with a significant other should be a joyful experience and it was until they got our money and that ruined our memories of the event.Penny is fantastic though. See her if you need anything. Unfortunately she wasnt the one to help us.

Morgan Jewelers is awesome! Penny and Shelby went out of their way to locate some earrings that I wanted to purchase for my wife! This jeweler is absolutely amazing! First I bought my enhancement wedding band, which is absolutely stunning! The jeweler opened it up so it fit perfectly around my pear shaped engagement ring. Then I bent said engagment ring (the engagement ring wasnt even purchased here) and within 10 minutes they fixed it at no charge! Maria Luna was the one who fixed it and all the staff was so helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

We got our wedding set from this store that in my ring isnt a real diamond. I have spent months with this company trying to get what i want put in. We have a 1.06 heart diamond g si2 for 3100.00 great when it comes in Ill come look at it not even 2 minutes later another call from them thats old pricing we havent heard back from Chase. Ill have to call you back. MONTHS OF TRYING TO STAY WITH THE ORIGINAL COMPANY AND IT REALLY DOES NOT SEEM WORTH IT. ITS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!

My husband and I have been customers for 16 years! I wish I could give 5 stars but the last few times we have come in the new manager has ruined that for us. She is very rude and acts like you are bothering her if you have a question. When she can’t figure out the computer system she tells you it is your fault .When the sales associate ask her something she acts like it’s the end of the world and speaks very rudely to them in front of the customer. It use to be a very pleasant place to shop . Not so much anymore.Penny and Kevin give the best customer service and are a pleasure to work with . We were heart broken to find out Kevin is no longer working there. Hopefully they don’t lose penny as well. And with the new manager they will be lucky to not lose long times customers!

Sorry I took took my business here. My husbands watch band needed a new pin so stopped in, 10 plus tax .83 (10.83) later this had been done, not told of price, in all fairness didnt ask either but seriously . Had the jeweler suggested a new band I may have done that instead, didnt realize the band was very old and falling apart .degraded . Lesson learned.September 17, 2019, As of today I wish to amend my review. After the above incident, Mike Holdbrook- Corporate Trainer- contacted me, the situation has been made right. Store Manger Mia, was very professional and took care of me. In terms of wishing to please the customer they now rate a 5 star review. Lesson leaned here ask questions get answers !

Been shopping here for 16 years...I wont buy jewelry anywhere else! These guys are amazing and have made custom designs....quick repairs on pieces I didnt even think could be fixed and much more. Their selection is fantastic and if they dont have it on site they can find it....usually within a couple of days.
