I always love doing business with these stores. They are the only ones that have ever had cases for whatever phone I had through the years. And they do a perfect job every time of putting the protector sheets on the front. They have the things you cant find in the phone stores.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!! This place completely ripped me off. They Claimed to repair my audio but it wasn’t repaired. I came back twice for the audio & no better results. They then decide to give me a new iPhone without my permission and the new iPhone screen is dysfunctional, i couldn’t press any buttons without it pressing other stuff. I took the phone back and requested for my original phone back and money back. They kept the phone another 2 days and ended up giving me the same phone with the dysfunctional screen. I wasted 2 weeks of my monthly phone bill & money. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! It’s best just going to apple!!!!!

Whatever you do please dont take your phones here to get fixed thia man is a crook.he was supposed to fix our phones he didnt when we got it back the network was changed from tmobile to boost the side of the phone was cracked and when i confronted him he got mad im like im the one who should be mad i spent 300 in his store.....

I had a great experience coming to this location the reps are very nice, knowledgeable, i walked in a few days ago having issues with my phone and the rep helped me out and guide me to a way better device that its a lot faster, easier for me to understand he was a really big help i loved the service. will come back soon thank you, you guys!!

I have been out of the country, so I visit this store to re-instead my phone. I told the clerk that I wanted to pay the monthly charge for the service. He told me it would be $95,00 dollars. I told him that he was wrong, that I only owe for this month and that it should be pro-rated. He then said that if I wanted he would move the date to that day and I would have to pay $5.00 dollars to do that. I agreed to that and he charged me the monthly fee plus the $5.00 and $3.00 dollars for paying at the store.After I had pay that amount he then proceed to tell me that now I had to pay $15.00 dollars more to install the phone. I told him I had already pay that amount at another store, but he said I had to pay it again. At this time I though he had tricked me into pay him this money, so I asked for my money back. He told me that he was not going to give it back because this was a pre-paid phone. I left and went to a Metropcs store and they installed the phone without having to pay the $15.00 dollars.The next day the phone was disconnected because the Wireless Toys store clerk had cancelled my service but didnt refunded my money.I had to go to my bank to put a request to get my money back and had to pay metropcs again.MY ADVICE TO ANYBODY DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE IS TO BE VERY CAREFUL. MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR BEFORE YOU PAY...

Great Store!!!! Came in to make a payment for my mother metro phone i had an issue with my verizon phone they dont sell verizon but raul took his time and helped me with phone issue fix the issue with in 5 minutes, verizon stores wasnt able to fix on multiple occations i took phone to there store i www amaze at the arttetion i was given great knowlege and customer service
