I was there early evening on Monday and it was busy even though there were few customers each required individual attention in packaging and buying a phone and getting their plan. So while there might be a few customers there is usually a wait. Good store. Tim help me out but there was a charge for that it was buying a phone mount for car.
Daniel was professional and knowledgeable. He took care of us with a smile, even though it was at the very end of his shift. He explained every part of my service well, happy customer here.

Between the combined knowledge of Chelsea Dee and daniel, they resolved the viruses on my phone, got me a great deal on my upgrade and provided me with detailed information on each phone available for upgrade, as well as the promotions available, so I could make a informed decision on which phone I get.Also, I have never experienced a more comfortable environment. They treat you like you are their best friend and family. They are at the level where you wanna come back just to say hi!
Chelsea was wonderful. She was kind in showing me how to use a new phone. And teaching me of the majority of icond and even gave me a pictorial booklet that she made for me! She was instrumental in getting attached to the correct group and answered all my questions and was above and beyond patient. I am leaving very happy!

Daniel is the best. He helped me get all the virus off my phone. I came in with slow phone that got lots of ad. Now my phone is so fast and better because Daniel fixed it. He always is so helpful and is the reason we come back.
My phone stopped working the evening before, 9 hours from home! Julio and Anthony were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me get a working phone, and it was quick and painless. Even hailed a cab for us to go back to the hotel. Great service. Thank you both!

Not only did she go above & beyond to get me a new phone and switch service but then she made sure to transfer our info & get us all logged in before we walked out. I came into this store to get help with my phone and also had questions about how to use it and my plan options. I was assisted by Robert and it was an excellent experience. He was extremely helpful and spend time helping me familiarize myself with the phone operations and answered all my questions. I would of expected to get charged for such a great service, but it was all free.I recently moved from out of state and I am very happy to have found a Verizon Service center with such professional and knowledgeable service.Again, Thank you very much Robert !!!! Came in to get the “buy one iPhone XR and get one free” promotion. I came in and met with Matt. He helped me and my husband up with new phones. I traded in my old one. And he quoted me for unlimited data and text for $88 a month. First month rolls by and as quoted my bill was $88 with the credit of bringing in my old phone. Second month my bill is $166. I call customer service and they told me $166 is going to be my regular bill amount. The customer service reps do not know where Matt got the quote of $88 monthly. I am upset because Matt lied to me and took commission for services I did not agree on.

Visited this store because of great reviews and now I add mine to the pool. In from out of town (midcoast Maine where Verizon is the very best-okay only-option) to check out upgrading my Motorola Droid with a keyboard. (pretty old school!) Edward was FANTASTIC! After ensuring that he knew how and what I used on my phone, Edward walked me through all possible options. So very happy with my new LG2. Equally important, he reviewed my existing calling plan and was able to save me $15/month. I left the store with my new phone in hand with a smile and a skip(complete with all apps I needed and my photos/contacts on LG2). Thank you, Thank you Edward and Mybullfrog!!!!

I am currently in the process of moving to Las Vegas, not familiar with the area, I found the closest Verizon Store on West Flamingo to help me with my IPhone. What a great experience! I was lucky enough to be helped by Rob C., he was so knowledgeable and patient, he had to explain how to solve my issues several times until I figured it out, I felt bad to take so much of his time, but he helped me with a smile. This is the quality of customer service that we all should attempt to achieve. Will definitedly return here to upgrade.Thanks again Rob!

Not so good. I have gone there a few times. You wait in line due to the skimpy manning, the products are slim picking, and they usually refer you to the corporate store with little help to your needs.

I have been a loyal Verizon Customer for about 22 years! M first phone was the 1st phone in a case. I have had 3 phones on my account for the duration of my service. When I lived in Illinois, customer service was ok, and when we moved to Colorado, service was difficult. Every time I called, or my daughters called we were given different information. It was very frustrating!!! I have since moved to Las Vegas, and I went to the Flamingo store and met Briana!!! She was so patient and such a good listener...She is so knowledgeable and devoted to me as a customer. ... ..She has restored my faith in Verizon, and believe me when I say after 22 years I have finally found someone who is truly there for me and my best interests. She is a valued employee and I hope she climbs the ladder at Verizon. I will tell you that the last time I was there, a few days ago, I upgraded my daughters phone, and there were two male employees having a conversation about their social lives which included inappropriate language. They were also bad mouthing a fellow employee which I found throughly disgusting and very unprofessional. Briana is the reason I keep coming to your store. I thank her for all she does for me.

Terrible customer service..the store manager charged me $55 for a SIM card and monthly plan that was not compatible with my phone! when I realized that the SIM card could not be activated, I went back to the store, waited an hour and then was told to come back 2 days later to talk to the manager or return later that night! Finally they reimbursed me for the SIM card only and sent me to a Verizon store to get the rest of my money back.Not recommended at all! Go to an actual verizon store not these 3rd party retailers with no technical knowledge of what they are doing!

I came into this store as an AT&T customer and my husband a Sprint customer. Joseph (tha manager) helped me. He seemed very friendly. He was taking care of everything. He even “bundled” in 2 phone cases, 2 screen protectors and 1 car charger. Super nice right? I asked him if we got 2 phone chargers since we got two of everything else for the two phones, he said that I would have to pay for it, extra. I said NO THANK YOU. I even explained that I was in an accident a little over a year ago and haven’t been able to work. So, I couldn’t afford high prices of the accessories. He was transferring over my information between phones and he said it would be a little bit if i wanted to come back. I live close, so i went home, had lunch & then came back. My phone was just about ready to go. He had the bag ready with all the boxes and I was on my way.When I got home first thing I noticed was that there was another charger in the bag. Conveniently, the receipt was not in the bag. (It was in the bag before i left to have lunch) A little frustrated, since I said that i DIDN’T want one, but i figured that I would take it back the next day.The next day i returned and kindly asked for a refund because I had already said I didn’t want one/couldn’t afford one. (Chargers at their location are $44.95) He then stated that I said I wanted one. But I distinctly remember saying NO & that I couldnt afford it. Sorry, but I wasn’t backing down from that. He then said that there was a 35% restocking fee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? For something NEVER opened, that i did not want? But then he offered me a pop-socket?!!?!? So, again, I said that I would not like ANY product, that I could not afford the extremely high prices. So then he was SOOOO nice and (in his words) “I will eat the restocking fee for you”. Oh, why thank you mister for “eating the cost” of walking yourself and putting the product back on the shelf. RIDICULOUS. I then asked him for a receipt since mine was missing. (Not blaming anyone, mistakes happen) But he mumbled something and said that there was one in the bag. Sigh. Ok, may I have another one please?So, I go home to examine the receipt and realize why I was charged so much. When I was thinking I was paying for the phone I had just bought... Nope... I then realized that all the accessories that were “bundled” wern’t So bundled on the bill. I was charged $79.99 (for EACH phone) for a “GoAdvantage”. NO IDEA what that is, and I was NOT told what that was. (I will get to what that is in a minute) Both of the cases were $49.95 each, and the chargers were $44.95. That is $349.78 before tax in accessories!!!!! THAT IS INSANITY!I was beyond frustrated and talked to a VERY nice & understanding representative from Verizon. They completely agreed with me and were taken back by the charges. And the mystery $79.99 was for an optional membership to their store. Which at that point I learned that it was not a real verizon store, but an authorized retailer. The representative told me to return the items and get my money back!!!!The next day I went into this location. Nervous, because I hate confrontation. Luckily Joseph was not there!! AND THIS IS THE REASON THEY ARE GETTING THREE STARS:Elena (sorry if I misspelled your name) was VERY friendly. I explained the situation, and It seemed as if she has had this problem in the past. When I told her who it was she chuckled. She understood and returned everything with no restocking fee. There wasn’t even the slightest bit or argumentation or rudeness. She even said she didn’t understand why some people do that, in her words, “We should be here to help people and give them what they want, not charge for things they dont want”. She even explained that the screen protectors were $49.95 each, and that the $79.99 covered the screen protector AND it was a membership or a warranty for the screen protectors. She said that Joseph should have explained that to me, and that it wasn’t right that he didn’t explain that or offer it to me, instead just charged me for it.THANK YOU ELANA!!!!!!!
