Roger is the man!!!! Went above and BEYOND for my mom and I after our phones were stolen in a casino. Even called to make sure everything was up and working the next day. He really cares about customers and making sure they are satisfied. Got us new phones asap and got them up and running. 10/10 best customer service I’ve had in years

I lost my phone because I’m a drunk mess and I can’t go without my phone cause of my job. Roger was super helpful getting me back on track with my new phone. Within less than an hour and half, all of my apps were on my new phone and I was up and running with less than 150 dollars out of pocket. Highly recommend Roger!

I lost my phone in Vegas and came to this store to get a new one. Roger was out of this world helpful - got my friend and I water as he talked me through my options, spoke to my mother on the phone to help unlock my account, then ran to Panda Express next door to get my friend and I food while we waited for my software update. He gave me his business line to call if I had any issues and called me the next day to make sure everything worked well. Very much recommend this store

Roger is very helpful. Although I’m having trouble getting the network to work on the new phone, he’s working to help me with it several days later.

Adolfo went above and beyond with customer service. He got off at 7 PM and he stayed with me until 9:45 PM to make sure my transactions were handled.He was on hold with customer service to make sure my account was credited properly. he also showed me the nuances of my new phone and watch. Overall he gave fantastic customer service.

Even though they couldnt resolved the matter I called about. They offered a compensation for it. I was happy with the resolution and the techs helping did there best to resolve but it was impossible to fix.

Nathan... what can I say about this gentleman? Well for starters he was polite, courteous and very professional. He himself was not able to resolve the technical issue with my phone -HOWEVER he and the tech support person noted that I was still under manufacture warranty with my phone. He basically said hed have a new phone shipped to me, very small shipping charge -which is a HUGE blessing considering the circumstances Im in. He worked on my phone for quite a while, and thats not a complaint but a compliment because he asked me questions and tried everything to fix the issue. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated Nathan and his very professional attitude and how he worked with me to get the best resolution possible. Thank you Nathan, truly!

I had been dealing with Verizon text chat/ phone associates n at Nellis location for over a week. We went to Verizon because my husband added my phone to his account he purchase a new iPhone n the Apple watch, they told us everything would be good to use my watch with-ought, having to carry my cell with me. Was the only reason I ported over. Except we are (po) off because is been a week n no service, is been a week n I came into Verizon to cancel my service but, because today I walked into the cellular cells Verizon store Katie location, and for my surprise, Manny Ramos, greeting me in seconds with upmost respect n friendliness attitude. He was very patient n so helpful, because of him I was no longer Upset because he turned my whole day, thank you Manny Ramos. As well Adrian P who was working next to him, was helpful.Manny Ramos has 100% knowledgeable, had empathy, n very concern about my issue. He went above n beyond to make sure my issue got resolved. He definitely knows how to help n deal with customers, n takes it upon himself to start the process to make things happen faster n gets my issue taken care off. I am not too tech savvy so Adrian helped me with transferring my data and helping retrieve my passwords. He truly has made my Verizon experience wonderful!! I called and asked if they sell prepaid iPhones. They said yes. Took a cab here and they don’t sell any. Totally bogus.

Nathan was great at helping me out through the entire process of changing my provider but keeping my same number. I told him I would be back the next day to get it done and didnt come back until 5 days later. It was his day off from work and took the time to come in and take care of my unorthodox timing. He took the time to make sure I knew all my options, from choosing the right phone, coverage, insurance, screen protectors, and protection case. Got to say, its been one of the best customer service Ive received in general and Im a hard critic, I usually dont give references if I dont feel very strong and confident in them. With Nate, you got nothing to worry about, youll get honest opinion and facts that make it easy to choose.

Too much red tape.

After buying a phone in the store, I noticed that there was a chip in the camera. I called Austin and he told me that it would not be a problem to return the phone since it was less than 30 days old. Long story short it was a problem. I could not return it. I had to pay to fix the phone. Do not be taken by these people. I can document everything I am saying with pictures text messages and phone calls that were recorded on my phone. If you would like me to send them to you feel free to ask.

They cant do anything for you... New crew and still no one knows ehst their job is... To many employees that like to hear themselfs talk

I came in to buy a hotspot as I was having issues with my Sprint service and was in need of internet for work. All of the guys were helpful and friendly!! Kalil helped me and was extremely patient and courteous. I chose to switch my service and we experienced many issues by no fault of the employees or store. Needless to say I left with a new phone and service. They all went above and beyond to ensure I received what was needed. Definitely recommend!! Kalil and the guys were great!!

Im so glad Nathan helped me; otherwise, i probably would have bought a new phone and signed a new contract somewhere else. He advised me what type of phone is best for my needs and thoroughly explained to me what my plans would entail. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional----i did not feel any pressure at all. Less than 24 hours upon landing in Vegas, one of us in our party of 7 left her phone in our Uber. It was gone. We went to this Verizon store and Matthew James was our wireless account manager and he was phenomenal!!! We were quickly taken care of and he helped us purchase a new phone and transferred all our data. We cannot say enough positive things about this store and Matthew!!!!

Me and my boyfriend just bought some new phones here. Which Im actually useing right now to write this. An I absolutely love it!! He got the new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and I got the new LG V60 ThinQ 5G UW!! We got there pretty close to closing time but the employee that helped us Juan Gongora was really cool an actually stayed open like a half hour to 45 mins past closing time. He really new alot about everything you could just tell cuz he answered any questions we had. Thanks again Juan!!

I’m very satisfied with VERIZON But my experience with this store is below all expectations. I was in this store twice to buy some accessory and they have almost nothing! It does not look like a Verizon store. Its the store in my neighborhood but Id rather drive miles to another store than come back here.
