Went in on 11/14/2020 was greeted by two very friendly ladies. Took my destroyed 11 pro max and had it fixed within the hour. Definitely recommend. Ladies know there stuff and very professional! Amazing prices compared to everyone one else in the area to fix this phone!

Im originally from Palm Springs came to Las Vegas to visit. I came into the store 02/27/2021 they have terrible Customer Service I have ever experienced in my LIFE!MARY was the girl who fixed my phone and when I got my phone back it said “No service..” I then asked why my phone didn’t have service and when trying to explain to Mary that when I came in my phone had service she said“Stop talking Im talking”. She kept cutting me off and telling me to shut up. I called her manager to report her for poor service and eventually went somewhere else to get my phone fixed and it still said “No service” the place I went to told me I had a different SIM card in my phone. I then called my carrier and they told me the same thing.I then called the store to speak to MARY and was telling her she placed the wrong SIM CARD in my phone and if I can pick up mine. She then proceeded to LAUGH at me like I was a joke. This is the Worst place I have ever been to !😞😞😞

Best prices, quick, professional, accommodating. They were so patient and helpful even though it was right before they closed. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Cant unsubscribe from promotional texts and I never even signed up for them, I just gave them my number so they could let my friend know when her phone was done. ILLEGAL

I went to fix my phone and it took them two weeks and they gave me a different price and they never fixed my phone if I could give them zero stars I would I don’t recommend to anybody to go here
