Staff was friendly the first visit. Two days later, the screen was delaminated. Took it back for the warranty and they put a new screen on it, but when they gave the phone back, the screen wouldnt go in all the way. They said its because the frame is bent. The frame wasnt bent when I gave it to them. Instead of fixing the damaged they clearly caused to my phone, they told me it would be $99 for a new frame and the screen was no longer under warranty. One day later, I dropped my phone and the screen completely shattered. Not under warranty, so Im just screwed. Poor service. My original apple screen had been dropped on a million times and eventually it developed a crack. Then it was dropped for months more and the crack never worsened. One drop with their aftermarket screen and its completely shattered. Poor quality replacement screens.So now Im left with a broken screen and frame. I would think twice before going here because you truly get what you pay for.

I have checked into the shop for replacement of my damaged phone screen. they have replaced it in two hours and it was fine. After few days I found some light leak to the camera and my selfies became blurred. I again went to the shop and explained the issue. Without any hesitation or second thought, they had told that they will replace with another screen with a frame which will solve this issue. After 5 days they have replaced the screen again and now it is perfect.I appreciate their professionalism, dedication and customer support and responsive front desk. I definitely will give 5 star to them.

Recently moved and during the process my sisters phone was damaged. The screen showed nothing though the phone still worked.Had seen the store a few times in passing so I decided to give it a try and I am so glad. The man who helped us was super great he took the phone and our information. He said hed have to order the part as it wasnt in store (expected as its not your typical iPhone) but they emailed later that day and said itd be available to pickup the very next day. Speedy and kind service will definitely use their services again!

Id have given them 5 stars had they been able to fix my Note 8 however that was not the case and for some reason the charger port they replaced would not work with the new one. They were friendly and seemed knowledgeable which is why they got 4 stars.

Do not go here. They use cheap aftermarket LCD screens that ruin your battery.Took my iPhone here to get my screen fixed. After I received my phone I noticed the battery started going down rapidly. As it got worse I took it back in the next week to tell them about the issue. They said it wasn’t the screen they used and I needed a new battery now instead.Now my phone will not turn on if it’s not on the charger and dies at 100% as soon as I take it off. Save your time and just go to a certified dealer or Apple.

Note 8 battery replacement went perfectly. Best price around, trust me I checked. Even when I went back fuming because fingerprint sensor was not working, they were so nice and quickly reset my phone and voila, fingerprint sensor working perfectly! They claim using the best quality parts in the market and they installed a super CHEAP SCREEN FOR MY IPHONE 11 pro max. Shame on this business. Called them to look for options and they denied every possible option, please do not make the mistake to go to this place at least for screen replacements.

It was great that they fixed my phone because I was in Vegas for vacation, but the next day the back of the phone came off and wouldnt go back on and I had to end up replacing the phone when I got home anyway.

Update: Unfortunately, I had to change my review. Staff was friendly, and techs did try. But I had multiple issues on my phone after the screen was replaced, and was not wven reimbursed anything after I invested over $200 into getting it fixed.Ran into multiple issues with my battery, my camera would no longer flip open, screws were not replaced until I found them to be missing, and was pretty much told at the end of the day, they couldnt figure out why my phone suddenly was only charging to 88%.Ended up having to get an expensive plan with Verizon next door since I needed a new a phone. I had that phone for about a year and a half with no issues.Amazing quality service! Got my phone back together in no time!

I used to always come here to get my phone fixed a few years ago I used to love this place! The customer service was bad this time around, receptionist was not very friendly there used to be a way nicer gentlemen upfront. Then the phone they “claimed” to fix had issues 2 days after. I highly recommended this place to my friend only to regret it when my friend told me that the company advised them that it was my friends fault the phone was not properly working 2 days later and that if they wanted to fix it they would have to pay for the service all over again. Very embarrassed for recommending them & definitely will not be taking my products here again.
