Everything was above expectation. Both Staff (service advisor and lead tech) are friendly and provided detailed information during initial check in and subsequent period. Chelsey provided updates whenever needed. The loaner car was appreciated.However the total time of almost one week in the shop for one regular service item and one known issue is much too long, despite the loaner car.

Best car buying experience I have had and this is coming from someone that has purchased over 40 vehicles. Through every step in the process, they were very careful to underpromise and over deliver. Communication and follow up were great. Honesty, transparency and integrity were top notch by my sales advisor (Michael Anderson) and management (Rico Scotti). My only issue is they are 400 miles away but I will continue to buy my cars from them because of the top notch service. If you live out of state, they have a lot of experience handling everything from afar and delivering your car to you.

On Aug 12, I took my car in for an airbag light and a window operating issue. I also explained to the service advisor, Keith, that the temperature light started flashing on the way over. He said it was more than likely due to low coolant level and checking that was part of their Porsche World Class Inspection. I had the window operating issue repaired but decided not to have them do the air bag problem mainly due to their estimate which seemed way beyond reasonable. When I picked up my car, about 2 miles away the temperature light started flashing again. Since I was only a few blocks from home, I went there and parked the car. We were gone for a few weeks. When I came home I checked the coolant level. It was very low. I had to add 1 1/2 gallons of coolant/water mix to bring it to proper level. This car sits in the garage under cover 90% of the time. Checking the coolant is a simple thing that I normally do myself but since it was going in for service, I would have them take care of it.Apparently their World Class Inspection is not so world class. If they cannot check a fluid level, how can I expect them to properly fix major things?I will look elsewhere for my future repair needs.

I live in Portland, Oregon but last summer I was working with a deasership in Portland to secure a special order build allocation for a new Porsche 911 and they couldnt acquire one so I decided to look more broadly for a larger dealer that could help. On one of the Porsche forums, a person was sharing that they live in Alaska but ordered a 911 via a dealership in Las Vegas and were very happy with the experience. I reached out to them for contact information for their Sales Associate and they recommended David Soyk with Gaudin Porsche of Las Vegas.Late one afternoon last August, I left a voice mail for David and in about an hour got a call back. We discussed what I was looking for and he spent nearly two hours on the phone with me going over the options i wanted to order, interior finishes, etc. This was well after their normal business hours. Moving forward some complications arose from Porsche in Germany and David and the general sales manager, Rico Scoti kept me fully informed the entire time. it took Porsche roughly six months from when the order was placed (in early January) to delivery in Porsches Experience Center in Las Angeles, which occurred two days ago.Through this entire process, David and the Gaudin team have been absolutely fabulous to work with and the experience was the best auto purchase process Ive ever had. David even came to LA to join me in the delivery. He also arranged for transportation of my car back to Las Vegas for installation of Paint Protection Film, ceramic coating, and window tint and Ill be picking up my new car next week.These folks made what is for me a significant purchase seamless and absolutely enjoyable all the way through. The fact that the car is exactly what I wanted and a life long dream is simply icing on the cake.

I have been to many dealerships trying to buy a car with dismal results.The service and professionalism is unparalleled at Gaudin Porsche. They exceeded my every expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

This is my first appointment with Porsche Gaudin since my car will be 1 year in September. Made the appointment a month ago, when I got there, after receiving my car, I asked Curtis if it will be done in a couple of hours. He said oh no, we have cars that we took since Monday, today is Wednesday, and they haven’t been seen yet. I was flabbergasted coz I do not have an extra car and they do not have a loaner for me to use. He said it might be ready tomorrow or Friday but he will try to put the car on the top since it’s just an oil change. I texted Curtis Wednesday afternoon, no answer, texted him Thursday, no answer. I called the office on Thursday afternoon, I talked to someone and said the car is still not ready but he’ll have Curtis call me. Friday morning comes, I texted Curtis and told him I hope my car will be ready today. No answer. I have already been asking people to give me a ride for 3 days now. What an inconvenience for me and the people I bother for a ride. My husband finally put his foot down and talked to Toby, the Service Manager. Toby tells me he’ll check on the car, he called me back and told me as a courtesy, they will deliver my car to me around 3:30 pm. I have never experienced such inconvenience to service a car. I have driven BMW cars for over 15 years, never had any problems, you would think a Porsche is an upgrade from that but the service I received was below par. Now I get a text from Curtis telling me what I already know, that my car will be delivered to me.

My ambassador Jason took care of me, and the staff at the dealership are friendly and dont bite. They picked me up at the airport, answered all my questions, and were very transparent in the entire process. Here in Orange County CA, I have 3 Porsche dealerships to choose from, But Gaudin Porsche has earned my trust and my future business which is hard to do.

We were quickly greeted by sales representative Jason Thaggard who quickly threw me the keys and invited me to try the car. Remember we were supposed to catch a flight in less than two hours! We test drove the car and loved it. We were able to make a deal and were presented a freshly detailed car along with a full tank of fuel for our trip home. And Austin in Parts got us a set of wheels with winter tires in time to permit change over so we could bring the car back to winter. If I could post a negative star rating it would be -5 stars!I was very disappointed in the way I was treated when I brought my 2020 Porsche Macan in for service the end of March. I scheduled an appointment 4 weeks out to make sure I had a loaner vehicle in the event that the service was more than an oil change (10,000 mile check-up). When I arrived, I didnt remember who my service person was, so I stopped into the first office. The service person was standoffish, but I thought I may have interrupted his work day. Imagine my surprise when he asked me if I needed a shuttle or if I was going to wait for the service to be completed. I told him I had reserved a loaner vehicle. He quickly told me there were no vehicles available, that they didnt get the number of vehicles back from other customers and that they did not have anything available. He further told me that their inventory was low, and pointed to the lot. I explained that I scheduled this appointment 4 weeks in advance to make sure I had a loaner vehicle. He said that he couldnt help me. Not making any eye contact, he asked me when I wanted to reschedule the appointment.I have never been soo disrespected in my life! I spoke to a friend of mine that has several Porsches that he purchased from Gaudin Porsche. He said that he has never had an issue, and that the mistreatment may have been due to the fact that I purchased my Macan from another dealer. He further stated, he has heard from several Porsche owners that if they did not purchase the vehicle from Gaudin that they were not treated well!Thankfully I had a wonderful referral to Trophy Performance who handles all things Porsche. I was able to secure an appointment and had the 10,000 mile check--p completed with them. I now know why I never take ANY vehicles to a dealership. I thought Gaudin Porsche would have been different, but I guess if you dont buy the vehicle from them, they dont appreciate the service business.

All the staff was courteous and helpful. I had my 2 year old with me and the provided snacks and toy cars. The sales rep was patient and not overbearing.
