Ive never felt comfortable at car dealerships until I came here. Super friendly and their collection is amazing! Very bad. Have been dealing with a sales guy- Brian.D. He doesnt know a thing and lies. Lied about the car warranty too. Car is out of warranty an he said it had 16 more months of warranty. This dealership is a scam. I asked him to go to the finance dept and get me an Out the door price and he send me a quote. Then I ask him for the breakdown and he starts adding extra fees, etc. and now the price is another 6K more. Liars and Scammers. Stay away from these guys.

Top notch dealership across the board. When you visit their show room it is immediately clear that they only take in the highest quality of vehicles. I dealt with Steve, who was straight forward and easy to work with. I shopped around for about a week after test driving the car I was interested in purchasing. When I eventually decided to pull the trigger, Steve and the team made it as effortless as possible. I had a busy day and couldnt make it down to the dealership so Steve drove the car to my home in Summerlin, we signed the paperwork and in less than 10 min of my time, the deal was done. After the car was dropped off I noticed a tiny ding on the rear passenger door that I didnt notice when I first looked at the car. Steve told me to bring it down to their shop and they would take care of it, which they did and the car was flawless. I highly recommend these guys! Ill be back when its time to upgrade!

WARNING: Do NOT buy a Tesla from this company. They have zero knowledge about Tesla. They did not inform me of very important information regarding my Tesla. I wont publicly say what it is because they need to learn on their own. They also stated I get 2 free years of Superchargering. That is a lie, do not waste your money here.As a dealership whole, the communication is awful, the cars are fairly priced, but you can find the same deals at other great dealerships.When I upgrade, whether its another Tesla or even a sports car, Ill look elsewhere.

We just bought a 2019 Mercedes G wagon. It was a wonderful experience. We were visiting from Sacramento and had been looking at cars at home. The available inventory for the G wagon is very slim. We made the trip to Vegas to actually buy a different car. Before we went to buy the other one, we called Jesse and stopped by. We were very impressed with the selection of luxury cars. It was by far a better selection than anywhere in the Sacramento region. I was actually second guessing myself while we were there because we took the Bentley Bentayga to the bank while they were detailing my car. That was beautiful too.I am in LOVE with the car I found, a matte black G63. The experience was painless, more enjoyable than any car purchase before. Super quick too! This dealer does not care about correct disclosure or what is left undisclosed to sell vehicles. We received the purchased vehicle with 3 badly cracked wheels that are a safety issue and a cost of $4249 to replace! The car also arrived with 995 miles more than disclosed. At this time Vegas Auto Gallery has done nothing to help or even reply to multiple emails. Do yourself a favor and buy your cars somewhere else.

I found and negotiated for an Audi RS5 with a trade in over the phone with Ed in Las Vegas. I didnt see the car I was buying in person and he didnt see my trade in. The car I bought was everything I hoped for and he was great to work with. That being said, within the first 300 miles, the brake light went on and I ended up with a $2,400 bill for new pads and rotors even though the car was under warranty and had the Audi Care package. Shame on me for not having the car inspected. Then there was the issue of them not delivering the title when I took possession of the car. It took a week longer than expected for the title to arrive and then I had to send it back to their corporate office to be fixed two times. The corporate office was timely and responsive.In conclusion, make sure you get the title when you take possession of a car from them. While the transaction could have been smoother, you can be confident that they will take care of any problems in a timely basis which is why I rated them 4 stars.

This has to be one my favorite car buying experiences. It is a luxury car buying experience without the pretension. Blake is the internet sales manager but was covering the floor and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Cristeen was very excited to help to get all the financing and documents in order. All were greatly helpful, communicative and friendly. To top it all off, they had me bring in my car purchase in 2 weeks later for a new set of Pirellis! This is a great place and the start of a very fun and dangerously luxurious relationship!

I bought an Aston Martin from Ed Ghaben, sight unseen. He describedthe car as a stud. I sent a check and ordered enclosed transportation.The car arrived a day early (Thanks, Montway), and I had to drive it homein a rain storm from the agreed upon drop point. Cleaned it up the nextday...its beautiful. Took it to the highly respected North Coast Exotics service shop in Cleveland that specializes in Ferraris and Astons. The owner, Earl Gibbs, serviced and examined the car. His response was,A really nice car. Some of my friends were amazed that I would spendthat much sight unseen, but I told them: Hey, hes an internet used car salesman. What could go wrong? This time it worked out great. Thanks Ed. A beautiful, highly optioned Aston Martin.

I went here to check out their inventory - specifically porsches. While I was greeted at first by a nice young man, eventually the owner came out and literally berated him in front of me. He kept going on and on about how this young man was a tool and wore sweater vests that were too tight. I ended up leaving feeling bad for him

FRAUD. I bought a 2015 s550 from Ed the owner. Provided me a clear carfax. Not even 45 days later it came up with incorrect mileage and accident reported. I would not buy a car from this company. It appears they seal the deal before carfax gets update. Contacted him and now he is blowing me off. I will have to contact DMV and an attorney
