Great customer service in the beginning when purchasing a 2013 Dodge Charger from their company was told that the vehicle had No issues only problem the vehicle had was the rear main seal had been replaced then vehicle started to have bad oil leak problems I also took it to two places which both stated the vehicle have rear main seal issues thats where the bad leakage is coming from smh wouldnt have purchased this vehicle if it had a oil leakage problems I believe I was lied to just to take my money and to leave this issue on me to pay for when Simple Auto Sales said they replace it, when it was never replaced to begin with thats when I called to inform Simple auto sales about the oil problems my vehicle is having auto saleman Damon was begin very rude also saying the rear main seal is not the problem when I have documents stating that it is the rear main seal Damon told me the auto places I took the vehicle to get a diagnostic was liars and he gotta see what they can do for me and that was on Saturday sep.4th at 10am NEVER received an call back so I called Monday Sep.6th spoken with Gracila stated Damon was busy and well give me a call back well I never received a call back but they did send me a text message stating they cant HELP me smh that was very unprofessional not to call back and tell me but though a text message smh if this was the case I wouldnt have NEVER tooken my money there if they was HONEST and told me the vehicle have a oil leak problem I well NEVER purchase another vehicle from there AGAIN nor Recommend anyome

Be careful when purchasing a vehicle here. One car I went to see was leaking very bad. The second car I looked at was running horrible. Make sure to have a mechanic check the car you plan on buying! The salesperson kept pushing for me to finance a more expensive car, look somewhere else for your vehicle.
