CarMax gave me an offer that was about 35% more than what another company offered me. When I arrived there they checked out the vehicle, and gave me what the online offer said. I was there about two hours to complete everything. They even said I could take the car home and bring it back in a week, without any price reduction. I sold it then and there, I was there anyway. The customer service was great, everything was hassle free!

I sold my vehicle to Carmax. I received an online offer first, and then when I go there I was advised that the process shouldnt take more than 30-45 min, due to the offer I had already obtained. They inspected my vehicle right away, but I was still there 3 hours waiting for the appraisal, then the check. If I wouldve been told that from the beginning, it would not have been a problem. However, I wasnt and when I would follow up I was told 15-20min which turned into an hour each time.

Tyler is a great customer service he has the skills and the patience I love him we harsh this man since 2017 and 2018 a year later we bought a car but we went to the wrong sell man which it was mark and Tyler walk up to us and greeted us and had no hard feelings but it was an totally miss up and I felt bad because I got there later my mother in law and sister-in-law had mark and were seated with mark and I was like no we talk to Tyler but Tyler was no it’s okay I am good now it’s 2021 and I got Tyler on my side I am good Tyler knows and learn so much about us a great guy but mark got the sell I didn’t feel right so this car and the feeling I felt driving out of car and the conversation every meet together and it feel good way better then the first time and that were my first time buying a car and it were our anniversary present from the both of us so it supposed to be very special but it wasn’t I overly apologize to Tyler that day and all he said it’s fine but it was not but this time it were better it were great Tyler made sure of it car max keep doing what you are doing and Tyler hats up

I was so pleasantly surprised at how organized, professional and helpful everyone there was. I was a bit anxious about selling my car that Ive had forever. I was getting second thoughts on the way there. I had got an online appraisal from another car company that starts with a C and they low balled me completely. CarMax gave me more than I was going to try to get from a private sale. They made the whole transaction easy I would do it again if I had another car. But most definitely I tell everybody I know!

Completely dishonest sales representatives at this location. Im sitting here once again today because I was misled on a warranty that added $60 to my loan monthly. I told them many times that I do not need the warranty since it is a realitively new car and should be covered but was told Jaguar would not cover anything. That was a blatant lie and I shouldnt have trusted a sales representative. After calling Jaguar this morning they will cover regular servicing on my car for the next three years. Do not take the word of the representative s at this location, do your own research because they will lie straight to your face

I purchased a vehicle from this location in 2019 and to say that my experience with the vehicle they sold me and service provided has been a nightmare would be an understatement. My car has been in and out of the shop consistently every two months and more recently within a week. I have spent more time driving a loaner vehicle than my own. The service manager Diane has been extremely unprofessional shaming me for purchasing a vehicle that is damaged saying she would have known better and this now being the 12th time my car is in the hands of the “service” team I was not even provided a loaner car. I was told I should be grateful they are trying to fix this issue. You make calls to corporate and nothing gets done. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The only time I would ever recommend someone purchase a car from car max is if they love a life filled with inconvenience and hardship because that is what my life has turned to ever since purchasing a vehicle they should have never even sold me in the first place. Absolute worst decision of my life.

I keep calling and it goes to voicemail. I was going to purchase another vehicle there but not after this experience! better off going where you are not treated as though you dont exist after a purchase!!

Nicole was excellent in her efforts to provide the needed service I was looking for in purchasing a car. I would highly recommend using her. The overall process was fairly simple compared to past car buying experiences Ive had. I only had one minor complaint and that had to do with the fact that the interior of the car I purchased had not been very well detailed, so was still a bit dirty. I reported that to Nicole and she offered me a $100 credit to get it detailed myself.

Watch their sales team and finance department. Very tricky people. They will only do in-house financing for certain people. Be prepared for 15+ inquiries to your report and an upside down offer in return.They basically want a high down payment AND your car for free. Explore other dealerships first.

Diane explained the change in weather impacted my tire pressure and that replacement was NOT necessary yet.Just on that alone I recommend this CarMax location.Also, I needed a part replaced on my car. Before I knew it she had ordered the part, given me a quote, and explained what to expect when I returned for the installation. My follow-up was smooth and went exactly as she described.I would recommend this location to anyone that needs a car and good staff to help maintain the vehicle.
