I bought a g90 here on 17 July. I paid a reasonable price. Four days later it was back in the shop. They had it quite some time. Its difficult to get parts at the moment. I was apprehensive after it was gone so long so I asked to get out which they understandably hated but eventually seemed receptive to. After some back and forth with the staff and corporate I decided to keep it. They made a good offer which I accepted and they eventually did fix it under warranty on the second attempt.In the end I can say I would probably buy another car here later despite some small issues besides the parts. This is because management considered my position and did what was fair in the end. Thats all that matters. I was fairly comped for what I dealt with and I am not out of pocket any additional costs. I was also provided a loaner.Really like the car and feel much more comfortable with the staff because of how this got handled. I probably raised more hell than I needed to. At first I was sure they were out to get me but that isnt the case. Thank you Genesis of Las Vegas for a fair trade and fixing the car. See you on the next one.

Great place, I gotta to say Alexa is my favorite she is so nice and professional. I got the unlimited laser and I am more than grateful too no longer shave every week. Thanks genesis

Love the friendly, knowledgeable service staff. My only small complaint is the time it takes for an oil change an hour and 45 minutes total time. I think when you have a appointment they should start on it when you show up. Love the fact you get your car washed with your service.

Very nice people working there n very friendly atmosphere there n glad n visited some people while taking our car to get fix but have to go back there in two weeks n have a appt.set up for alignment n rotations of the tires n wash too.Do have to have oil change yet till get more mileage on the brand new car where we bought it back in March 31st.

Let me tell you, that I didnt buy one but two Genesis GV80s. I was into a Porsche Cayenne and it was and is a great car. However, this new Genesis is sexy as hell.service and warranty components are very, very good

The sale force was great and did a fantastic job got me the deal I needed I am very happy with everything and the car is a wonderful car to drive.

I have never received such horrible customer service as in this place, I don’t recommend it at all, if you do not want your money to be stolen, don’t go to this place !!! disgust!!!

The service here is always awesome. I have dealt with Nancy Rios in service for years, and she has never disappointed . Promote her.The one negative thing I can say about this new building is the lack of snacks and drinks for customers having to wait. I have noticed everytime I go, the two machines they have dont take money, or arent working or something. In the older building they had sports drinks, water, soda, snaks, things to make the customer wait better. Need to work on that.

Awful to work with. As a Genesis owner you are promised to have white glove service and they fell short in every aspect. I recommend you spend your time at another Genesis dealer where they will take better care of you rather than passing you around and not helping you at all.

Getting service done is taking longer nowadays 1 and 1half hour is 3 hrs or more but the employees are still courteous. Another time just to put on one new tire was 2 1/2-3 hours but I waited patiently.

They say their open til 9 pm everyday, it everytime i try to call the service dept, it just rings forever until I just hang up! It’s 5:55 pm & no answer! Very frustrating not being able to reach someone in service!

Bought a 2019 Genesis G80. Saw the car in an ad Auto Trader. Went to Las Vegas Genesis/Hyundai to see the car and at first they denied the car was on the internet. Then I showed them the ad (I printed it and brought it with me). Then they said that wasnt the price and that price was only after all the promos, loyalty cash, military ect. ect How would they know whether a customer would qualify for loyalty cash, military or not? They sure didnt mention that in the ad. Then they slid in the VIN Window etching price of $ 499.00 during the financing. Nothing was mentioned during the sale and not on the window sticker. Beware of this $499.00 trick by the dealer to get in your pocket. Guess I should have read the final contract better. I personally would not use this dealership again I felt they were very deceptive.
