If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t recommend anyone going to these people. I got a car and the following day the check engine light came on. We called them and spoke to Beatrice to let her know the problems of the car. The car shakes and she told us it was the battery and then all of a sudden it was the power steering. The very same day we drove it out we got to our home and all the oil in the car leaked and my garage had a big pool of old oil. We couldn’t use it for days because it was also overheating.. the rpm’s on the car wouldn’t change unless we let go of the gas pedal. We let them know of all the problems the car was having. It got to the point where she wouldn’t even answer to us. I had to call out of work multiple times and leave work early multiple times because of the issues the car was having. We ended up taking the car to a shop and the estimate we got was way more than the cars worth. We called to tell them we wanted our money back and wanted to cancel everything because they sold us a car that didn’t even work. They ended up charging a “ rental fee” of $25 per day. So no do not go to this so called dealership.

Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata GLS about 4 - 5 months ago. 28 days after purchasing the engine blew. The oil pump died. Contacted them cause its a lemon law they violated. They said they wouldnt help and has been ignoring my calls since.

Worst dealer in town. They will sell you a p.o.s. Have you drop a non refundable deposit after telling you your car will be ready tomorrow for them to lag weeks to have it. The mechanic does not know anything about cars. They are lenient on payments. Money hungry. Tell you anything just to get you off the phone. Take years to order parts as if they don’t have the money.

They work with you to get you into a car. They are helpful in so many ways. If u dont have insurance they will connect you with multiple agents to get you the best price. Highly recommend.

Stay away from these fraudulent Thieves. I bought a 2005 ford f250 a few months ago from them and put $10000 cash down to get my truck. Everything was set up so that my payments would come out of my account directly every month. well last month they ran my card and it was declined. it was declined because at the time they ran the payment my social security benefits were being deposited. so rather then run my card again or try to contact me they came to circus circus where my truck was parked next to my fifth wheel and used a key they still had, took my truck, never told me it was a repo, almost ran over 3 kids in the campgrounds and also ran over my foot when i caught up to them at a red light. now for the past 4 weeks Ive been trying to get my personal items from the truck and all i get is a run around, hung up on or told id be called back. Nothing ever happens. Ive contacted a lawyer and soon this will all turn around. this place is garbage and should be shut down!!!!

They lied and I spent 4000 on a car that I didnt even have for 6 weeks. The car was already messed up and they told me it was a reliable car. Beatrice is a scammer and took advantage of me not knowing anything about cars. Now Im without my money and car but legal action is being taken. I just hope you do your research because I didnt and I bought a broke down car also take a longer test drive the rig cars so no lights will come on until you get home. Shady business!!!

This place is fraudulent, at first it was a easy place to work with, I got a vehicle from them making payments unfortunately I fell 34 days behind so they repo the car for $602 I tried taking them the money and the scammers told me that I had to pay another $1000 !!! For repo fees .and tried to make me pay another $100 just to get items out my car... I still don’t understand why the repo fee is more money then I owe them. What makes its look bad I had my car just about a year i WAS NEVER LATE ON A PAYMENT.. I simply fell behind for one month outta 12!!! They will scam you for whatever money they could get from you!!!!! They tried saying they couldn’t get in contact with me when they have a reference list to call... Beatrice is a liar and scammer and I’ll recommend staying far away from these people!!!

Honest, Fair, & Friendly Car Dealer

This place IS NOT what it seems,my family and I went in to check out a 2005 Chrysler 300 there. First red flag was the leather interior was all cracked,second red flag was the inside of the car was full of dirt and dust.Learn to clean your vehicles. Third red flag was that the damn thing needed a jump start! They wouldnt work with me with my payments,the lady there was very rude. They tried to sell me a car that had missing knobs on it with screwed up interior and needed a jump start. The car is worth at least 4 to 7 grand at the most. These scammers wanted 10 grand!! I took my buisness somewhere else and now Im driving a 2014 Dodge Charger and I couldnt be happier. Screw you karlas lKars!

I went in there this morning to look at some trucks first of all theyre asking top dollar for a truck which is no problem but at least have them fixed so theres no dents the paints not faded basically the biggest ship boxes Ive ever seen not to mention nobody came over to talk to me about a price on any of said trucks

HORRIBLE!!! Purchased a car in august and I literately only got to enjoy it for 4hrs because the transmission went out. Gave the car lot a call and spoke to Frankie and basically they wanted me to drive the car back to vegas and the transmission went out in cali ???? makes no sense right so then I was told to put it in a shop in California just to be told that it cost too much to put the transmission in and finally they would have it towed back to vegas.....it took over a month to get the transmission fixed....once its done I receive a call saying that they needed the money so they can pay for the transmission because they needed to get the car out the shop....t.f????and on top of that they blamed me for the transmission going out within the 4hrs saying something hit it and damaged it like really??if thats the gas every car in the world transmission should go out if something hit and ....in reality nothing hit under the car .......so I spent thousands of dollars on rentals and I asked for my money back within the 30 days and still do not have my car .....they lie and scam people out of their money and the interest rates are way too high please run in the other direction they are no good!!! its December now and I am car less we will be going to court!
