Our salesperson was awesome to work with. He really listened to us in regards to what our wants were for the new car we wanted to purchase.Prior to this experience we had gone to Hyundai and Mazda and both were not very good experiences. Hyundai and Mazda tried to sell us new autos many thousands above MSRP with the reasoning of supply chain issues. We understand there are real issues with computer chips and the supply chain, but it really looked like those two dealerships were price gouging. AutoNation Buick did not increase their new cars above MSRP and worked with us to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. Overall a great experience!!

Excellent experience with Keryon (Salesman) and Chris (sales manager). Less than stellar with the finance guy (don’t recall his name).I was in desperate need of a truck since I was short notice moving back to the US. Prior to flying back I searched nationwide starting mid May for a 3500 Denali in white or silver. The dealers that did have one wanted $10K over MSRP or would not ship it to Las Vegas. I got into Vegas and Autobation had a blue one listed. I went into look at it and it was presold. I said I would take any color but black. They had a black 2500 in bound. When the manager agreed to do MSRP, I just went for it. Keryon made the process easy and they even gave me a loaner car for a week till the truck got in. This saved me $800 on a rental car.Now the finance guy. He called me into his office knowing I was paying cash, no trade in. He started to talk warranties and other add ons. I told him I was not interested and he immediately became rude and short with me. It was very obvious he was mad that I wasn’t going to make him money. Even after the engagement I had to call multiple times to get an emailed copy of the docs I signed. I almost asked to back out of the deal because I did not trust him.But with that said, I would reccomend Autonation to my friends. I very happy with my truck and experience.

Didnt even try to work with me on what I wanted my payment to be. Be careful they have their cards listed above the high end of the Kelly Blue Book value which means you are paying more for a car than its worth. Dont let these guys scam you. When I told them they were to high all he said was, yeah we know but Auto Nation wont come down on the price. They are ripping people off.Update: The General Manager Nick contacted me about my experience. He offered more for my trade in to balance out the fact that they are over priced on the car and did what we needed to get the payment we wanted. We are buying the car tonight and have been directed to a much better sales agent named Steve. Still only giving 4 stars since they need to get rid of some very lazy employees.

I sent an email of dissatisfaction in regards to my last visit. After little to no communication about my vehicle status and getting it back after 30 days, after requesting an oil change to find out either someone lied about it being completed or it’s just dirty oil and after being told, “fuck you” by the Service Manager, how do you want me rate this? Any other time before this incident was good but not this time.

Fast and friendly. I called with a warranty question, was advised that what I needed was under warranty and they had an opening for me available at 11:30 am same day. I called at 10:45 so that was very quick--only 45 minutes from the time I originally called. I dropped my car off and within a couple of hours I was called and advised it was ready for pickup. Thank you for taking care of this so quickly and efficiently. (Battery replacement on 2019 Encore.)

It bothers me that my 5 year old happily wears a mask for 6 hours a day at kindergarten but grown adults cant seem to at work. With that said the service at this dealership has been solid in the few visits I have had. Ive never felt like I was being sold something I didnt need to get fixed. Their communication was great from front to back. Im actually a little upset I cant give 5 stars.

No matter where we buy a vehicle, we only get it served at Autonation! Fast, efficient, honest, and a comfortable waiting area! Not very happy with my GM product however! Only 11,900 miles on a 2018 and had to replace the shifter, harness, and a module to the tune of $1600.00 Warranty or no warranty these parts should NOT go bad on a vehicle with so few miles and parked in an insulated garage! Not to mention I need new tires! Again...only 11,900 miles on it and insulated garage kept! Micheline tires USED to be a good name...now they are worse than discount tires.

The scheduled service appointment was okay although I waited for over two hours. My car is under warranty and needs attention on a couple of items that are covered. I was told to make a separate appointment. I have not been able to schedule an appointment. I have called and emailed the name of the person that gave me his card in the service department without a personal response. Very frustrating. Not a very friendly and accomodating service department for their customers.Still dont have an appointment!

Brian and the general manager of the service department are honestly two of the best people I have dealt with at a car dealership. They went above and beyond to try and solve the issue I was having with my 2019 GMC Yukon XL. They did things they didnt need to do to try and solve the issues. I have owned BMWs, Audis, Toyotas, etc, and by FAR, this was my best experience when dealing with a service department.

The service advisor and service manager were both rude and condescending with no customer service skills. They did not diagnose the problem and did not continue to look after day 2. No one ever contacted me about my car, I had to return to the building, after 4 days, to get any information. They offered me a $1200 service that may or may not fix the problem, their words. The service advisor, Allen Wright, would not even look me in the eye when he slid the quote over to me. I had a previous SUV with the same issue, I brought the old paperwork in - the were zero percent interested in hearing about it. I paid $168 fee for ZERO - no dx, bad service, rude employees. I did speak with the main manager about my complaints.

I really don’t prefer writing negative reviews but I suppose I should here. I scheduled online oil change $110 - when my truck was brought back they changed my wiper blades without asking me or prior authorization - just told me I owed $160. Not cool - will not go back. If they legitimately thought I needed to change them (which I didn’t because the car is only a year old and it’s rained maybe twice last year) they should’ve just told me ahead of time and gave me the option. Felt taken advantage of.

Everything started great when I went in for an oil change and to change a recall airbag. service with the agent started good until all the stuff was finished. When I got home, my son noticed the dashboard with very damaged. I texted the service agent about it and never received a response. I then received an email asking me to provide feedback of how everything was. Which I responded and received a response from an agent telling me that the person I had emailed was no longer with the company. That was very strange as the new email agent advised that as of a prior day, the email agent was no longer with the company and that agent actually emailed me that same day, so the agent was still with the company. I then get an email asking for pictures of my complaint. I sent the pictures and received a response stating that my dashboard was already damaged and was noted by the technician. I responded to the agent advising that my text to the service agent stated by myself that the dashboard was slightly damaged and not to the extend it was left. Till this day, I have not received a response about it the extra damages to my dashboard.Its insane that such a large company and they cannot follow up with with an email after I responded. Now I have a horrible dashboard all broken, when my damages were very little compare to how GMC left it. Totally unacceptable. I will not be recommending GMC services.

The knowledge of factory warranty such as emissions warranty was very disappointing from the staff or they disregard it and expected me to pay for something that was covered.I purchased a car two months ago from AutoNation and had an issue with it. I took it to Buick and they wanted to charge me for some thing that was under factory warranty. It was up to me to prove to Buick that the issue was under factory warranty. This took me the rest of the day on my own was contacting Chevy warranties department. And discussing back-and-forth with Buick and Autonation how and why the car was still under warranty through the factory. I had to call up Henderson Chevrolet and ask them to pull it up by using the Vin number which they did easily and gave me exact mileage and the exact date to where the warranty was up. That took approximately two minutes compared to being told I would have to pay $500 by Buick. It took me all day long to get Buick to acknowledge that it was underneath warranty and the $500 was wavered. I’m guessing they got a phone call directly from Chevy warranty department as they told me they would be reaching out to Buick and inquiring why they were not upholding the warranty.Not happy at all anyone that asks I will tell them the exact same story.

ARMANDO B. at AutoNation Buick who took my car in was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! However, the service manager is absolutely horrible! I called the general manager and spoke to him about my 2017 Buick Regal needing a battery every year since I purchased it in 2017. The service manager told me that it was unfortunate. The general manager told me he would call me back, Im still waiting for that call. $303.20 later for a lifetime battery sounds like we are band-aiding the problem instead of trying to find out why Ive had to get a battery in 2018, 2019 (2 times), 2020, and now 2021. Guess I will never know what is actually wrong with my car.

My purchase here started off well enough, we received a great quote and started the purchase. What I wasnt expecting was having to chase down my vehicle. It took a couple run throughs to get the paperwork right (which is bigger task as I am out of state), then the numbers were incorrect (which I am having to correct with my state since they did them wrong), I had to continuously reach out to them for the vehicle (they received the money then somehow were not aware that it hadnt shipped), I was made multiple promises to make it right and to do something to make amends, but that never happened. All in all, it took about 6 weeks to get the vehicle. I began this with the hope my company had found a reliable auto company to purchase from. We did not and I wouldnt recommend buying from them online.

Would like service advisors to let customers know items of concern personally at time of service. Thanks, no problem with service team. Very courteous. Have platinum warranty..they first wanted to charge me 540 for repairs. After I spoke to warranty company I was only responsible for the new filter. Then the charge me 150 to install the filter.I waited for vehicle for 10 days. They dont return calls and I feel robbed.

I will never purchase from GMC again. I purchased in 2017 a brand new car. My car has been under warranty the entire time.Each time I return to your dealership for service I am taken advantage of. I have complained about my transmission 3 times. I have been told 3 times nothing is wrong yet when I took it last week to another vendor they found issues.The best part is GMC always finds something outside of my warranty. This past visit I was told I needed brakes and roters all around. For a very expensive price of course. But as it turns out I did not need back brakes or rotors.. I was able to get the real issues needed to be fixed and yes for $420.00 less. Which I was quoted 770 and paid 298.00. This dealership targets women and makes car buying and servicing a nightmare for females. As I stated I will never purchase GMC again which should mean something because I bought GMC due to long family history and employment. I would like to speak with someone outside of this dealership in corporate. Thank you

Chris was fantastic we brought my car in Saturday for an oil change. I explained a noise it was making. He and Allen knew what it was. It was a typical problem for my vehicle.I have a great warranty so, on Monday I brought it back and Allen was my advisor. So amazing! He called the warranty people and took care of everything. He had a loaner for me and made sure they fixed everything while they had it!! Even texted me updates because he knew it was my preference. What a nice person to deal with. My visit with dealership was great. The problem I had with my vehicle was extremely frustrating, but my service advisor Brian Strawn is amazing.He was excellent about updates, and although the time it took to resolve issue (20 days ??) was a bit long, I appreciate that they provided me with loaner car. I am probably one of few consumers left that despite not having warranty I choose to hv work done at certified center rather than independent shops. Financially that can get expensive, Brian worked with me to apply discounts and although the price still seems inflated, I am satisfied to pay and have the peace of mind that it was done by GMC.I purchased vehicle from Autonation in Henderson but when I upgrade, I will definitely be buying a new terrain and definitely from Sahara location.Quick side note, all the service advisors are excellent employees, Steve was helpful in assisting me on days that Brian was off.I hope you can make a note of this or give some recognition to your most invaluable advisors, they are the front lines that deal with customers.

I had some issues with a service I had received last year and was hesitant about coming in for an oil change I needed, but Steve had assured me I would be 100% satisfied with my service this time around as well as apologized for my prior experience with his team. Within 3 hours my car was ready to be picked up and he made sure to inspect my vehicle and let me know what upcoming services I needed. Was super friendly and knowledgeable! Very happy this time around!!Furthermore, my 2016 Buick overheated last week. I immediately took it in, but it was after 5:30 and the techs had all gone home. Steve got me all checked in and in less than 24hrs they had found the issue and fixed it, all covered under my powertrain warranty!! None of this would have been possible without Steves outstanding customer service and attention toI am going to continue to come back to ANBGMC for my vehicle purchases as well as all my service needs!

Only bad thing I could say, is that Bob spelled my name wrong in his email to me. Other than that, GREAT SERVICE, didnt even have an appointment, just had a light come on, drove straight to the dealership, and BOOM! All taken care of, NO stress and all smiles! Thank you Mike and Bob!

I love this group of people. They were so nice and efficient. My battery was replaced and I was made aware that my tires needed attention. In addition, my car was washed. The service was exemplary. Thank you !!

It was fast, courteous and efficient. I hate to wait, but thats my problem. And wait was not all that bad. Oh, and the coffee was terrible. Almost as bad as my wifes.
