Go Somewhere Else!I called this place because I was having a problem with the shifter on my bike. I asked if they could look at it, Chris told me to bring it in. I am 60 years old and I pedaled to the shop to be told by Mike that they could Not look at it that day now. I was not happy but stuff happens. While I was there I asked about a vintage bike that they had and Mike gave me a price. I thought the bike would be a great gift for my daughter and I returned the following morning to purchase it. Guess what? Mike says it’s not for sale now! Is this ANY way to treat a customer? Go Somewhere Else!

Stopped in to buy a tube for my bike. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Also, they have some really neat nostalgic pieces on display. I can see my self making the drive to have my bike maintained.

I went in for a bolt, they ended up just giving it to me. They were easy to talk with and knowledgeable. I asked about Marin bicycles and to my delight, they told me they were working on getting them in. I just moved from Washington state and have found my shop!

This is the place to go. Always met with friendly employees who are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They cover a full range of needs and wants pertaining to bikes and accessories. I dealt with Mike (owner) and was able to make it happen. Made some changes to a stock bike and they handled all my requests. I am looking forward to riding again!

Just picked up a 2021 Fairdale Taj and I couldn’t be happier!! The whole crew there are all awesome! Wasn’t sure if they would have anything for me being a bigger guy but maaaan Mike and all the guys there were super helpful knowledgeable and patient with all my questions! Even dropped off 2 of my kids bikes that needed some much needed service work for sure! Im new to mountain biking;I ended up loving this bike shop. Mike is an awesome owner and Will was super helpful! I went to southwest bikes before this place and they were not helpful at all and all their inventory felt very marked up in price.

Delt with the over the phone and Mike was extremely informative and helpful and was able to do so in a genuinely friendly manner.

This is my local bicycle shop they are small they are busy they have a good selection they provide excellent customer service I am thankful they are close to my home

First off, the people who work here are so friendly and polite! Second, they are very honest and seem to only do the work that is necessary. They will not try to sell you equipment or work that needs to be done if its not needed. And third, the work they do is reasonably priced, affordable, & well-done; not to mention FAST (even though I can see theyve been swamped recently due to the covid quarantine pandemic).10/10 business.Its really nice to find businesses like these that still exist these days! Well worth my 5 stars. I was super impressed with their customer service. Thats saying a lot because I grew up here in Vegas and I can be very judgmental on the service I receive. Plus, most of the time I never write comments, I either only go back or not.

Outstanding service!

They saved Christmas for our oldest girl! We bought a cheap bike from Walmart (shes growing so fast!) and it wasnt until I got home that I noticed the rim was out of true (bent). I stopped at another shop, they flat out said nope. So, I took it to the Vault, they said well try. Thats all I could ask. Not only did they try, they fixed. Looks good as new, super quick turn around and they saved Christmas! Tha ks guys! Well be back for the next bike. We appreciate you!

Walked in and got my name and number on their list to call back for a gear adjustment. Three weeks later never called back. I guess if youre not one of their bros they dont care for your business. Southwest Bikes hooked me up in 20 minutes as a walk in.

Wow, I see why the reviews are so good for this place! Mike gave our family his undivided attention even though we were initially asking questions about fixing a cheap Walmart bike. Later, we inquired about getting into BMX racing for our family. His knowledge saved us money as he guided us. He got us sized properly, set up test rides, and went the extra mile. There is no doubt, without him, we would have spent money on the wrong things. Im so glad we found this place. If you have to drive a few extra minutes to get here, do it, its worth it.

Took my bike in and they took the time to assist me with information on the make and year of my vintage BMX bike. Went ahead and had them restore my 1992 Robinson SST GT and wow did they do a great job and when completed it looks like it just came off a show room floor. Thank you Vault for great service and a great job.

The only reason why I don’t rate this business 5/5 is because I can’t give them a ‘4.5’/5. plus there’s always room for a little improvement (nobody’s perfect!)

This is a nice neighborhood bike shop. Im from a small town, so I grew up going to the same locally-owned bike shop for many years. This place reminds of that type of place. Friendly staff members, good quality products, and fair prices. They are within walking distance from my house, which is even better.

1st impression was very pleasant. I went in today to repair my bike gear cable...the gentleman that helped me was able to fix it in a very short time. He was very friendly and helpful... I had some old BMX stuff I was holding onto since I was a kid. I brought it to the Vault to see if it was worth anything. Mike was absolutely great to talk to! He not only knew about my stuff, but clearly has a passion for all things BMX, both modern and vintage. The Vault will definitely be my preferred bike shop in the years to come!

I had my racing bike and also a vintage bike worked on by Mike and his assistant. The work is the absolute best. No other bike shop will be working on my bikes besides The Vault staff. Im planning on my next few bikes to come from them as well. Theyre the best, and thats all there is to it. See for yourself.

Cant say enough good things about Mike and Chris. This is the one and only bike shop in Las Vegas where I truly feel welcome every time I step through the door.I finally decided to pull the trigger on a new bike recently, and the first thing Chris did was ask what Im looking for, what I need, and what kind of riding Im going. He didnt try to sell me anything first, he listened, then made recommendations, and walked me through each. These guys were completely invested in making sure I got the bike I need and want.Bike comes in a few days later, and I take it for the maiden ride the next morning, where I find some very minor things that need to be tweaked while the bike breaks in. Ran it over by the shop and Mike and Chris dropped what they were doing to check the bike out.The guys at The Vault geniunely care, and are in it for the love of bicycles. They just want to see everyone having fun on a bike they love.

I ordered a frame for a bike I was building through Chris at The Vault Bicycle Shop. Chris was super helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and helped me order the frame. When the frame showed up with a small defect he called the manufacturer and got the frame replaced under warranty even when the manufacturer didnt want to replace it. Great local shop for any kind of bike.

Awesome bike shop. Ive had quit a bit of work done on a few of my bikes and Mike and Chris have done an awesome job. They have help me restore a couple bikes and hunt down some not so normal parts. I dont let just anyone touch my bikes, but these guys do a fantastic. Any special orders arrive the next day usually. They are both ride a lot too and love bikes.

This shop is a great small business in my neighborhood. I purchased a bike mount from them, which proceeded to snap at a pivot point shortly after. They replaced it with the same type, no questions. Again the same brand mount broke in the same pivot spot. These guys seemed a bit suspicious the second time (reasonable) but offered me a refund nonetheless. Well I must have the worst luck in the world, because I exchanged the mount for a bike light made by night rider. Sure enough, the thing had a connection issue internally. After taking it back they again refunded my money. Despite my unfortunate experience their helpfulnes in exchanging and refunding my products was exceptional. I would give 5 starts but 1 star is missing due to the products breaking on me.
